Experiencia positiva: Overall this place is clean with a positive attitude toward improvement. However if you are dealing with patella femoral conditions I wouldn’t recommend it. This is just my experience personally but there approach is mainly focused on strengthening the VMO. (vastus medials oblique) This theory has since been disproven in recent literature. The VMO cannot be isolated or even preferentially targeted due to the fact that 1 nerve (femoral nerve) controls all 4 quads, when 1 quad muscle activates, they all activate. This information is well known in the PT world even though it is still taught, every PT should know better, and still baffles me that this was the main focus of my rehab.
