Experiencia negativa: These ppl do absolutely nothing that they say they will. They make excuses and treat ppl inhumane. If you would dump your loved ones in a hotel room to fend for themselves, this would be perfect. This place is horrible!

Experiencia negativa: Call light rang for 42 minutes. I had already taken my mother to the bathroom but walked out to see where staff was. There were 2 nsg assists sitting in the dining room doing a puzzle with another pt. They said it wasn't their hall when I asked for help. Therapy however was very good!

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank everyone there at Beavercreek Health and rehab for all the help and care that I received during my 4 week stay! The food and care from the entire staff was great! The rehab team also did a wonder job getting me back on my feet and I would definitely return here for future care!

Experiencia negativa: This place refuses to give my brother his physical therapy even though it was ordered by his doctor at Ohio State. They don’t care about patients needs, and they do the bare minimum if even that much. Had to fight for months to get the little care he receives. Sheila is the rudest employee there and cares zero about patients.

Experiencia positiva: Put my mother-in-law in there in july, the staff is great seeing to her every need and they are doing good to make her feel like she belongs. She has dementia amd can be difficult. She is getting more comfortable. The only complaint is she dont like the food. I guess i have spoiled her. No seasoning on the food. Place is very clean and staff is great.

Experiencia negativa: Beware this place is horrible and dirty! Their facility takes no pride in nothing. I should of listen to the employees that worked for them. Told me this olace don't care about their patient's, unless you stay on them. Well they were right. My mom,us and the facility was told if my mom falls she will be paralyzed for life. Well they wouldn't take her to the bathroom, unless me or my sister called, no baths and NEVER saw their doctor. And the food! For example they served my mom a sandwich, chips and Kool aid and the Kool aid spilt all over the chips and sandwich and still try to serve it to my mom. And everyday it was like this. I and my sister had to take her food everyday They act nice and treat your family like their nothing. I will be reporting this place because their riping patient's and the insurance companies off. I requested a itemized bill. Lol the gave me a bill. Cause they don't want me to see what they charge my mom for, like bathing her. I and my sister should of got paid cause they never did it. And I also caught a employee talking to my mom crazy and she still works there. This place is a house of horror!

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful facility! Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Administrative staff is seen on the floor and active in the building.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible to their workers and patients, the nurse's sit behind the desk eating instead of answering some call lights to help the stna/patients out. They put one aide to two hallways and justify it by saying by law they can do that since there's a nurse there to "help". Always out of supplies and lock the depends up sayings 5 depends per patient every shift. I've seen stna's cut bath towels up so they can wash a patient's face or bottom and was told to just use paper towels on the patients. Meals are always the same thing and cold, if a worker reports them they retaliate and fire them. Workers will tell a nurse over and over a patient of theirs is not doing well and the nurse will ignore them and do nothing, when they finally did do something the patient was sent to the hospital and put in ICU. They've changed their name about four times now from all of the bad publicity and was on the news.

Experiencia negativa: This has got to be one of the worst facilities!!! The lack of careing compassion,& the list goes on is beyond my comprehension. I would rather die on the street than be sent here. If you're even thinking of putting your Loved one here Don't!!! My Loved one was very sick and passed in this facility he had left an angel and note for his granddaughter it was his final Wish but do you think she received it No & when asked for his belongings No where to be found. There is Karma &I pray it comes for all involved!!! They deserve No stars but it wouldn't let me post without 1

Experiencia negativa: My mom resided at beavercreek Health and rehab close to 2 years I live in the state of Georgia I visited my mom much as I could I desperately wanted to move her closer to me but was unable to when I visited my mom she expressed to me how much she liked the nursing home and her roommates when I did visit I made my presents known by introducing myself to the social workers to the nursing staff to the laundry staff etc and as long as my mom was happy and what's comfortable I was happy the only problem that I had was the communication from the staff to myself was unsatisfactory as far as when I would call the facility maybe nine times out of 10 I would get someone to answer the phone when they would transfer me back to the unit no one would ever pick up the phone it was times I called the facility and the phone will ring and ring and I will call back to back but end up hanging up and trying to get another day and everything would repeat I've been a nurse for over 35 years and I know it's a procedure and maybe it's not a procedure there but if anything going on with a family member we notified the family when when there was a room change or when they changed my moms room I wasn't notified when I finally would get in touch with one of the staff and ask them how my mom was doing they would say okay she was she was fine she ate when I asked them to go to her room and make sure her phone was closer so when I called they could pick up the phone and hand it to her so that I could talk to her when I will call back the phone will continue to ring now maybe it's something wrong with the lines and the staff would not hear it but a few occasions I did Express my unhappiness to the receptionist about not being able to get in touch with anyone on my mom's unit it's just hard being so far away from my mom and not have any way to be able to speak to her speak to the staff to get a status they did sometime but like I said 99.9% of the time they would wouldn't.

