Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been going to SHFT since the spring of 2021. They are our go-to chiropractors and we cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I are both quite active and do CrossFit, Powerlifting and Body Building-style lifting. If we are in any sort of pain, or have something funky going on with our bodies, we do not hesitate to go see Dr. Joe and his staff. They always take care of us and help us resolve our issues so that we're pain-free. I was pregnant when I had my first appointment, which really goes to show that they are experts in their field! They also genuinely care about us and our family. They've been with us through many seasons of our lives, and it really feels like we're seeing friends when we visit. Again, we cannot recommend SHFT enough! Make them your go-to chiropractors and physical therapists!

A secretária n soube explicar o procedimento com plano, não sei até o momento qual valor vai ser cobrado do meu plano de saúde por uma sessão de quiropraxia q durou 7 minutos apenas, não chegou a 20% dos outros profissionais que já visitei. Experiencia fantástica: Cassidy and Matt and Dr Stefan Sanchez are friendly, professional, and fun to visit with! They took care of me in just a couple of visits... I almost wish my back still hurt so I could go back soon, but they did too good of a job getting me sorted after a hard snowboard crash. I'm so thankful they were able to fit me in right away when I needed them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe, is one of the best if not the best chiropractor of all time. I've been to many chiropractors and I never felt better until I came here. They not only adjust you but help you by training you with exercises and doing soft tissue work. They also keep very good records of how you are and plan each of your visits to help you get better faster. I really enjoy this place and all it has to offer. Especially since the staff are so nice and the doctors are so well trained. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people, from the operations folks at the door to the massage therapists (Austin!) to the chiros (Dr. Allen!). Their approach is to pair massage with chiropractics with physical therapy. They communicate well between all those treatments and have helped relieve and strengthen my upper back. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joe is a miracle worker. I had been in pain for three years. I had seen doctors at UCSF and Stanford however none of them were able to help me or make any connection as to why I was in pain or how to help me other than to prescribe medications that somewhat work some of the time but gave me horrendous side effects. The first time I saw Dr. Joe I gave him a brief run down of my symptoms and immediately he had an idea of how to help me. When I walked in to Dr. Joe's office I could barely walk and I was in so much pain, I walked out feeling literally 80% better after the first adjustment. Dr. Joe's care, concern and dedication to see me better has been life changing. His office staff are just as amazing as he is. I highly recommend Dr. Joe and everyone at SHFT. This review doesn't do justice to the care and experience you will receive when you go to SHFT.

I started seeing Dr. Joe almost 3 years ago for chronic neck/low back pain and sciatica (result of multiple car accidents, fluctuating weight, and sedentary work for ~20 years). He's a wizard at fixing whatever my issues are. I realize that all chiropractors know how to analyze postures and gait - but it always amazes me how quickly Joe is able to see how out of whack my body is after walking for 3 seconds and immediately correct it. Between his extremely effective adjustments and exercise homework, I can happily say that I'm pain free! I stopped taking pain meds/muscle relaxers and only come in for maintenance. Lily has also been really helpful with assisting me with my corrective exercises and his assistant Dana is always a gem to work with. If it were possible, I’d give 10 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a high five!

Not only is he great at getting to the root of what's going on, he has so many additional certifications in movement that allow him to uniquely assess and fix just about anything wrong with these patterns.
