What makes her stand out to me tho is she takes the time to listen to me and my overly detailed notes of what I’ve been feeling. Being in constant pain can really bring you down mentally, so it’s a great tool in her bag to be able to listen like she does with her patients and make them feel heard. I have also seen Stephen a couple of times for some other issues I’m having and he has been great as well! The exercises he gave me really target the areas that need improvement and it’s only been a short while but I can feel it making a difference!

Experiencia fantástica: It took me some time to write this review because Dr. Steve is so great, you may want to keep him a secret and save him for yourself. I came to Dr. Steve with an ankle injury where I could barely put any weight on it. I walked in limping and left significantly better. Within a few sessions I was back to 80% and upon completion I had no more pain, a much better understanding of my body and how it functions and left with exercises to work on to improve my strength. In this approach he is kind and considerate, thorough, informative and most of all HILARIOUS. I had heard previous comments about PT being miserable, and while it is painful and uncomfortable, Dr. Steve helps you navigate it in a way that you will leave with a smile on your face. Since I started going I brought my husband and my mother in law to see him, and they also have rave reviews. If this is someone you trust enough to bring your mother to, you know he is GOOD. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Steve is more welcoming and technically sound in treating the pain.I have problem in my neck c4,c5 and consecutively I have more pain in my neck and shoulders.He has treated me with right techniques and guided me with day to day life posture and other activities how I should do in order to avoid the pain. Above all, he listens carefully and more attentively to all our complaints. Dr Aarva, though I didn’t get a chance to get treated by her, she is also more welcoming. Definitely I would recommend both of them for all your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always had bad posture and tight muscles. The way I was sitting at work as well wasn’t helping my posture. This would lead to nasty migraines, neck, and shoulder pains. After seeing Dr. Steve for a couple of weeks my posture is so much better. I don’t have migraines anymore. My muscles pains are gone and I am ready to get back into the gym and be healthy. Dr. Steve has given me pointers on how I should be sitting at my desk to maintain what we have fixed as well as some exercises to help with any tight muscle symptoms that may come up. As someone who never has done physical therapy before I didn’t know what to expect, but having Dr Steve throughout the journey really helped out!

Dr. Steve has been excellent. I felt that his diagnosis is very accurate, and started the treatment and adjustments immediately. The environment is so friendly, low key, and welcoming. I even brought my baby a few times and we incorporated him into our workout! Dr. Arva is super knowledgeable about pelvic floor issues, and offered many suggestions that drastically helped my symptoms. I was really surprised at how quickly I saw improvements. Experiencia fantástica: I have had some pretty debilitating neck and back pain from herniated discs. One doctor told me I would definitely need to have surgery. I got a second opinion and the second doctor told me to try physical therapy first but that I would still probably have to have surgery. I started working with Steven and Arva at ACE and they were pretty confident that with my specific situation, they were going to be able to get me to a point where I was almost completely pain free. I was skeptical because I'd been in pain for so long and during the first couple weeks, I was making some improvements but not enough to think to get my hopes up too much. (Mostly that was just my impatience). However, after week 3 & 4, I began to make significant improvement and am now almost completely pain free. The little pain I do have is continuing to improve. I am now very hopeful that I can continue this treatment and avoid surgery. Very happy with my decision to go to ACE.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been suffering from chronic medial knee pain for three years before meeting Dr. Fort. I had seen a dozen or so professionals, from orthopedics to physical therapists. Most of the exercises I was given only made symptoms worse. The pain got to the point where I had to stop running, biking, hiking, and climbing. Even walking became a struggle. At night, the burning pain and spasms would keep me awake. I remember finding a video on YouTube where Dr. Fort was sharing a lecture with other physios. I just stumbled upon this treasure and then knew I had to find Dr. Fort. As it turns out, he practices in Texas and I am in Vermont, but we were still able to make it work over zoom. His depth of understanding, compassion, and experience blew me away. He was determined to help me be well again. After one week of working with him and three zoom sessions, I was already well on my way to being pain free. I started running again and resuming all the activities that I had been missing for so long. Scheduling was very easy and fast, and they are very accommodating with your needs they will work with your schedule. As soon as I step in that office Dr Steve told me not to worry that I was going to be smiling in no time and after 3 weeks now with him I can finally say my smile is back in place. I have had a lot of different physical therapists, Chiropractors and doctors over the past five years and I am so thankful I finally found Steve here. I found the evaluation and diagnosis to be thorough and the game plan coming out of it made sense. A mixture of certain exercises and some manual adjustments had be back to normal after just a few visits. I would highly recommend!

I literally went from crutches & sedentary to running around & working out. Totally insane recovery speed. Experiencia fantástica: My 10 year old daughter had a finger injury because of which her finger was stiff and she couldn’t bend her finger for about a month. It was hard for her to write and play sports in school. We were so lucky to have met Arva from Ace. She performed manual therapy on her finger and did some mobility exercises and in just one meeting my daughter felt almost normal. That night my daughter could for the first time in a month form a fist with her hands and bend her fingers. She kept calling Arva a true magician. Arva truly cares about her patients and is passionate about helping them.

Experiencia fantástica: Both Arva and Steve are amazing physical therapists. I had a complete rotator cuff tear and really wanted back to "normal" as quickly as possible. Arva and Steve took my goal and made it theirs by not only listening to my concerns but adjusting my care plan to achieve them. Not just the typical physical therapy was experienced.
