Experiencia fantástica: My Wife has been in Physical Therapy and its been very helpful to come here and their support is excellent. Office personal always kind and attentive with a smile. Mr. Bach Lee is a compassionate and knowledgeable Therapist. Can't wait to see my wife walking with no assistance again.

Experiencia negativa: This place do not focus on compassion or caring for patients wellbeing, but more like transaction to get your insurance. Sad!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about PIH Rehab. Very compassionate group that genuinely care about their patients. 10 stars plus more! Bach Lee is my PT Excellent Therapist as well as all the therapists and scheduling staff.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever, I was getting treatment for a couple weeks. When I went to get my treatment I had this tall caucasian man with no personality help me with physical therapy then this other physical therapist comes she is a slender women with dark medium flowy hair. I begin to do my exercise when she starts laughing out of no where I felt weird cause I didn't know why she was laughing then she says your forearm is bigger than your calf on your leg. I was embarrassed, I told her I have a serious chronic disorder that is permanent that makes it swell. She just kept laughing even after I told her why it was that way. The guy thought it was amusing, what a shame to have to do treatment with ignorant, rude, and toxic people. They are suppose to be there to help you with physical problems you have not to make fun of your medical conditions.
