Experiencia fantástica: I have been with ThedaCare my entire life. I had been seeing the same doctor at Encircle in Appleton for almost 20 years before I realized they were not the right fit for me. When I was searching for a new primary, I found Nichole Nelson, APNP. The moment I stepped into Nichole's office I knew I had made the right choice. Not only did she listen to my concerns, but she empathized with the medical trauma I had experienced with my previous provider. Nichole has never once made me feel like my concerns were invalid and for that I am forever grateful. Additionally, as a person in a larger/fat/obese body, I have never felt shamed by Nichole for this, something that cannot be said for all providers.

Experiencia positiva: I saw Dr. Terry who is not my normal Dr for a bad sinus infection. He barely spend 5 minutes with me. I couldn't even ask him a question because before I knew it he was gone. I know for a fact he told me a specific instruction on my prednisone but then send the script in differently. The pharmacy tried calling twice to clarify but nothing, the Dr. Didn't have his notes in the computer the first time and the wait was so long the second time. I tried calling once on and was on hold for 35 min and I finally had to press the button for them to call me back because no one picked up. I couldn't get a dose in the first day just waiting. My Dr., Dr. Cynthia Fischer is awesome!! but this experience was a horrible customer service experience. Next time I will wait for my Dr. Or go to Urgent care. I gave 3 stars because although this experience was horrible my pcp Dr. Fischer the best pcp I ever had. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. I am very lucky to have her.

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany is a nurse I always get transferred to. This lady went above and beyond for me one day when I called the medical center distraught. I had a horrible encounter with a pharmacist prior to the phone call. Long story short, she was the sweetest, most caring, nurse I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She made me feel so much better! And she assured me how much she and they (the facility) cared about about my well being and health! And that was so amazing to hear after that horrible encounter with the pharmacist! I can't even express it. Still don't know who Tiffany is since we talked over the phone. And on multiple occasions has she been great. But I just wanted to let everyone know what a warm heart she has. we need more nurses like Tiffany everywhere! Thank you for your understanding and genuine heart.
