Experiencia positiva: Monday was the first time I've was treated with professionalism by the desk staff at this office. I hadn't seen either employee here before, but they were great! They were overwhelmed with a large group of patients (no appointments) and they still treated people with respect and kindness. It apparent that the nurses and doctors were very busy and working hard in the back. They were professional and and smiled. The woman at the checkout desk was straight-faced and quiet, much better than when I saw her last. At least she wasn't rude.
