The Mountain Land Physical Therapy Ogden Clinic is located on the south side of 12th street just before Washington and above Wall. The Ogden Clinic offers a wide variety of specialty therapies including ASTYM, pneumatic unweighting and aquatic therapy.

Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 2011. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015. He is level one certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Graston Technique. Jake specializes in orthopedics as well as treating chronic lower back pain, sports injuries, and tendinopathy. He believes in using a combination of manual therapy along with exercise therapy to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals. Passionate about education, Jake strives to empower each and every one of his patients by giving them the tools they need so they can keep doing what they love in the long-term. When not in the office, Jake enjoys watching and playing sports, participating in many different types of races, and spending as much time as he can with his family.

Corbin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 2009 and has been practicing physical therapy ever since. He joined Mountain Land in 2015 and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals. Corbin’s love for working with people and his interest in how the human body works and moves led him to a profession as a physical therapist. He specializes in surgical rehabilitation and general orthopedics. When he’s not in the clinic, Corbin enjoys hiking, snow skiing, waterskiing, and spending time with his family.

Jordan Greenhalgh received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westminster College in 2011 and went on to earn her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine For Health Sciences in 2020. Jordan specializes in general outpatient physical therapy. She is also experienced in pediatric physical therapy and is passionate about working with children to help them reach important milestones. Jordan believes in a holistic approach in treating the whole person by addressing the injury, the cause of injury, and how the injury can affect the quality of life. She is passionate about educating her patients so they can understand what is happening to their body, how to prevent future injuries, and how they can get back to doing the activities they enjoy. When she’s not in the clinic, Jordan likes baking, reading, hiking, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, and spending as much time as she can outside enjoying the warm weather.

Sarah graduated in August 2020 from the University of St. Augustine with her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Sarah has also been certified in dry needling and holds her CAPP-Pelvic certification. Sarah specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health.

Sarah enjoys being able to help individuals struggling with pelvic dysfunctions get back to their normal lives by listening to all the big and little things her patients’ have to say, as it helps her educate and care for them. For Sarah, the human body is fascinating, and she strives to help her patients to function efficiently through her hands and movement.

Sarah loves to try everything and anything with her fiancé and their dog. Sarah loves water sports including water skiing, wake surfing, and paddle boarding.
