Experiencia fantástica: i can't put into words how this place made me feel so much better. the entire staff and environment of this place is one of the best i have experienced. the front desk is amazing. they were able to accommodate my needs. my therapists, carlos and david, were the best. the aides who always helped me were so amazing and knowledgeable in my case. i'd like to shout out specifically, juan, cris, josh, cynthia & lily. they were quite amazing. the clinic director, jon, really knows how to run a clinic. 5 stars and more!!

Experiencia fantástica: After my back surgery my mobility and pain weren’t so great but coming here for my rehabilitation has helped improve my pain and intolerable stiffness…also helping understand my nerves and muscles that are permanently damaged and knowing what triggers that ongoing discomfort. My RPT, DPT, PT Assistant, PT Aides and Clerical staff all have been extremely supportive and helpful with the care I’ve received. Thanks so much from my thorough evaluations and continued treatments hands on massages and excellent explanation of my ongoing treatments to each and everyone of you whom have helped me get much better than how I was at the beginning when I came here. All your help and support during my worst and now significantly seeing my improvements is a huge achievement for me…Thanks for all the exceptional work you all do day in and out not just with my needed treatments…but on all the patients that you care for! “Jerald”, Patrick , David, Carlos, Sage, Jonathan & Jessie, Josh, Liliana, Cristian, and most importantly to the front office scheduling and verifying coverage or changes of Insurance and making sure I have everything right for continued treatments “Kimberly” I appreciate you! Experiencia positiva: Great energy in the treatment room. Upbeat music and lots of smiles makes the time go by fast. Before u know it, you are done with the exercises and stretches. Fast pace and fast healing.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely like this place in so many levels.. 1) the staff is super friendly and professional . The place was cleaned. My exercises were longer than the previous 8 minute electrical shock therapy followed with rude behavior, However, this office it’s nice, But what I noticed and impressed me the most was the staff was friendly among each other. They were young and offered a casual Friday environment. I had about 5-6 exercises versus 1 exercise from the previous office i was . Excelente muchachos . Recomendados for sure !

Experiencia negativa: You only spend a small amount of time with a licensed physical therapist and the majority of your time is spent with an assistant who don’t even care if you’re doing the exercises correctly. And they don’t even update the app with new exercises. Then they make you do some PASSIVE exercises like cycling which can easily be done at gym

Experiencia fantástica: I was sent there thru my insurance for an arm issue. I met my PT named Johnathon. He evaluated me, gave me a short work out, and turned to me and said “you need more than I can help you with, go back to your dr and tell them this (he gave me instructions on what to tel them) I did exactly what he said, my Dr sent me for a MRI and sure enough.. Johnathons “diagnosis” of my arm was % correct. I am now having surgery and when I go back for my PT I am definitely requesting him. He didn’t try to string me along, he was compassionate, professional and down to earth.

Experiencia negativa: I tried getting an appointment no one answers . I called and got through but was put on hold for more than 10 minutes i had to hang up. If they make you wait on phone imagine when you go for an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed as I’ve been waiting to be seen. Three consecutive appointments have been cancelled on me and they have now pushed me out a month And still waiting to be seen. Everything there seems very unorganized they don’t take into consideration that the patients waiting to be seen are in pain and we are just seen like another number in line.

Experiencia negativa: Been trying to get a hold of someone for two weeks. Called them repeatedly. Left my name and call back number. I was referred here by my doctor once I was strong enough to go to physical therapy outside home and still can't get a phone call answered or returned. I've been out of therapy for about a month due to waiting for approval and not being able to get a hold of anyone to start. Will try again later this morning. But I think it's ridiculous that I've been calling for two weeks and can't even get someone to answer or let alone return a call. Can be really frustrating and demoralizing for someone like me who is eager to get back on their feet after a year and finally making obvious progress. Have already put a request for a new facility. But will try until I hear back; hopefully sometime soon.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several different therapy facilities as this is my second cervical fusion surgery. My experience here is definitely the best of them all. I accredit that mostly because of my therapist Eric Pang. He is extremely professional but also friendly. I had some extreme muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders and since working with Eric the spasms are really getting under control. He really gets down deep to the muscles and gets the knots out which may cause a slight soreness but the results are phenomenal. I recommend if you go there ask for him. I wouldn’t have gotten this far this quick if it wasn’t for him.

Experiencia negativa: Just don't go to the CRST! They charged my son over $200 about 40 mins with Dr. E. Peng. It's not worth it at all. You could get whole lot better instructions from Youtube.

Experiencia negativa: Dirty. Windows are dirty, carpet needs replacement. Not to the standard of what a physical therapist office should be. Understaffed. Was on hold for more than 35 minutes multiple times. Secretary put me on hold without waiting for me to say yes to being put on hold after she asked me. I had the feeling that I wouldn't be valued as a customer after the first call and my visit matched that phone call. All they have is excuses instead of fixing their problems.

They require one to take your business, I was there for a prior accident and last visited them in January and just got rear ended again in July. Don't have a doctor to get an Rx so they told me they cant help me without one. So sad, they were such nice people but basically just pushed me away because I dont have an Rx but have great health insurance. Oh well......I guess....
