Experiencia fantástica: I was treated by all in a kind and timely manner. Dr. Larsen has a wonderful reputation. I have two friends who had successful surgeries in his care. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident he will be very helpful in treating my injury.

Experiencia fantástica: Some of it was me but I don't hear about others patients having "miracle" recoveries from the rehab people. They all say Dr Mitchell is one of the best. His teams aftercare was top notch as well. 3 months post rotator cuff/bicep tear surgery and I just had two consecutive days pulling my stretchy bands over 1,000 times a day. I have my own tree business and have set all of my appointments to restart in February and I will be very capable of doing my job efficiently and without pain again.

Experiencia fantástica: It was like a time travel back to a time where “individualized and quality customer service were more important” and everyone was treated with respect and needs taken seriously. The orthopedic office was very simple to locate (the south entrance adjacent to the Timpanogos Hospital on 800 N in Orem, Utah Ste 100 (first floor). It was decorated professionally yet homely. I took note of how caring this office was by providing lotion next to the hand sanitizer! This spoke volumes to see they realized hand sanitizer could dry out your hands quickly and cared enough to provide the lotion as well. I was greeted by Elena who I immediately was impressed with. She was very organized and smiled the entire time which lit up the room. She handed me the appropriate check in paperwork, seemed to “know me” my status and made me feel like “an individual” My whole purpose for going there was to get help with a pain management regimen. I met with Dr innes and his associate. He came up with a “pain management regimen” which I felt very comfortable with. I was led to Samantha who was extremely efficient and helpful I was even given “Halloween candy”! In a couple minutes Samantha got me situated and even my follow up appointment was set! Thank you team! ;)
