Experiencia negativa: Staff Groped me in an extremely inappropriately manner during a “random search”, when I tried to file a complaint or call them they immediately hang up the phone on me, I was completely violated by a grown man, behind closed doors in the bathroom, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior, they also will not provide me with the name of the man who which makes this place even sketchier, I will be filing and pressing charges against this facility, my attorney is already in the process of trying to get all the information, I was a real a patient here. My name is Tyler Martin, please take this review into consideration before going here unless you want to come back after possibly being violated from this weirdo when he knows we’re vulnerable addicts. Diamond house Detox looks nice from the outside but they really are just a dirty facility trying to milk insurance companies. Please do not waste your money on this terrible program either! There are way better options for cheaper and are better overall.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to express my gratitude to Diamond House, to it’s administrative, medical and counseling staff for the wonderful in-house rehabilitation treatment I received while there. I was treated with compassion, respect and their program was without a doubt excellent in helping me to embrace recovery. Their daily class segments were not only educational but easily conveyed and all my questions were answered with clarity and a sense of caring. Their medical and therapy treatment is 1st class and I never felt that I wasn’t important and the overall feeling was one of sincerity in helping to recover the person I wanted to be. I came to Diamond House extremely distressed and alienated and I left with the knowledge that I had become a better version of myself and with tools I will use going forward to enhance my life. I look forward to attending their out-patient programs. All the staff members I have met are kind caring people who understand the sensitive circumstances that the patients are in when they come into Diamond House. Their after care services are the best. They stick with you for the long-haul. Their PHP and IOP programs are top of the line. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a treatment center that is different from the norm.

Experiencia fantástica: First, I'd like to say thank you! My stay at Diamond was good due to the overall staff. They are kind, approachable, and sympathetic when I was detoxing and the groups and activities throughout the day were a good way to keep me busy. The importance of my journey to recovery is what matters most and it has been great learning educational tools. I have every desire now (JUST FOR TODAY) to stay clean and find my true self again. I'm so blessed to have people that support me and pushed me even when I didn't want it for myself. The staff is very kind and does a great job with enforcing the rules and setting the boundaries without being too mean about it. The food is absolutely amazing, I'd really love to get my hands on the garlic mayonnaise recipe. Five stars even though I can't use the pool or hot tub so that's saying something. Righteous.

I’ve never been shown how important I am until coming here.

I feel very safe here which has been instrumental in my journey through recovery from addiction, depression and anxiety.

Nice size beds, smart TVs in your room, Multiple bathrooms, even an Alexa in your room! The food is good (three meals a day, even dessert!), the staff checks on you frequently. They medicate you often to keep you comfortable. Best detox experience I could’ve imagined. So grateful to have a chance to do this here. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Diamond House Detox is a great place to start your Detox experience. The staff is very polite and friendly and medications were given on time. They have useful group therapy sessions along with walks for physical exercise. I would recommend it to any one looking to end a drug dependence, it is a great start. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the food although good is not made there but at another location so sometimes it arrives a little cold but there is a microwave to heat it up.

Experiencia negativa: The "cuisine" is far from that. Pizza if you're fortunate. Unless you have excellent health care, the Diamond Garbage will destroy you financially. Single bed, walk around the block to meetings,etc. They care about their income and not your recovery.

All the staff are extremely nice and willing to help in any situation. I recommend anybody who needs help with addiction find Diamond House! There are number of locations to serve you. Find one!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is absolutely amazing. The owner is hands on and really cares about her clients. A personal chef cooks 3 absolutely delicious meals a day. Clean and feels like home with Netflix and the best groups to keep you busy. Had such a wonderful experience here. Unlike any other rehabilitation center out there.

Experiencia fantástica: This detox and residential facility has the nicest and most helpful staff that provide a comfortable detox. The residential facility provides lavish living arrangements. It includes hot tubs, a basketball court, a fire pit, and amazing counselors. The chef cooks three delicious meals a day, and the activities and meetings are top notch. This is a new age rehab that focuses on treating each client with compassion, not control. I would fully recommend diamond detox house to anyone who needs help with addiction.

