Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I wanted to reach out and say how grateful I am to have been working with Max, Mark, and Michelle. My back has been benefiting from working with each of them. They’re wonderful! I do not feel like a number, I feel heard, and I feel they address my concerns and provide me the right tools to incorporate to keep on healing and strengthening. These days, in any form of healthcare it seems a little easy to feel like a number, so this has been a refreshing and positive experience. I could have worked with anyone of them individually this whole time and I know my progress would be just the same. I am so thankful for each of them. I’m sure the whole team is wonderful, but I can only speak for the ones I’ve worked with. Also, the front desk staff is wonderful too- they are professional, friendly, fast schedulers, and they’ve addressed my needs quickly and efficiently. My journey is far from over for self, but I have progressed from the day I began here. Thanks!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent place for your PT! My therapists Max, Mark and Michelle are excellent as well as the assistants. The facility is very nice and clean. I'll miss going there when I am done with my PT. I give it 5 live long and prospers.

Experiencia negativa: The physical therapists here split their time between two patients who they go back and forth between. What I was asked to do here mainly was the same exercises that I was doing at home. The approach also was pretty negative. I made very little progress here and made much better progress after I switched to another place for PT.

Experiencia negativa: I originally was attending the physical therapy place located in south land but everybody from there moved here when you come to therapy you wanna feel comfortable about opening up about what your feeling after about 4 sessions i was asked why my pain was still so high and I’ve been coming weekly well sir (mark) my body hurts i still dont know why im in pain after a year honestly im trying to figure it out my self he says you been coming all this time 3 session after 6 bulging disk and two hermetic disk like what it deff frustrated me and didn’t make me feel good about coming back but I did because i had 3 more sessions to go my last session was just at this location a younger guy filled in for Mark and felt like after me saying yes this exercise hurts my back and now my lower back is burning and hurting he gets a attitude because he ask me if i wanted to add 3 more exercises to what i was doing that day after i explained to him im in pain i can in walking fine and struggled to walk out i was so furious i cried in my car for a good 15 mins before leaving the location i was in so much pain it’s a nice new facility nice counter women nice and wonderful attitude from the young Asian man cleaning and whipping things down to set up for the next person but the pushing and attitudes because I can’t do more then what I’ve been doing and me not so walking out but more so hunched over and in pain just was enough for me along with the bald head slim Asian man that was helping me all the women seemed nice and smiling faces n maybe in his head he felt i could do more but i knew where and what my body was feeling like and couldn’t really move for two days after and wont be returning i told my insurance I can’t go back there i dont like how they treat me not even a little removing from moving everyday to having to not work n sit still and for ppl to act like that’s what i want is crazy i hate the way he made me feel