Experiencia negativa: Beavercreek health and rehab is the most unorganized, poor quality of care facility for nursing I have ever seen! The quality of care for the residence there is so poor employees have to clean residence with bed sheets and pillow cases! The food is disgusting! It isn’t suitable to even serve prisoners! The food is unacceptable along with the poor management! Even when an issue is brought to their attention they blow it off and shove the problem under the rug! The employees are very problematic and have caused fights, arguments, and chaos! The facility is not clean at all, they absolutely do not follow the covid 19 regulations with cleanliness and they do not supply the building with the proper supplies to care for the residence

Experiencia negativa: If it was possible to give a lower score I would. I can't fit everything that went wrong into this box. My mom spent two months there and she is in the hospital from there with kidney damage. They neglected to provide proper nutrition resulting in possible permanent damage. Do not bring your loved ones here. Not worth the heartache. Edit: she passed away. I hate this place even more.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife spent almost 2. And 1/2 year with Beavercreek Health and rehab. During that time even through covid she received top notch care. They truly are concerned about their residents.

Experiencia negativa: My wife was admitted today. I called between 530p-6:25p numerous times. Phone rang rang and rang. RIDICULOUS

Experiencia negativa: My mother is currently a resident there. She fell & broke her hip, no one called me from the facility to inform me.I found out THE NEXT DAY from the hospital. At this point the dr did not recommend surgery. She then went in for a follow-up appt & was told the fracture had worsened & she needed to have surgery at this time, NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I called the facility multiple times and the phones just rings, & rings, & rings. I left voicemails with the unit manager, the social worker, sent emails - I waited a WHOLE WEEK for a response, NOTHING FROM NO ONE. (Keep in mind, the facility is locked down, so no visitors allowed at this time) The only way I was able to get my mom on the phone or speak to any staff member was to go up there in person & demand for someone to help me. It has been a week since then, and she has yet to be scheduled for surgery. I was told they were waiting on a call back from the surgeons office. I called the office myself, spoke to someone immediately, and was told no one had reached out to them in regards to my mother. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. It has been a tiring, stressful experience for me.

Experiencia negativa: Disgusting Care. Food looks like cat food, the cheapest kind. No shower, dirty socks and clothing, rude, we are busy, an hour and still no response to request. For 10k a month I expect luxury care, good and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Beavercreek Health & Rehab is the utmost BEST Nursing Rehabilitation facility I have ever had the pleasure of getting rehabilitation in! They CARE. They Listen and HEAR what you try to tell them. Not only that, but they ACTUALLY Follow through quickly in taking care of your medical requests even better than almost all hospitals do. They don’t make excuses, but instead they ensure the quality of your health care is as you yourself would want it to be. AIDS work hard to take good care of you. They show honor and respect to you in your room taking care of it And YOU. If you see them in the hallways, they are kind and considerate. The Nurses actually document your concerns to which the doctors team follow-up on right away, instead of ignoring your concerns as you get worse and worse as most facilities do. The staff is very organized, efficient, truly professional, respectful and kind to me. This is the ONLY facility that really & truly accommodate my Vegan lifestyle. They don’t merely say it with words, they actually listen to what you enjoy eating and which items build your health. They actively work to make your foods in such a manner in which I am ENJOYING eating again now. That is helping my health tremendously. KNOWING they are taking proper care of me and my health is renewing my confidence that I can regain the health I have lost extensively due to errors doctors, hospitals, and Rehab Nursing Facilities have caused me. This is the UTMOST BEST Facility I have ever been in and leaves all the others in the dust.

Experiencia fantástica: Moved my mother here from another facility in Beavercreek. Not at all unsatisfied with the other facility. BC Health and Rehab has exceeded my expectations. The administrative staff made the transition easy and were so helpful in the process. The nursing staff has been professional, effective, and friendly. The facility is kept very clean, cheerful, and bright. The aids are always courteous and helpful. The activities staff has been superb. My mother is very important to me, so it means a lot to find a facility like this.

Experiencia negativa: Can't you give less than 1 star? This place is a nightmare!

Experiencia negativa: Went to desk to get someone to help get my grandmother in bed waited over hour for nurse to help. Never came. Every excuse out of nurse or aid was it's my second day. Super sad that it costs 10k a month to be ignored by all staff. Wouldn't let this place care for my worst enemy much less a loved family member. Since I cannot give a negative number of stars I choose one star.

Experiencia negativa: My loved one urinated in his bed multiple times because no one came to check on him. He was fed soggy toast and kept up all night by screaming residents. He legitimately sounded traumatized by this experience and I am appalled.

Experiencia fantástica: Beavercreek Health and Rehab has recently hired some very talented nurse managers and a great Administrator. Proud to be apart of this team!
