Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was courteous, expedient and knowledgeable of their job The Nurse Practitioner listened to everything I had to say and conferred with the Doctor. I felt comfortable and at ease leaving my doctor's appointment knowing that everything was being considered and ministered.

Experiencia positiva: The nurse was good, but nobody ever called me with my test results like I was told they would. It's a recurring theme with doctors offices. The nurse or doctor says they'll call with the results whether negative or positive, and nobody ever calls.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, Dianna Malkowski's level of patient care exceeded my expectations!! She really truly cares about her patients and takes the time needed to address my concerns. I believe Dianna is one of the few providers who is on the forefront of the opioid crisis. She not only treats most ailments but she is also passionate about MAT (medication-assisted therapy) for those struggling w/ OUD (Opioid Use Disorder). Dianna and the entire staff at Ascension Jackson St Clinic has ALWAYS treated me w/ nothing but kindness/respect. I feel truly grateful/thankful for them and the level of care I receive each and every time I come in for an appointment!!

Experiencia positiva: All in all it was fine. However the Nurse (colored red hair and tats) that I initially met was a bit off putting. And when questioning me about my alcohol intake was giving off a "shaming vibe". Which I didn't appreciate. I was just being honest with her but I'll tell you it makes me hesitant to be honest in the future. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, at least I hope not. But I didn't need to be told to moderate down the road. So not the best "bedside manner" as we used to say. Doc was great! First time I saw him. Oh by the way tell the nurse "table", "apple", "penny". Ha!
