Experiencia negativa: I initially went with this company because they said they offered in home. It took a few months for them to find someone that was able to come out to my home. They finally found someone and she was late to almost every appointment and took the time from my son that she was late. Then I get a call one day they say may no longer can do in home. Therapist was a really nice lady. It just seems like they don't have all their stuff together at the moment.

I am thankful for the progress that they have helped make for me and my daughter to the point I feel they have helped increase our relationship. Experiencia fantástica: I have been an employee at Pediatric Therapy, Inc. (PTI) in Denton for a little over two years. The Denton staff is friendly and encouraging, which provides a supportive, drama-free work environment. One of my favorite things about working at PTI is getting to see all of our precious kiddos work hard and meet their goals! It is truly inspiring to witness change and growth happen firsthand. Plus, we have really fun themed days (pajama, circus, super hero, etc.) where the staff and clients dress up and enjoy themed snacks and activities. I am so thankful to be a part of a team so dedicated to quality patient care for children who deserve the world.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and overall great environment!
Experiencia negativa: This is by far the worst place you can take your children! I had inquired about them a few months ago to just keep our options open. They kept calling us for months trying to get us on board. I decided to give them a chance and went to their brand new location. It’s still a working process but the staff is friendly as are the therapists. I was not however impressed that for my sons feeding evaluation they set up a tray on the floor to set up my sons food and he ate standing up. But I let it go thinking that they will get them soon. I inquired about vital stim bc my son aspirates on thin liquids and they assured me they have a therapist to render that service. Apparently they let her go and no one bothered to call and let me know that they will not have someone until mid-late May. I just happened to ask my sons therapist when she would start the vital stim and she told me they don’t have someone to do it. So I went ahead and put his feeding therapy on hold. There’s no reason for me to pay for the therapy if they are not able to target his concerns. Well, today during my kids appt, I got a chance to talk with the owner. I asked him if they were planning to get high chairs as my son needs one, if not possible I have a portable chair I could bring in. He totally took it the wrong way and told me I should look elsewhere. And went on about how healthcare took a hit 3 years ago and “good luck” trying to find another place to take my kids. So I told him that I wanted to give them a chance I was just asking about the high chair. His entire demeanor was very arrogant. His posture and the way he was looking at me made me so uncomfortable. He closed the window in my face. It angered me so much I just told them I’m taking my kids. He told his staff to get my kids and get me out of there. This place is not open because they have it in their hearts to help kids. They are greedy. They also ask for a card to be kept on file which is no biggie but as soon as they walk your kids back for the appt you get a receipt. They run your card before services are fully rendered. Their friendly and helpful therapists are not enough to keep me there. That man obviously has some anger issues and I do not fee comfortable myself being there let alone my kids. I talked to his wife after him and she told me they would get the things my son needs and would love to keep us as they love my children and look forward to seeing them. But how can anyone continue services after the behavior of the owner? I am appalled and actually was a bit frightened by his behavior. I was in tears in their office.
