Experiencia fantástica: I had full knee replacement 9 weeks ago. Been going to Vincent Therapy for 8 weeks and my progress has been super. Michel is fantastic in his approach, never pushing always concerned about control and your well being. Personalized approach and always attentive. When I started with Vincent, my knee was only able to bend around 90, but now it can bend around 110-115. Teresa mans the front deck and phones and is equally super. She was very informative from the get go and always super friendly. Both are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend using Vincent for your physical therapy needs.

He's friendly, easy to talk with, and very accommodating. He and his staff are very pleasant, and seem to genuinely want to help you recover. He has convenient office hours, and parking is a breeze.

I couldn't recommend his services enough. He's very knowledgeable and caters your plan to your injury and comfort levels. Experiencia fantástica: Following knee replacement surgery in November and 3 weeks of basic physical therapy at home, I needed a physical therapy center. I was fortunate to select Vincent Physical Therapy on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, CA. I got the best care and guidance from Michel Vincent. When I was about to finish my initial 12 sessions (going twice a week for 6 weeks) I asked my surgeon if I could continue. My doctor was pleased with the progress I had made and gave me an order for another 12 visits. Michel is very knowledgable and makes sure that the movements are done properly, in a progressive manner. I highly recommend Vincent Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Michel Vincent and his office manager Teresa are truly exceptional. He helped me with my torn rotator cuff and shoulder pain, to find functional movement and exercises that have changed my relationship to my body and very much lessened the discomfort. Michel usually works with several patients at once, which gave me time to practice the exercises in between his coming back over to my zone and give me feedback on how I'm doing. His space is large and well lit, with plenty of equipment for different kinds of movement, positions, etc. Plenty of parking. Although the treatments were a bit more than my insurance covered, it was very reasonable, and Teresa manages making appointments and billing kindly and smoothly. The best PT I've ever encountered, and I've had plenty. Highest recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: Michael was very patient and professional after my cervical surgery and subsequent car accident. Because of the sensitivity of my surgery and experience immediately after I was allowed to start PT, he provided a slower-paced and more gentle treatment plan -- which other, less experienced therapist may not have done. He constantly reminded me that I'd just had a major surgery and that it would take time to heal. He even helped me with my benign positional vertigo. Very knowledgeable and gets to know his patient well. Teresa at the front desk is one of the best!!! She is very prompt, professional and extremely friendly! The office is very understanding and accommodated my busy schedule as best they could.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a severe case of vertigo and Michael was extremely thorough explaining that crystals in my ear may have dislodged and the maneuvers he was going to do to try to put them back. Although we were not successful during the session inducing vertigo, I was 95% better when I went to bed that night. Michael has a very soothing and calm demeanor, I am so very appreciative of his help. Finally, his office manager, Teresa, is outstanding!! Amazing customer service, an absolute delight!

He let her continue coming until she felt she did not need to anymore giving her confidence as well as returning her physical abilities. Experiencia fantástica: Recovering from Torn Rotator Cuff surgery. Vincent Physical Therapy took the time to train and improve the mobility of my arm and shoulder. They did not just show the motion and exercises; they explained to me why each exercise was important and what it did internally. Their customer service and scheduling is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! Here's why: 1. I had a bad case of vertigo and was told by my doctor to find a PT for treatment. This was an urgent medical condition and couldn't wait. Vincent PT was the only place that would squeeze me in on short notice. I am very thankful they took me in as a new walk-in patient and the short story is that the treatment worked - the results were immediate and lasting. 2. Teresa at the front desk was super nice when I called and when I arrived in person. She was very patient, knew what treatment I needed based on my condition, was the one who squeezed me in to the busy schedule, and was very pleasant getting my information (as a new patient) and then the next day when I called back to update my status. Great customer service! 3. Michael is a great physical therapist. Extremely knowledgeable and I felt like he understood my condition and how to treat it. He was also very patient in explaining everything to me and doing the treatment - making sure I was comfortable and not in pain the entire time. I didn't feel rushed (as I do at other places), and he does everything himself (vs other places where you start with the experienced person but then they pass you to a new person who doesn't seem to know anything). Even though I was a brand new patient, he took very good care of me and I felt like a VIP. Parking and access are easy. It's faster to enter on Foothill into the surface parking lot, and then enter from the outside (not through the main lobby). I had been going to another place for PT for several years (for a different issue), but now I'm considering coming here instead due to the better customer service, attention, and care.

Within a month of seeing him, the at home exercises and advice already seems to be reducing my dizziness, nausea, and is slowly getting me back to normal activity. Would absolutely recommend.

Because of this, I have used Vincent Physical Therapy three (3) times: in 2014, 2018 and now in 2021 due to arthroscopic knee surgery to repair torn menisci. Mr. Vincent is patient, thorough and passionate about restoring clients back to health and physical functionality. His knowledgeable guidance has got me up and running again.

I saw Michael for two total knee replacements that I had three months apart. I’m so glad my surgeon recommended Michael. He doesn’t just give you a series of exercises to do, he breaks each movement down so you know exactly which joints/muscles are impacted and how they are impacted. He trains you to notice and control how your body is moving Shout out to the office manager Theresa. Always friendly and smiling and extremely efficient. Never an issue with appointments or billing.

I basically dislocated and broke my ankle as well as the Tibia and Fibula bones!! Michael got me back to full strength, good range of motion and to normal activities!! He helped me to understand my injury and taught me how to rehabilitate. I'm now pain free and it's honestly changed my life. He has given me wonderful advice on how to move my shoulder and arm without damaging them. He is very careful, calm and, above all, very detailed when explaining the exercises and he is always aware of every second with his patients. Teresa, his assistant, is very friendly and prompt. She is lovely. The place is very clean, sanitized, there are gloves, masks, disinfectant cloths and alcohol gel available. Parking is very convenient. An extra thing about the place is that it has a large terrace with a fantastic mountain view. I totally recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: The place looks pretty dingy, and under the circumstanes of Covid unsafe. I was promised a one-on-one session by the owner on the phone. When I arrived to my apppointent there was another person (not very healthy looking) in the gym. I told the receptionist that I did not feel comfortable even waiting in the gym. I waited in my car, and when finally the owner appeared about 15 minutes late, he almost yelled at me that he had to take extra time with his previous patient. Not celan, not welcoming and after all unpleasant experience. Stay away .

Experiencia negativa: Michael Vincent was inept in my opinion. I have been treated by therapists at Elite Motion and there is no comparison. I was referred to him by my doctor's assistant for neck problems. The exercises didn't seem consistent with my problem and after two visits, when I was directed by him to put both my hands on a pole and bend my knees and slide down and back up, I asked if he would tell me how that would improve my neck. His reply "I'm keeping you amused." I didn't need to be amused, I wanted to work on being well. That day I cancelled the other appointments that were scheduled and never returned.
