Experiencia fantástica: Denton Chiropractic Center is the best chiropractor I’ve visited. When I first came in, I could barely stand up straight and had difficulty walking; now, after several sessions, I’m pretty much back to normal! Dr. Susan Aurich is kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. During my first appointment, Dr. Aurich was able to precisely pinpoint my issues and came up with a great care plan, taking into account my financial position as well. My adjustments, coupled with the wonderful physical therapy, had me back in shape in no time! The front desk staff and assistants are also incredibly kind and hospitable. Everyone (including the doctors) always ask how you are (and actually care; it’s not just a pleasantry), and carry on conversation with you during your appointment. Especially during their busy times of day, they move quickly through patients, but I never feel rushed or pushed out. I’ve never felt like “just another patient,” or someone they were trying to get in and out; I always feel the care this staff has for their patients. They’ve definitely found a lifelong patient in me and I can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia negativa: Doctors bounce between multiple exam rooms, and spend 2 minutes max with you for a quick adjustment and send you on your way. No long-term care plan is given, with no mention of exercises management to alleviate symptoms long term. There are no re-evaluations given. I always felt EXTREMELY rushed (because the doctors are literally rushing, they stack their appointments on purpose), and like I was inconveniencing the doctors with questions about my condition due to their quick "in and out" model of care. The whole experience is extremely impersonal and you're just a number to them, which is disappointing given how much money I spent over time. There are much better doctors out there who will spend more than 2 minutes with you, educate you, give you a care plan including exercises, answer your questions fully and continually re-evaluate your progress. If you're fine with a "quick fix" place that you'll have to continue visiting for the rest of your life and aren't that interested in learning about body mechanics or exercise, this place would work for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Denton Chiropractic is the best chiropractor clinic in Denton. I suffer from chronic low back pain and have had it for over 20 years. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors and chiropractic clinics over the years and I have always been disappointed, which has caused me not to stick with them long term. Here, not only are the staff friendly and professional but they genuinely care about your well being. I am seen by Dr. Mellisa Noell and my back has never felt better. My back is finally at a point of being stable. And although the pain is still there, it is no where near what it has been in the past. I have more movement and flexibility without pain than I ever have. Thank you! The clinic itself is incredibly organized and the flow is very smooth. You walk in, check in, and they either send you to the therapy room or send you to a waiting room outside of the treatment room. They have multiple waiting rooms outside multiple treatment rooms so you never have to wait long. It’s incredibly well orchestrated and you couldn’t ask for a better system. I just wish I knew about them sooner.

While there under unfortunate circumstances the staff was amazing friendly and provided excellent service. We had the privilege of having the sweetest doctor as well- Dr Faith Kuehl. Highly recommend this office. The physical therapist is also wonderful and very kind.

The treatment I received from Dr. Noel helped me recover from my neck pain. I would for sure recommend this place to someone else! They are very detail oriented with the treatment and service. One thing that I really liked was that they made sure to pronounce my name right. They had my pronunciation written on my chart so that all of the workers can pronounce my name right. It’s not a big deal but it showed that they actually cared about the patients! I also received a graduation card from the Dr. Noel which was very heartwarming :)

Experiencia negativa: If you were in a not at fault auto accident. Stay away from this place if you have insurance. The notes they provided the at faul insurance did not help us at all but drag on appointments over and over. This center are the ones who benefit the most financially. We switched to orthopedic surgeon and that treatment helped more within two weeks.

Llegue con mi mandibula fuera de sitio, el tunnel carpal que no podia dormir y espasmos en el cuello y la espalda que me hacian la vida imposible por el dolor. Durante la primera semana y media mi mandibula estaba en su sitio y el dolor se me habia pasado, ahora estoy en la segunda etapa de mi tratamiento, pero me siento super bien. I arrived with my jaw out of place, my carpal tunnel that I could no longer sleep and spasms in my neck and back that made my life impossible because of the pain. During the first week and a half my jaw was in place and the pain was gone, now I am in the second stage of my treatment, but I feel great. Dr Ashley is spectacular, from the beginning she explained everything and what was going on with me. I have no regrets and I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr. Aurich during my two pregnancies for chiropractic care due to severe pubic bone pain, round ligament pain, and the typical other pregnancy pains. Dr. Aurich helped relieve these pains (completely got rid of round ligament pain) on a weekly basis and because of her I believe my deliveries/position of my babies were in my favor. I recommend her to many pregnant women as my pain would have impacted my daily activities more often if it weren't for her treatment and care. She is very personable and caring of not just your body but your personal life. Dr. Aurich is Webster certified, hence why I felt comfortable seeing her for my pregnancies. Additionally, all the other staff were always welcoming and kind.

I am 72 and in a wheelchair with the ability to stand on one leg for a few seconds. When I started coming here my posture was horrible and I could not hold my head up straight. I was very timid, but also in a lot of pain. After one month I am showing progress. The staff and doctors are all concerned with my well-being and that is such a wonderful change. Everyone treats me with great care and respect. I feel at home there. I would definitely recommend Denton Chiropractic to ever I know and I do. I am on the road to complete recovery thanks to them. I plan on continuing to see them after all this is over. They have a patient and a friend for Life!❤️

Their hours are very accommodating for people that work all day. Dr. Melissa has been wonderful. She really cares about the patients, and does a great job explaining your medical situation. Sabrina in the Therapy department is great. Always makes you fell welcome and asks you how life is treating you. You don’t feel like just another patient, but they make you feel like family. I highly recommend Denton Chiropractic center to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: While the company as a whole gets two stars I will give Dr. Villarreal five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars. For going above and beyond to help me when no one else would. I may return someday just because of this one Doctor. This was my chiropractor of choice since 2000 ish. My problem is with the front desk lady. I don’t know her name but she has longer straight black hair. During the years 20/21 I came here frequently. I had a standing appointment on the days Dr. V was present and some days I had to call and get squeezed in. This woman was annoyed by this and told me many times that my payments went to my treating doctor regardless of who seen me. The last time I walked in the door she decided to let me have it. I turned and walked out. How they pay their doctors isn’t my concern so long as I pay my bills.

After just three weeks I was already doing things I haven’t done in years. Now two months into my treatment my pain is almost entirely gone.