Experiencia fantástica: I was at the Fleming Road house but visited all of them they are all very nice the staff is very friendly Manny and Oscar are the best Group facilitators that I’ve ever come across manny more like relating through experience and Oscar somewhat soft spoken but I’ve observed that they both ask the perfect questions and they are both just really probably 2 of the best counselor/facilitator that I’ve come across in the last 7 years this is the only place I’ve ever saved a handout from because they are actually useful or insightful and the owner Vickey will take the time and talk to you if you have any questions or just want to talk this place is really very on point the food is good there’s not too much programming it doesn’t feel very overwhelming it’s pretty cool

Experiencia fantástica: Diamond house is by far the best detox and in patient facility I have been to. Sad to say that I have experienced with multiple facilities but it’s just what it is. So with me having experience with other facilities I can validate my experience here, and truly feel that if I woulda have came here the first time I would have never had any set backs. This place is so comfortable. It feels as if you are just staying at family’s house for a few weeks. The staff rocks! They are very understanding, educated, and most of all respectful. They have been there to teach and preach is what I call it. They have made sure to provide and assist me with most things I needed. Even helping with your “outside life” as life goes on while your in here trying to get your mental clarity back. That made a huge difference for me. The simple fact that you can keep your phone and laptop keeps a big stress off the mind being able to pay bills, check emails, and basically keep tabs on things while your away helped very much. The facilities are top of the line. My room was great! No shared room. The rooms have nice comfy beds and closet space. Each room equipped with smart TV’s so when you have down time you can chill out and watch some tv in room if you feel like having alone time. The rooms also have desk so you can do any work assigned, or do your own writing comfortably. The common area is quipped with top of the furniture and entertainment as well. Housekeeping comes daily so the facilities stay nice and clean. That was huge because I don’t like dirty bathrooms at all. Food is pretty good. It is prepared by a head chef and each meal is delivered 3x a day to the house. The house also provides snack and fruits to have if your hungry between times. If you need more than that you can always order snacks or have them delivered to put in your cabinet assigned to you. There is always left overs in the fridge. It’s safe to say you will never go hungry here. Another perk provided is the one hour each day that they take you to the local gym. This is huge for me! Working out help you get back to sanity and feels so good to do right by your body again. If your into yoga they have that once a week as well. I personally like yoga so I would get up really early and do my own yoga on the 80 inch tv in the living room on YouTube before the house wakes up. To wrap it up I would say that as long as you can learn to live with 5 other strangers in the house you will love to make this the place to come to get back sober and to get your life back on track. The therapist will help you have a plan for when you leave that will help you stay sober and get you the tools to get you there. I can go on and on about this place but to some it all up and the end of the day I’m happy I came here I don’t want to leave but I truly feel that now I know I want to and will stay sober! Hope this help! Do the work and you will get it right by coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently stayed at the flemming rd. location, when I arrived anxiety was through the roof and every fiber in my body told me to run the other way, fortunately my wife talked me into opening that front door and changing my life, from the very first minute I entered this house. The amazing people who staff this facility had my back and cared about how my treatment outcome would be, I was very on edge and not in the best mood you could cut the tension with a hot knife, I know the staff must have been like "uh oh this might not go to well" but after my initial intake things went as smooth as butter the staff there are so so so amazing, friendly, professional and devoted on you're success. I wish I could have stayed past my detox as does everyone I believe who walks in threw those doors, I will tell you this if you want to change you're life for the better and start a new clean, life. Diamond detox is the utmost place to either start or finish you're transformation. The groups are 4-5 a day which occupies most of you're time you do have quite a bit of time to yourself with no pressure to do anything you do not want to do, while I was there my fellow peers were just amazing I could not begin to describe the love and understand from every single soul there. If you are having doubts about getting over you're addiction I'm here to tell you, it gets better,easier and diamond house detox definitely has the capability to help you succeed in you're transformation. The cleanliness of the home and how well organized things were anazed me. I adore the staff and I wish I could stay longer. This was like a mini vacation.
