Experiencia fantástica: My PT IS Fnu Karishma. I had PT 3x in other company already for my low back pain & sciatica. Even though my Physical Therapist was very nice but the treatment I received I feel didn't help at all. I went to Europe for 17 days vacation lots of walikng . When I came back in states lots of pain hardly walk went to see my pain doctor and again advise PT . I was hesitant because of my previous experience. My sister heard of Vista PT and told me to try because great review. So I did and I'm very glad I did and I was assigned to Dr. Karishma. the treatment & exercises she provided was new to me not received prior.Also motivate doing home exercise. My muscles startes loosing up experiencing less pain, doing more house hold work & gardening. To summarize Dr. Karishma is excellent.takes time to provide treament, listen to me. motivate , & encourage me during my PT visit.I am feeling better.

After 4 rounds of physical therapy for the same knee, all at other physical therapy chains, Vista Physical Therapy is the only one that has been able to help me make any progress. They are the only ones that were able to tell me what the issue was (not walking properly for the last 2 years after having Arthroscopic surgery on both knees for torn meniscus) and have helped me correct it. I’ve only been going to Vista Physical for a little over a month and I have made tremendous progress.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about working with Eric Spencer. Prior to him coming to Texas he worked with me after a knee surgery. As an athlete, it was imperative for me to work with someone who knew and understood an athletes, mindset and desire to get back to Sport quickly. Unfortunately, that injury led to a few more and I ended up working with Eric for a couple of years for various injuries. He got me so incredibly strong that I returned stronger than ever. Since he's moved, he has continued to consult on other injuries and advise plans of action. I continue to go back to him-even remotely- because I am so spoiled by his care. Now I can't work with anyone else. I have tried five other therapists in my area and no one compares to Eric. The program stretches eased the pain in my hip and gave me better flexibility. Eric is very knowledgeable and answered all questions about my activities, as well as manipulating my hip after my strength activities. Experiencia fantástica: Eric Spencer was the best PT we have ever used. Our son Thomas was having pain on the top of his foot after his cross country races. His coaches didn't know why. He had been running track and cross county for over 4 years and never had this issue before. Eric not only knew the exercises needed to fix the problem but he did an amazing job explaining to our son how and why the exercises would work. It was clear that Eric knew how the mechanics of the body work and what issues my son's running style were creating. It was so reassuring to know that we weren't getting generalized care. Within just a week of using the daily exercises the pain was substantially lessened and eventually went away completely! My husband and I have gone to PT before and seen zero to little results from other clinics so we had our faith renewed after seeing how much Eric was able to help our son!

Tendentious in my knee was causing me to limp in pain. Still have a couple more weeks of therapy and the knee is feeling much better. Everyone is friendly kind and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Vista after my previous PT was no longer taking my insurance, so I was a little apprehensive at building a new relationship after a two level lumbar fusion. But Eric was exactly what I needed in a physical therapist at every step. Every appointment was carefully planned to aide my recovery, but to also challenge my body to get back to daily life and work. After 10 weeks of consistent work both at the office and at home, I’ve “graduated” healed and strong again, but with the bonus of gaining 6lbs of muscle and losing another 10lbs total because we put in the work to get me moving again. Everyone in the office operates as a team and the morning crew of patients is like a family. Thank you so much Eric, Hannah, Brianna, and Christy for helping me get back to toddler wrangling!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an ACL reconstruction and torn meniscus. Vista was recommended by my surgical team at Medical City Lewisville. I went into this with one goal and that is to return to running. Eric and his staff, took that into account day 1 and everything they did was to help me recover and achieve the goal I had. Everyday I was there they made it a positive experience with their attitudes, caring and knowledge. There is no way I would have been able to figure all of this out on my own and get the outcome I wanted. While PT is not easy as a patient, it sure helps when you have a team at Vista working for you and encouraging you every step of the way and telling you what to expect and you will get there. This is a highly qualified, motivated, capable and fun team. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get back to where you want to be. Thank you for helping me get there!

I had been experiencing terrible pain on my left shoulder, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t use it for basic things such as showering, dressing, putting on my seat belt, reaching up to grab something… Pain was awful, tried chiropractic care, spent lots of money to no avail. Finally I tried Vista Physical Therapy, right away I loved the staff, I felt comfortable and at ease, Joe was amazing experienced professional and very pleasant to work with. I started improving almost immediately, the rehabilitation exercises were just what I needed plus the hands on moving of my wounded shoulder also helped tremendously. I am so happy to say I can move my shoulder and my arm easily without pain. I don’t need pain pills to sleep anymore. Thanks to all of Vista’s staff too, Brianna, Tyler, Kristy, they helped me very much as well. If I ever need PT again I’ll be sure to return to Vista PT in Little Elm.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm 65 and had a great experience with Vista Physical Therapy (Thanks Joe and Tyler!) after my first total knee replacement in April 2022. Joe listened to my goals, was very kind and professional, but also pushed me when needed. The leg strength and flexibility I gained definitely exceeded my expectations. My surgeon was very satisfied with my range of motion. I had a 2nd total knee replacement in August 2022 and will start PT next week. I'm feeling very optimistic that I will have another great experience with Vista!

Clients are made to feel welcome from the moment they enter the facility which is immaculate. Equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each use, which is a good practice anytime, but especially critical in the current pandemic environment. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe, the therapist I work with, is a prime example. He explains all the exercises we perform and the purpose of each one before we begin each session. I plan on continuing my physical therapy with Vista for the remainder of my recovery and will use them again in the future if I have a need for similar services. In addition to outstanding service, the location is very convenient as it is just outside my neighborhood thus eliminating the need to drive on high speed roads to get there – which is a blessing when recovering from knee surgery. I wish they had been around after my last procedure a few years ago. If you live in the area and need physical therapy, this is the place to go!
