Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley

Experiencia fantástica: My mother spend one month here after breaking her femur. After a horrible hospital experience she initially went to another rehabilitation facility. It was terrible and she was there less than 24 hours before having to go back to the hospital. We decided after leaving the hospital the second time to go to Aspen Ridge. After the nightmare that we had been though, the moment we got to Aspen Ridge all of our worries and fears were gone. They were absolutely amazing. The facility is wonderful, clean, cozy, and inviting. The staff were so friendly and skilled. They never once made us feel rushed, always taking the time even just to chat. From the driver to the chief (she says the cook) the nurses, aides, therapist, etc. They are some of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. I don’t know what we would have done without Aspen Ridge. They were our saving grace in a very dark and despairing time. In the end my mother was so sad when it was time to go home. She is loving that they are continuing with home care. I cannot say how truly grateful I am to Aspen Ridge for taking care of my mother. Thank you all for the wonderful professionalism. The genuine compassion and kindness. And the exceptional care and skill.

Experiencia fantástica: I had unrealistic exceptions about how good Aspen Ridge would be. In the end, it was even better than I hoped it would be. Every individual is personable, kind and the entire staff works as a team. The Director of Nursing and other managers even take turns helping serve patient meals. From Fred, the Administrator to the sweet ladies who clean the rooms, I don't think a skilled nursing facility could be any better than Aspen Ridge Utah Valley. It is a safe place that I will go to again when the need arises.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything I’ve heard about Aspen Ridge meets my expectations now that I’m a patient here. Friends and neighbors have given it top ratings and now I agree 100%. The care is excellent, the food is great and it’s a lovely place to rehab. If you have to go through difficulties this is the place to say “I hope a room is available!”

Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with Aspen Ridge Rehab. They took wonderful care of my mother. From the CNAs to the Physical and Occupational Therapists, to the nurses, office staff and administrator...each individual person showed patience, love and caring. They came within less than a minute any time she pushed her button. They brought the correct meds on time every day. They treated her with kindness and respect. One Sunday, Fred, The administrator even personally drove to the ER to pick her up and bring her back to the Aspen Ridge facility. We cried when it was time to leave. The food was delicious too. They treated us like family. We love Aspen Ridge so much and would recommend them highly if you need rehabilitation care.

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Ridge is the best of the best! The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and easily accessible. My father in law's transfer from the hospital to their facility was seamless and the Director of Nursing, Nani Foster, called us personally to check in and make sure that our family were kept in the loop about his pick up time, who was picking him up and what to expect when he arrived at their facility. We were given regular updates on his progress and we were involved in his care plan from the very beginning. Even after he was discharged, the staff followed up on his at home care and physical therapy. We can't say enough great things about the staff and management at Aspen Ridge. They were truly instrumental in my FIL's full recovery. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for the best rehab care for their loved ones. Thank you Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley.
