Experiencia fantástica: I went to Fit quest for my tight, sore neck muscles and pain in my upper left arm. After just a few weeks, the pain in my arm was almost gone and now is completely gone. My neck was more difficult to treat as I have CF/Fibromyalgia which causes very tight and sore muscles but by the end of treatment which was probably 2 months, it had improved significantly. Robert also helped me improve my posture which I badly needed. Robert is very kind and compassionate and his staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the entire experience Definitely recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Black is absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident, and after 2 years of other physical therapists and procedures, I met an orthopedic surgeon who referred me to him. The torment disguised as exercises has helped me so much, and set me up to do well after a spinal fusion. Eternally grateful to him and everyone else at Fitquest Physical Therapy on Harrison Boulevard! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Fit Quest due to a shoulder injury sustained while skiing. I tried ART (Active Release Technique) with another therapist but this only helped for a few days at a time. When I had my first visit with Robert Black he went over various exercises I could do to repair/strengthen my should. My injury occurred on the first day of ski season in late November, after numerous visits and tons of PT on my own time my shoulder was back to normal in about 7 months. Yes is took a while to heal but it was way better than dealing with surgery and all the insurance issues that go along with it. Don't get discouraged if it takes time for your injury to get better, you HAVE to me motivated for PT to work. I would recommend Mr. Black 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Rob Black is an absolute expert physical therapist and understands the spine and how to treat it incredibly well. After a couple years of mild to moderate back pain the last few months it increased dramatically to where it was debilitating. I went to multiple chiropractors to no real improvement, finally got in to an orthopedic doctor and he recommended Rob as his number one option for physical therapy. I had gotten to the point where I would have been happy just not feeling crippled - Rob had a different goal, he wanted me 100% pain free and full mobility. At first I was skeptical but after only a week and half working with him I am starting to see that as a possibility, I feel so much better! I haven't felt this athletic in years and honestly forgot how it felt. I know there is more work ahead to get fully stable and then continue to maintain my spinal health, but Rob and his team have given me the confidence to pursue that and knowledge that it is possible. Do not settle with back pain! Whether you have mild or severe pain/stiffness, go see Rob! You may not even know how much better it is possible to feel.
