Garima helped me to successfully rehab an injured hip that was keeping me from running and both Garima and Jose helped me recover quickly from a dislocated shoulder. They key to successful rehab is dong the exercises at home as well, and they were both very good at teaching me to do the exercises the *right* way so I could do them successfully at home.

Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for a exceptional therapist and team you’ve certainly found it! Healing HandZ is easily the best Physical Therapy Facility I have even been to. Which says a lot because I have tried out 5 different places throughout New Jersey. I am currently recovering from my second surgery on my knee. The first being a triple triad injury. This is my second time around working with the therapist “Garima”. While physical therapy can be a very painful experience, it is made tolerable with all the laughter and great conversation that is shared. After 3 1/2 years of not being able to walk without assistance I am finally on my way to recovering. I cannot recommend healing handz enough. I truly believe if I were at a different facility I wouldn’t be healing as fast as I am now. I would travel great lengths to continue my care here. I’d like to say a special thank you to Garima, Maria & the rest of the staff for taking such great care of me thus far. PS. I am currently writing this on my birthday and just finished up my therapy for the day. Who goes to a doctors appointment on their birthday? Honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. If that doesn’t say I love it here, I don’t know what will. I would gladly spend my time celebrating there and have the best time.

However, it's been about 2 months since my final session at Healing HandZ and I feel better than ever. All credit goes to Dr. Garima and her staff who were amazing. Dr. Garima was very attentive since the initial call we had before I even stepped foot into their facility and that translated into the care/programming she provided for my injury. The specific exercises I was instructed to complete did everything from reducing my pain level to regaining my strength, and most importantly assisting me with regaining confidence in my physically capability. Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Healing HandZ when my doctor gave me a prescription for neck pain. I was looking for a physical therapy provider located in or near Edison. After checking my insurance and then looking for reviews online, Garima at Healing HandZ was the obvious choice. Reviews of her were all very positive and now I know why. She is very good at what she does and clearly cares about doing all that she can to help her patients. I had gone to therapy years ago with disappointing results. Not so this time. She worked with my on building strength in my problem area, making sure that we pinpointed what was causing issues and how to make improvements that would last. Here I might with an amazing lady Garima my therapist ,she is blessed with therapeutic, Magical and heeling hands , it might be little painful will she is working on you but , please believe me you will be relieved from your pain which brought you to her , with in 20 days on my therapy I’m able to stand more than half hour and walk for at least half hour. I have observed that she gives equal attention and works with dedication towards everyone who ever come for the treatment. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Healing Handz Physical Therapy for one month now. I went in seeking treatment for Bell’s Palsy. I wanted to write this review for my therapist Garima, letting everyone know what an excellent job she has done so far and continues to do during our sessions. With her treatments I have regained about 99% facial functionality and am still going twice a week hoping to recover the remaining 1%. She says I will be back to 100% very soon. Garima is very friendly and welcoming. She properly explains all of the therapies she provides and answers all of the questions I have along with making sure I have understood everything. She is excellent at her work and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking her services. Thank you Garima!

He helped reduce my pain tremendously, taught me how to get it back to its proper range of motion, & provided a bunch of at-home exercises. In addition, his work ethic is incredible- he’s extremely orderly, highly knowledgeable, very efficient, & can successfully attend to multiple patients at once. But the best part is he’s a great guy to be around since he’s always in a good mood & most likely cracking jokes, too! Experiencia fantástica: For the past 6 weeks, my mom has been doing PT 3 times a week with Garima and Jose. Both therapists and the front desk provided excellent service. We were able to get the appointments same week we called. My mom had a problem with her right knee and had trouble just simply walking. After 3 weeks into PT my mom started to walk much better. After week 4, she was able to kneel down and pray like she use to prior to all this pain. My family is beyond happy and thankful with the magical service my mom received from this PT location. I had got an MRI and multiple other tests but was not able to figure out the problem. Garima was very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. She showed me various exercises and therapies. It’s apparent that these people care about their business as well as creating the most peaceful and calm environment to receive your physical therapy. The owners have painstakingly went into the detail of decorating the interior of their treatment room by using calm ambient lighting..piping in calming relaxing music and even going so far as to paint the ceilings in the most calming cerulean blue color. Live plantings adorn the most clean treatment environment and the place honestly has more of a feel of a wellness spa to calm your senses than a place to do your PT. No doubt, the team deserves five star credit for their level of professional and personal behavior. Their location is well equipped and organized to deliver the treatment they take responsibility for. At Healing HandZ, they establish a personal relation to understand the patient and the problem, whereas I have noticed more of a business/routine mentality at several other therapy places. Healing HandZ also has the right admin to adjust to patient priorities in terms of scheduling appointments. My #1 recommendation for PT is Healing HandZ.

Experiencia negativa: Hi, I visited Healing Handz office today after hearing great review from a friend and also reading great reviews on the website. My experience hasn't been ideal at all as I leave their office experiencing excruciating pain from the knee twist done by the therapist in the name of examination. Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 star and post a review. As soon as I reach the office , was surprised to see plethora of DOs and DONTs on their wall, the office staff quickly collected $70 towards the visit. Soon I was called inside but surprised that the therapist while talking to me had to take breaks to attend to other patients need. Didn't get a great feel as I was asked to leave without any treatment for my pain, the therapist mentioned he would write up notes and send to my insurance company, not sure what it is all about. He also mentioned about surgery not sure is it because this condition is untreatable. I have had about 30-40 PT sessions at other PT offices but never before left their office w/o any guidance around pain management. Not sure if I am wrong to expect value for Money, this I write because the pain is worse than when I went for the visit. Thought about this episode and cancelled my future appointments as well. Be prepared to have stomach ache after session with all the laughing that goes around there. Beware ****The positive energy in this place is addictive **** Simply put it's a place where I feel safe , taken care of and sincerely welcomed not as a patient but a family member . They spoil their patients with utmost sincerity , knowledge , fun approach , laughter , respect & discipline** which you get to appreciate later/when you are no longer a patient and miss them as they easily become a part of your life. Atleast that's what has happened to me. I have been coming here for my chronic conditions in Neck & Shoulder and asaddened by the fact that I won't be coming as my PT visits max out soon. Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time around at Healing Handz for physical therapy for 2 knee replacements. I have been to at least 3 other places and never have I had the care and comfort like HH under Garima’s “healing hands” and Nick’s guidance in breathing and proper stretching. Have no doubt that you will work along with her for your healing. I believe I learned some unknown language as she massaged and stretched my knee and legs, enabling them to get back to their former maneuverability. (Insert moans, groaning, fricatives). Don’t let this scare you, I like to make noises! The patients and staff have a lot of laughs too, which goes a long way to a quicker recovery. I will miss this place but be sure I will visit from time to time. Thank you Garima, Nick and Julia for your care!

Experiencia fantástica: Discovered this place about two years back and has been my go to place ever since. Frozen shoulder, knee pains, different variations of lower back pain... got them all fixed! My wife got her lower back pain fixed in just one visit. However I am a work in progress so have to make few visits to fix me completely. Very friendly environment and you can feel that they care for their patients. Highly recommend visiting them for all your Physical Therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: i was treated at this facility by Garima for my back pain, prior to seeing Garima i was in physical therapy for almost 2 years and getting pain mgmt treatment as well. i had tried everything steroid injections, pool therapy and chiropractor, all in vain. it would give me temporary relief but the pain would return. Garima really listened to me and treated me with so much care. i was not able to sleep or sit for long period of times but after being treated with Garima for about 6 months, i see such a significant improvement! she changed my life and quality of life.
