Experiencia positiva: If I could give Dr. Saunders 10 stars I would. I saw her for about 2 years for PT and she was the most empathetic, kind, caring, generous care provider I have ever had. She made an intense and scary process less overwhelming with her sense of humor and openness. Her dedication to making sure her patients receive the best care possible is absolutely unmatched. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful human she is. Why not five stars? In two years of care, I never once saw Dr. Grace in the office. I got the vibe that a lot of the burden of running the clinic fell to Dr. Saunders. I worry that this incredible employee is not getting the compensation and recognition she rightly deserves.

They helped me diagnose, treat, and learn to manage my pelvic floor disfunction with so much compassion for the emotional toll it was taking. Experiencia fantástica: I have struggled for several years with a combination of incontinence especially when running. I tried physical therapy twice and was instructed in Kegel’s only with limited success. I felt it was getting worse and struggling to enjoy running. I contacted Grace and worked with Dr. Alexis Spohn. I was given a program that focused on the entire pelvic region, including core and hips. I started the exercises two months ago and have experienced significant improvement allowing me to work, walk and run with little to no leakage. I am so thankful for Alexis. She is professional, empathetic and skilled in women’s health.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t thank Ruba and Grace therapy enough for helping me overcome my pelvic floor issues after having my baby. The office staff is super attentive, helpful, and understanding. I always have to bring my baby with me to my treatments and they make me and him feel so special. My therapist Ruba is amazing! She is so easy going (which is a huge plus since my son loves to interrupt therapy time and it can make a mom anxious when someone doesn’t understand) that I don’t get scared or worried bringing my son (hello sky high retention rate). She helps with him and helps me and we still get my therapy in. That’s woman power there ;) She starts each session checking in. Genuinely caring about my responses and finding ways that can help with what ever is going on. She checks back in to see if what we decided would be something that I feel comfortable with which is important because sometimes we as patients can just say yes without truly understanding what we agreed upon. She is very knowledgeable and even shares her own experiences which helps you not feel so alone in your struggles. I have improved so much since starting with her and I can’t wait to see the progress I have ahead of me with her by my side.

Experiencia fantástica: Alexis Spohn has really helped me heal with a chronic pelvic floor injury that I thought I would never overcome. With her treatment, I have healed to where I can teach Pilates again. Alexis is very thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and has so many areas of expertise in regarding to rehab for the pelvic floor. I am so happy and relieved to be under Alexis' care and to finally heal. She is amazing!

Experiencia positiva: I was a patient at Grace Physical Therapy in fall of 2019 under Dr. Saunders. The physical therapy itself was fine and Dr. Saunders is caring and professional. My problem is with the billing team. Insurance requested records. The office staff was unable to email or fax copies of my physical therapy record to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Without the records, the claims were all denied. I worked for several months to try to get this resolved, so that the cost would go toward my deductible. Finally, in March 2020, four months after my last visit, I received a bill in the mail from Grace Physical Therapy for a couple hundred dollars. The dates of service on the statement were not correct, and dates I had come in were missing. I called the office, afraid more bills would follow. They had no documentation I had paid anything in one of their systems and limited information in a 2nd system. I found receipts for most of the visits showing I paid upfront $80 per visit. The one visit I could not find documentation, I paid $80 over the phone in March. I have called a half dozen times to try to get either a corrected bill or verification I owe nothing. I have been promised a new bill for four months from Gabrielle, the office manager. I understand Covid makes life difficult, but come on. Update: Erika, the owner reached out and was able to get me a corrected bill. She shared that their admin team was undergoing additional training and that the office manager I had worked with was no longer with the company (prior to my posting a review). I am pleased she was so proactive in training the office staff. The actual physical therapy last year was great, and really helped with both the pain and urinary symptoms I was experiencing. if you are having pelvic issues, therapy is something to seriously consider.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Saunders is amazing! I'm on my second round of pelvic floor therapy with her (my first was post hysterectomy, now perimenopausal). She listens patiently, seeks understanding, offers support, is incredibly knowledgeable, and gets results! The practice is clean and serene; the staff are warm, helpful, and efficient. Though all practitioners seem to stay busy, I've never had a wait. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Extraordinary service, everyone I've met in the practice has been so personable and charismatic, and is truly passionate about the work they do. I am having to learn how to eliminate my stress incontinence as a result of the surgery....and Dr. Grace is showing me how. She is very informative and considerate of my condition and is patiently leading me through the steps I need to take to regain full bladder control. I am very confident ,that with her help, I will be back to normal again. Her services are available for both men and women.

Even though I expressed concerns, I was told I needed to be discharged by my original PT and left to sort out what I could do moving forward. I did some research online, and found Dr. Grace. Within a couple of months, under her care, I started to improve drastically. I realized pretty quickly that the care I received from the original PT was sub par. I wish I had found Dr. Grace when all of my problems first began, but am extremely pleased that I am under her care now. She is intelligent, caring, and professional. She thinks through problems that arise, and offers very good, thoughtful solutions. Highly recommend!
