Mission Fitness, conveniently located on the campus of the MCH Center for Health & Wellness, is a medically integrated health and fitness complex offering the most comprehensive training experience in this region.

Other features include spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam and massage rooms. We also offer a babysitting service with supervised childcare services available while you exercise.

The Center for Health & Wellness is dedicated to improving your health by providing a one-stop-shop offering a broad spectrum of wellness and fitness services. These services are typically prescribed by a physician, charged as medical care by your healthcare provider, and are provided separate and apart from our Mission Fitness membership. The following list of features outlines the various services available to patients as part of a prescribed treatment plan or medically integrated fitness regimen.

Experiencia fantástica: This is Cindy Tucker. I have recently seen Christal, PTA at CHW and she was really great. She truly cares and her approach to therapy Is very individualized and detailed. She is very intuitive. I highly recommend her. Venus has also worked with me there and is a very caring and skilled PT. I will return here for future needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy with my pt at MCH-CHW..Dr Venus Ong was a knowledgeable and caring professional. She was friendly and encouraging as was her whole team. She runs a very organized and efficient department. Mariah, the receptionist, was very helpful in scheduling, I would highly recommend MCH.CHW.

Experiencia fantástica: They are so incredibly organized! You get right in and right out. While I initially dreaded that my doctor was moving from Midland to Odessa I now consider it to have been a blessing because this facility is outstanding!
