Experiencia fantástica: Este lugar es muy eficiente, son un equipo excelente. Yo manejo desde Adelanto Ca, hasta West Covina porque no he encontrado un lugar tan eficiente como este.

Experiencia negativa: This place treats you like you are for an insurance claim, I was referred there by my doctor and I really need the right therapy, I was set on a table with a back massager, time ran out machine stopped and after so long I had to get someone’s attention to let them know I was there just laying down, next visit I asked to speak to someone in charge, the rude lady in front said that I had to pay the copayment first in order to speak to somebody, she suggested that could also go back to my doctor to be assigned some where else

Experiencia negativa: No tienen casi nada de equipo de ejercicios siento que los terapistas no estan altamente calificados a todas las personas les hacen el mismo procedimiento ventosas o choques electricos yo d3je de ir porque no me gustó como trabajan.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a wonderful physical therapy experience coming here . All the doctors are awesome ,great and knowledgeably about the human body and the staff too. Super friendly and the always greet you with a smile . Which makes you feel welcome. They listening to the patient and give you the best option for your injury. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to heal and move foward with the help you need .

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. I have had P/T before at a different location but wish this was available then. The staff is super nice, easily approachable and actually seem to understand what you are going thru. They have helped me with my shoulder and even felt what's going wrong. Makes me feel like I am not just imagining the pain, its actually real. I just found out that my Moms insurance is also accepted, I will be asking her dr for a referral to this location instead of sending her out to Pomona. Definitely would refer a friend!

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment scheduled for Physical Therapy consultation this morning. Arrived at this place was packed like too crowded. I'm looking at the people doing their exercises with little to no room. The front desk checking me in wanted to charge me the "specialist visit" price of $85 and I knew that was wrong. I questioned it and wanted to call my insurance but she just became rude and was like you want to cancel your visit then. I called my insurance and they verified that it falls under "rehabilitation" and should only be charged $50.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike helped my fiance kim walk again she was using a walker and wheelchair to get around now shes walking unnasisted and even doin stairs without help i wish we could give him 6 stars but will settle for the 5

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist Josie is very condescending, rude and argumentative. On first call for visit. I have changed my mind about this place and will proceed to contact Julie the Office Manger .

Experiencia positiva: I love this place! The people are SUPER nice and I am actually feeling better! The place is a little bit difficult to locate. There's not a big sign or anything It's right around the corner from a Goodwill right next to the social security . I got really lost the first time but once I found it I was happy! Excellent caring people who know what they're doing!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing doctor Lu for several months working on my knee immediately after my meniscus surgery performed at USC Keck Medical Center. She knew exactly what to do to ensure that I was going to heal properly and created a customized physical therapy plan for a full recovery of my knee. Her professionalism, enthusiasm and her very kind spirit has always made every single one of my visits extremely enjoyable. Even during the times when she and her staff would push me a little bit harder on those elastic bands!! I would highly recommend Dr. Lu and her staff!!
