Experiencia positiva: They have been good to my mother. I would recommend this place. All places have flaws as caring for others is never full proof but the people here do care and go above and beyond.

Experiencia fantástica: Mt Ogden has such great food! Their dietary department is always coming up with fun ideas and even when a meal isn't done right, they're always quick to fix the problem. Each Wednesday, they have a different meal available for staff, but it's open to anyone who wants to come! People from other workplaces around come in and enjoy the great food too!

Experiencia fantástica: I was recovery from open heart surgery and was at facility from 1/9 to 1/26. Although there were some issues they were corrected right away. I was impressed with the compassion and concern of most nursing and CNA staff. I always felt that all had my best interests in mind. It’s a tough job. I recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife's grandma has stayed at Mt Ogden a couple of times now, because she requested to go back. The food was better than I've ever seen in a facility of this type, while maintaining her diet, it was wonderful. She received physical, occupational and speech therapy, and our family was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge on how to continue to progress after her discharge. This process was new to us, but the staff made it an easy transition and communicated every step of the way. Providing care in this environment is very hard from my perspective, and I think sometimes we have impossible opinions on how care should be provided. There can't be someone standing next to her 24/7, because they are helping out someone else down the hall. But they responded as quickly as they could and did their very best. Sometimes she refused a shower, and forgot about it, and at first, we were wondering why she didn't receive one, and wondered why they couldn't just make her do it. Then we discussed resident rights with the facility, and now understand that they will not force anyone to do anything. Which I wouldn't ether! So kuddos for them for actually taking care of folks, even though us family members might not understand all the time. We are so grateful for Mt Ogden, and would suggest them to anyone else who needs it. Thank you!
