Experiencia negativa: Having a beloved family member was unfortunate. I visited him once and it took one visit to say the front desk is friendly. The waiting area seemed cleaned. However once in, the staff need to be more considered of patients. I had to help a patient with what she needed. My beloved uncle passed away and I feel he didn't get the attention he required. He was there 1.5 days and I visited on the 2nd day and he didn't even have a bed call button on his bed. He could hardly speak so how will they hear? They were busy up and down and it seemed they were short staff. One nurse took the time to assist but after I left who knows. If a love one is there try to alternate with other family members atleast as much possible. Nurses have their lives too and they don't seem to be all there focusing on one patient at a time. I guess they do as much they can but please consider all reviews when placing loved ones anywhere.

Experiencia negativa: Having my father in this place was the worst mistake ever... They had him in horrible conditions. I truly hope people read this review because i don't think our situation was unique and this may be happening to other patients. Feel free to contact me for details. My father had two strokes in this place. He never was able to recuperate from that and he couldn’t even say anything as he was not able to speak. After the pandemic we were able to take them from this place but it was too late, he passed away like 2 years ago. Even though he passed away from many complications, including those strokes, his time in this place was hell.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately I have my mom their due to heart attacks and half of lung collapsing but fortunately happy to say that she's alive and in good trusting worm caring hands..I trust each and everyone their.in other word's thank you everyone at intercommunity health care center for everything that you all have done taking care of my mom Maria Carrillo you r and always be family to us p.s. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service! The nurses and staff were extremely helpful and nice to ALL of us. The therapists were amazing and did everything they could to aid my grandfather back to health. It was an extremely clean facility and we could not be happier with everyone there. The nurses and CNAs were especially caring towards my grandfather. Their goal was to give him a great experience and help him become healthy again, and they did just that. Our Nurse Jessica and CNA Rosie were both an amazing nurse and CNA and we are so appreciative for all they did for him. We recommend this facility to anyone looking for a long term acute facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staffs. Very flexible to family of patients on visiting and video calls. Very friendly and heartful staffs. Especially, Triana, Honey, Wei, Gabby, Yessica, Jennifer, and Activity staffs, and Director Luis and more. Thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: My mom is currently staying at this nursing home. I have to say, out of the 3 that she's had to stay at this past year, this nursing home has been my favorite for my mom. She looks a lot healthier. Her legs are still weak - I'm not sure anyone can help with that at this point but she's able to speak again and use her hands. The nurses and people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. The most important thing for me is my mom to be happy at a nursing home and this has been a really good place to her.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom is currently at this venue and will be here for a few months. This is the 2nd time she has been admitted to a healthcare facility such as this. The previous one was in Bellflower. I can't tell you how much happier she is at this place than the last, I'm too as an observant. The food here is 100% better than the last place. The staff here is extremely attentive compared to the last, checking in with her and following through with her requests. The place is a lot cleaner. Staff here aren't afraid to look at visitors for fear we may ask questions or have a request. Even the owner checks in with my mom on a regular basis to make sure she's happy and that all her needs are met. I highly recommend this place, should you not be able to care for your loved ones on your own. Most importantly, her doctor recognizes that her bedsore wound is healing better here than the previous place. The nurses here are more attentive.
