Experiencia fantástica: Joni Flaherty Physical Therapy. I have never had physical therapy before and didn't really expect much, BUT! They have turned my head around and helped me understand how much they do and know. They have been working with me for 3 months now after rotator cuff surgery and every exercise or stretch is designed to help me move to the next step or next type of exercise. I have went home realizing that the exercise they did that very day had already made a positive change in my range of motion. Of course they gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do at home every day. I recommend them 100% and hopefully I never need therapy again, but if I do, I will absolutely go back there. Thank you Lexi and Katelyn for all your help and all you do!!
