I had a lingering Hip issue that I just couldn’t get right for years, and finally I saw Tim. He diagnosed me and said “you’ll be good as new in 4 visits”. I’ve never heard that before or since, but he delivered!! I just completed their Core Strong program and I’m loving the results.

Experiencia fantástica: Life changing. Two years ago I had meningitis and a brain injury. I had to defer from college to recover and relearn many things like how to walk. As a result I had constant migraines for over a year that were so bad I couldn’t drive, attend school, bend over, or walk a block away from my house. My aunt referred me to Elevated Performance, and I started positional release therapy with Tim and later, the Go Strong Program with Greg. This eliminated 99% of my headaches! I went from thinking “I can’t” to “I can” in a matter of weeks. My physical, mental, and emotional stamina increases everyday. Now I can do the things I love pain-free, and I have tools to prevent and recover from the occasional headache. Looking back, I wish I would have known about this before my injury and illness. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Elevated Performance for over a year and I have had great results with my neck problems. My provider Colleen Neider is awesome! Her technique has helped me manage my pain to the point that I have regained an important part of my life back and I am able to exercise more. The ability to exercise without significant neck pain has resulted in me losing 60 lbs which has had great returns on my overall health. I have neck issues and have tried other treatments, muscle therapy, different types of massages, but NOTHING compares to the RESULTS I get from positional release therapy. I couldn’t believe the instant results! And the best part is, it’s not a painful treatment. I love my half PRT and half massage appointments with Colleen. Tim is a miracle worker but books up fast so it’s a good idea to book out a few appointments if you can. Don’t hesitate to book with Brooke. I saw her for the first time today and I’m 100% happy with the results. I left with full range of motion in my neck and no pain or pulling. She was thorough and efficient and we even had time to work on my ribs after my neck. I appreciate that they give me exercises to strengthen certain muscles and I’m glad they don’t judge me when I come back and say I was terrible at doing them. All great people!
