Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience. Jackie assessed my sprained ankle after I saw the orthopedist, and helped me slowly heal and strengthen over a couple months! She cared about which activities I wanted to return to, and towards the end gave me advice about how to restart those. Kelly makes scheduling and insurance run very smoothly at the front desk. I hope to not be back anytime soon, but will come back if I have future issues!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent center with highly competent therapists and a helpful and friendly support staff. Therapist Kimberly Tom, DPT did a great job helping me regain functionality in my left arm after a serious injury. I had to wait a couple of weeks for a first appointment, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!

For the entire rehabilitation process the staff at West Bay were wonderful. The professionalism knowledge were on-par with large nationally-recognized facilities that I have attended in the past. They are also friendly and attentive. They remembered details I had shared over previous visits and were fun to talk to, which really makes the time fly. I obviously hope that I don't need to return, but if I do suffer another unfortunate injury I know whose door I'll be knocking on!
