Experiencia negativa: Called to inquire about if they perform male pelvic floor therapy for a condition I am suffering from. Receptionist chuckled, said no and did not offer any further assistance or recommendations. Felt very unprofessional like those services were beneath them.

Experiencia fantástica: Just started going back after 8 months. Mike Brown is a phenomenal physical therapist. After about a month of neck pain daily, I feel a lot better after just one treatment. I will be going weekly.

Experiencia fantástica: Hertel and Brown for Results I broke my wrist and had to have surgery with a plate and pins. After the cast came off the wrist was locked, finger flexibility severely limited. I couldn't even pick up a pencil. My surgeon's office recommended a UPMC rehab center. When I asked the therapist at my first appointment how long until it was back to normal she told me it will never be back to what it was. I started crying, trying to figure out how I was going to live with an impaired right hand. She took measurements, demonstrated, 5 pages of exercises, and that was it. She spent less than 30 minutes, didn't use heat or manipulation. I've done PT before, everything from that appointment I could've found on the net. I called my adjuster and requested a script change to go to Hertel and Brown instead. All of the therapists are absolutely incredible! They use heat, passive resistance to manually manipulate the wrist and make sure I know how to do my exercises at home. In just three appointments I've seen a tremendous improvement. I know I have a long way to go but they've given me hope of getting my life back and I can't thank them enough

That said, my experience with Sarah and the team at the Erie plaza Hertel and Brown has been beyond my expectations. I have for many years suffered from neck pain and tension headache resulting from said pain. The care I have received thus far has been remarkable in improving my quality of life. Specifically, Sarah took great care and interest during my initial visit and subsequent follow up visits actually listening to me describe my issues and being very responsive to my questions it was without a doubt very reassuring and helpful as we discussed my therapy plan and as we continue executing said plan. I have gone an entire week without a severe tension headache and as anyone who suffers from chronic headaches will tell you that is a major life development. I have nothing but thanks and praise for Sarah and the entire team. I highly recommend anyone suffering from the same to stop in and see if it is right for you, I highly doubt you will be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Aaron and the rest of the team are as good as it gets. I came in with a slipped lumbar disk, and with their work and guidance, was back to normal in under two weeks. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else for therapy - Hertel and Brown is just fantastic at what they do.

Fairview was my fit for my physical therapy and I couldn't be happier

Experiencia fantástica: I received amazing care at the office in the West Erie Plaza. I was in for an achilles tendon repair and they helped me fully recover pain free in no time. My therapist Mike was amazing and the facility was very nice. I felt that the staff was prompt and made me feel very welcome.

I came to your staff with a hip disarticulation and a very demanding prosthetic that only allowed me to take six steps at that time. Through their hard work, dedication and patience, I was able to achieve my dream goal of walking down the aisle of my son's wedding and dancing the mother/son dance. A overall great place, whether they're getting you back to work, on the field, or just to be relieved of pain.
