As a physical therapist at the Ogden Clinic, Dr. Jake Cooper can help patients with spinal stenosis treatment in addition to his specialty in sports medicine.

Originally from South Ogden and a graduate of Bonneville High School, Dr. Jake Cooper is happy to be back in the Ogden area as a physical therapist with Ogden Clinic Orthopedics. He helps Ogden patients with everything from spinal stenosis treatment to injury prevention and more. Dr. Cooper is an Athletic Training and Therapy graduate of Weber State University who went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University. His interests as an Ogden Clinic physical therapist include sports medicine and injury prevention, Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (MDT), Instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), andÂ dry needling (for which he's certified in Utah).

Dr. Cooper loves spending time outdoors with his wife and three kids. Hunting, fishing, running, hiking, and ATVing are some of his favorite hobbies. He is also fluent in Spanish after serving a mission in Uruguay.

Experiencia fantástica: I was unfortunate enough to be needing Jake's services on more than one occasion. That said the treatment I received was top notch. Jake is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes his time to explain the options. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Jake came highly recommended and lived up to his billing. He was personable and willing to talk and explain his thoughts and recommended plan of action. The aides were also friendly and efficient. All in all I had a pleasant, productive visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Jake is the best! He explains everything extremely well and if you ever have questions just ask. He always takes the time to explain things in a very understandable manner. If you’re having trouble with an exercise he always has an alternative method. This is the second procedure knee/shoulder he’s helping rehab. My surgeon has been extremely impressed with my progress in both instances ! P.S you get out what you put in. His programs are extremely beneficial!
