Experiencia negativa: Went in for appointment today Dr had x-rays MRI and no pain relief been waiting months nothing He said he wanted to give me an epidural shot for my back 2 bulging disc and steroid shot for knee. In two separate visits. This should be insurance fraud, not including missed work and copay. Cost me three hundred dollars today.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly Love these guys. From dr.Reddy to Dr.Kris and all of their staff has been wonderful patient(I also have Afasia) I could not thank the staff enough. I Definitely Recommend!!!!

Experiencia negativa: What a horrible experience - There is a poor system in place to provide consistent care. I saw at least 5 different folks, never had the injection approved and wasted countless hours & hundreds $ in office visits. Scheduling staff would encourage a virtual appointment after it was explained to me their office visit policy requiring yet another office visit.. so inconsistent & frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: The clinical staff are impressive. Dr. O'Connor demonstrates a clear, objective description of the recommended procedures. I appreciated this. However, I didn't appreciate it enough to interact with the front office again. I considered the undignified encounter that took place unbearable and I'm not willing to tolerate it again. I stood in front of the window inches away from Ashley's face while she looked at her computer. After I stared at her for over 1 minute I said hello? Ashley didn't look up from her computer. Instead Ashley stated she's finishing up with checking in a patient. I verbalized how that was difficult to be aware of since she did not acknowledge my presence. Ashley didn't comment, continued typing and eventually addressed me. I had a similar encounter with another front office staff member who sat at the desk texting on her phone. I asked where I could find the restroom. She turned her head, looked at me and went back to texting. I reported this to Dr. O'Connor who reacted with concern. We agreed I would return to an office located closer to my area. Dr. recommended a 6 week follow up appointment and gave me a slip to provide to the front office for scheduling purposes. I was unwilling to take the chance of another undignified encounter with the front office staff. I left and won't be returning to that location. If my medical group has another pain management provider I will obtain a referral. At one time the medical offices were under immense stress from the impact of Covid. That's no longer the case. There's absolutely no excuse for the behavior I or any patients encounter with this staff.

Experiencia negativa: I went for quite a few visits. The P.A. Jennifer Brown is great. I had a painful dent where my SI joint is. The MD would never be there to see it. I came in for injections and he still blew me off, that he'd look at it *in clinic* and also told.me SIjoints only get damaged in auto accidents. We'll I've had a significant fall.from a horse. Does that count? I'll never know because he ended the conversation for the injection. Seems like an injection mill but I could accept that. What made me not go back was I came.in to get employer forms signed. I told the office staff (who were chatting and giggling and took too long to acknowledge my presence) I had received an injection the day before from Dr. Vasily in Vacaville (thank you for the recommendation) and I would not need the scheduled injection by their MD in a few days. I'm pretty certain I canceled through MHO as well. They didn't cancel it. I get a $100 bill for a missed appointment every month for years now. I went in and told them what happened but nope. I asked them to look at the mho history because I don't have access. Nope. I will never ever go back. I don't miss appointments without calling. And I didn't this time either. Sooooooooo aggravating

Experiencia negativa: First of all, I really had nothing but positive to say regarding Dr. Gurai, his assistant at the procedure table (Taylor), PA Jennifer Brown, Maria and the few others who are very competent and perform their Jobs diligently. Yesterday was the worse service and probably an isolated incident. I am also a Healthcare Professional- an RN with over 20 years clinical experience. Earned my BSN at USF and also an MSN from WGU in Utah. As an RN, I am totally aware that healthcare workers are burned out even before the Pandemic. However, I noticed that in this clinic, the 6 feet social distancing is not completely observed as their chairs are not spaced out enough. Whoever took my finger stick yesterday needs more practice. In addition, I also observed that laboratory indicators that will or would be a flag to reschedule the procedure is not regularly reviewed. If the assistants, whom I suspect do not have have enough medical experience, are working with a licensed nurse (LVN or RN) such miscommunication will be avoided in the future and will also be a time saver for the patients. PA Jennifer, Dr. Gurai, Taylor, Maria, and all the other competent staff probably works at three clinics including the ElK Grove one. THEY ARE ALL BURNED AS IT IS. The 2 stars are temporary. I had great experience in this pain clinic before before and after procedures. I have appointment this coming January 2021 so we will see until then.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to share my amazing experience with the lovely young lady at check out her name is Perla she’s the sweetest most caring person. She provided excellent service. She made sure I had my follow-up appointment, took her time to answer all my questions regarding my next appointment, and even called my pharmacy to make sure my prescription would be ready for me. Overall I’m really satisfied with everyone in the clinic and the care I receive here.

Experiencia negativa: This place put me on a medication and when I tried to get the first refill they told me that I had stopped taking that medication. I told them I'm still taking it but about to run out. She asked how I was possible that I hadn't ran out earlier and that I didn't get a refill the month before. I told her I don't know and that they should know how much I take and how much I was prescribed. My pharmacist thought that this was absolutely insane that they don't know how much I'm taking. So my pharmacist was communicating with them and they told him they will send the prescription to him so he could fill it because I was completely out. This was at 330 pm. They didn't send it to him and they closed for the day knowing I was completely out. This precipitation has a warning on it to never stop taking it with your doctor telling you too. These people are playing with other people's lives. I will definitely never be going back here again.

Experiencia negativa: The Dr. that I saw (Dr. Cheruvattath) was very distant & gave off an attitude that she was in a hurry, as I saw her no more than 5 minutes at the most on each visit. The 2 good thing’s that she did for me was that, she ordered x-rays of my spine & referred me for a back brace. However, I had a referral for 3 office visits & I only went to 2 visits, due to the necessity/urgency of my issues. If I had waited for another referral, my issues would have gotten worse. I never went back there for the last appointment. The doctor herself, left a sour taste in my mouth. This is due to her attitude. I recently asked for my medical records after signing a medical release form, from my regular doctor office. My regular doctor’s office faxed this request 2 times, 1 week apart. My regular doctor office followed up about 2 days later, by calling the office after each fax. But, my regular doctor’s office still never received my record’s. I myself is having a hard time getting my records.

I've been to plenty of other doctors offices and most seem grouchy and "too busy" to acknowledge you until your waiting at the counter. Not this place, they greeted me and got me checked in right away. Dr Guzman is who took care of me once I was roomed. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Thank you spine & nerve center for taking such great care of me!

Experiencia negativa: I was treated extremely poorly. The staff is rude and the doctors belittled my condition and treated me like I was some kind of junkie. Believe me, I wish that was the case and that I didn't have debilitating pain every day of my life. If your doctor refers you to this clinic ask for a referral elsewhere, don't waste your time and money.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor here is a joke. He talks to his patient's like their children and ignores what they say completely. You can totally tell his only concern is his money and not helping patient's with their pain. Don't waste your time or money if your thinking about giving them a try you will surely regret it!
