After struggling with back pain for what felt like forever and having no luck with other PTs, I couldn't be more grateful to have found Dr. Glenn. He genuinely cares about his patients and is incredibly knowledgeable—he really knows his stuff. The environment is so welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly, fun, and supportive. My back has improved so much and is virtually gone after struggling for a full year with debilitating lower back pain preventing me from living my best life. He listens, cares, and wants the best for you. I actually look forward to my visits! Highly recommend!

The team, especially Glenn, is exceptional. Glenn understands exactly what I need, often before I even finish explaining. Thanks to their expertise, I'm feeling WAY less pain (especially with ongoing neck pains) and more in fight shape than ever. Highly recommend this place for anyone serious about their sport!

They have been amazing at not only dealing with physical issues as they present themselves, but also keeping her happy. She doesn’t mind coming to appointments because the staff is so friendly and keeps her laughing throughout her visit. They show interest in her as a person and not just as a patient. Glen works magic with his dry needling.

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous about starting PT, but even the process of booking an appointment was a simple process from week to week with Em who is so kind and welcoming. On my first visit, Dr. Glenn was thorough in understanding my injury. His knowledge was evident as the exercises were purposeful and challenging in a safe and controlled environment. I quickly saw improvements and when I struggled, both Dr. Glenn and Micaela were there to encourage me through this process. Springfield PTW is an inviting environment, I enjoyed great conversation and shared a lot of laughs while working hard at the same time. It took time and commitment, but now my wrists feel stronger than before and I’ve adapted PT exercises to strengthen my fitness journey. I am so appreciative of my time at Springfield PTW and have graduated. If you are injured and need a place to go, this is it.

A friend of mine worked with Dr. Glenn Forsyth, so when I hurt myself August of 2022, he recommended I go to Dr. Glenn. We've been slowly working through an old car accident injury to my neck and a rotator cuff issue...I almost feel like myself again. Migraines are nearly gone (minus severe weather changes), I have almost full range in my neck/shoulder and I'm almost back to working out. Dr. Glenn is all about strengthening but also understanding your limits. Aside from stretching and strengthening, he's also rotated cupping into my regimen. When Dr. Glenn isn't available, Dr. Alex fills in. This is truly a wonderful establishment, from Grace who runs front of house to the two docs who have a myriad of patients (all age ranges and issues). They're the best and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for PT.

My clinical experience being a student PT /observer in this clinical rotation setting has reminded me each day why I continue to be motivated in pursuing a career in physical therapy. I was welcomed since day one and immediately my nerves vanished once I walked in. Dr. Glenn has not only taught me the magic of the PT profession, but has reminded me the value & appreciation of what a wonderful, intelligent and heart-warming PT consists of. Experiencia fantástica: In my 11 year journey of shoulder pain and injury I have never found a better physical therapy place than Springfield Physical Therapy and Wellness here in Springfield, NJ. After many years of having problems and injuries with my right shoulder, I finally had a successful surgery with Dr. Wanich from High Mountain Orthopedics. After recovering from the surgery, I was recommended by a friend to see his physical therapist Glen Forsyth in Springfield Physical Therapy and Wellness. Hands down one of the best therapist I have ever met. He is thorough, knowledgable and educated, and really shows his expertise in his line of work. Glen is patient, professional and detailed in how he wanted me to progress and reach my goal with where I want to be with my shoulder. After working with him for 4 months, my shoulder has felt like new and as if my shoulder injury never happened, it felt and was back to normal. I don't write reviews often, but this is one of the best PT spots in New Jersey and don't forget to ask for Glen, he knows what he's doing and he will help you reach your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to PT on and off for years, I have tried a few different places that I was never really happy with. I have never felt that anyone cared enough to really help me and always felt like a number in a packed room. That ended the day I walked in to Springfield PT & Wellness! The office staff is wonderful and always accommodating and there are usually only 1 or 2 other patients there the same time as me. Dr. Glenn is the absolute best! He takes the time at the beginning of each appointment to talk and see how you are feeling, asks if you had any issues since the last appointment and uses that info to plan your treatment session. He walks you through everything and explains why you are doing what. I can not say enough good things about him and the care I am receiving!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to see Troy since March. I had seen multiple hand specialists, shoulder specialists and 2 other physical therapists because of a pinched nerve. Turns out the issue was my neck and not my back which Troy caught. Progress takes times and dedication. It’s not always easy but I have more function in my hand and my shoulder is doing way better. On top of that Grace and Bri are super helpful. I haven’t worked with Glenn but he always seems to be able to connect with his patients, make them feel comfortable and get a laugh. Working with Troy is a blast (when he’s not pushing down on my muscles making me want to cry). He’s a smart young man who’s great. All in al the environment is 5/5 and so is the team.

I went twice a week for a few months and Troy was amazing. He pushed me just hard enough to get me on the mend and back to what I was doing prior to my injury. I’ve since referred a few friends there for treatment as well and all have had the same experience. Highly recommend.

What I love most about this place is that they take the time out to educate you on your injury and then provide you with the necessary exercises to get you back to full health as fast as possible. Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! I’d never been to PT up until recent when I sprained a muscle in my back and feared I would be in pain for 6 months or more. They reassured me my injury wasn’t as bad as I thought and that I would be good in just a couple of weeks. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind and easy going. Experiencia fantástica: I found this place by recommendation from another mom with a soccer ⚽️ player. My son is in travel soccer and his leg/ knee were literally not functioning. Previously we had turned to chiropractic for this kind of injury, issue, this time I chose PT with Dr Chris. About two sessions really relieved my son’s discomfort and his whole body posture was improved. Some habits had to be unlearned. My son had no impact so it was tricky to determine what was the cause. His hamstring was very stiff and this kind of therapy definitely made a difference. Prevention and integrative holistic therapies are our choice of medical care, always, that’s extremely important to me. Going to a walk-in clinic and giving my child a Motrin (typical suggestion for sports kids) was not an option for me. Previously I had never turned to Physical therapy to resolve things in the body. This was our first experience and a very pleasant one, efficient and impactful. Now I am going to take care of my neck injury and neck and shoulder area stiffness. Grateful!

He not only helped in pain reduction, but also proactively helped with the workout modifications that I needed to do in daily routines. They will work with you on rehabilitation as well as help regain your strength and flexibility. With their help my back pain is no longer an issue as long as I continue my exercises, my shoulders have full range of motion and now working towards muscle balancing in the hips and glutes.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great experience treating a shoulder injury that was on track for surgery. Springfield PT & Wellness was my last ditch effort at trying to correct this injury without surgery. After almost a year of seeing multiple orthopedic specialists and getting PT through another organization, my range of motion was still very limited and with my active life style, that was not working for me. Alex came up with a very individualized and targeted plan of action and within 2 months I was back to my old self and no surgery needed. I have since returned multiple times for cryotherapy and it has been great. I highly recommend Springfield PT & Wellness. Whenever our kids are injured or could use a good stretch, our first (and only) call is to Springfield PT. Every member of the staff truly cares about their patients. The atmosphere is friendly and you feel like part of the family. The staff is dedicated to getting you back to your normal activities as quickly as possible. Reception is great, scheduling is easy, and plenty of parking. My wife and I have also used this place as well, solid place. It is not an overbooked assembly line!!
