Experiencia fantástica: My experiece with Innovative Therapies in Ocala, FL was amazing. I had total left knee replacement 2 years prior and continued to have severe problems walking with unbelievable pain, two years later and still taking medication for pain. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm and sincere welcome and was immediately taking in to see the therapist. She asked lots of questions and shortly after starting exercises. I went to therapy for (4) weeks and I am walking due to the therapy I recieved and continue to do my exercises at home. I would also like to point out every visit was like my first welcoming and the therapy although at times painful due to an "long overdue attention" was so helpful that I no longer feel helpless. I sincerely want to thank Debbie for greeting me everyday with a simle. Jacquline for putting my therapy plan together and for "My Angel Brieanna" who took so much interest in my healing that I looked forward to each session three times a week. I will be having total knee replacement in January on my right knee and I know where I'm going for my therapy recovery! Katherine Dreier

Experiencia positiva: This company offers very good physical therapy services, but their back office is so screwed up that I can't recommend them at all. On my first two visits to their office, the lady behind the desk wrote out a hand receipt for my credit card payment, and I knew this spelled trouble. Sure enough, a month later, I received a demand for payment in the mail, and had to provide enough detail to their back office that they could track my payment. Then, nearly a year later, I got another demand for payment, this one blaming a billing error on their software. Yeah, right. I'm still dealing with that problem. So, unless you like being hassled over paperwork, don't visit these folks.
