He is very knowledgeable of the progress during my whole therapy sessions experience. in just about 4 sessions he got me back surfing and provided exercises to focus on my needs depending on the sports that I practice regularly. He also took in consideration my suggestions on how my injury felt, focusing on certain exercises to improve on my specific pain/limited mobility with excellent results. I would not think twice on asking for him personally if I ever need it again.

Experiencia fantástica: The therapists have excellent treatment techniques. I have several therapists and each one continued the treatment plan, keeping it consistent. West's treatments kept me progressing effectively. Malachi provided a different approach that was effective and within my abilities. Matt continued the treatment plan making sure that I was getting effective exercises. Jenelle pushed me in the exercises but making sure I wasn't in pain. Each therapist I worked with was effective and encouraging. I graduated with the confidence that if I continue their treatments, I'll continue to improve. I was very happy that they could get me in for treatment in a timely manner. They manage their patients effectively so each are given excellent treatment. I highly recommend NCEPT!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matt Hannon at ENCEPT Physical Therapy Clinic at the Escondido location regarding my spine problems. I had been struggling with chronic back pain for a while and was feeling quite apprehensive about finding a solution that worked for me. I was diagnosed and waiting to be scheduled for a surgery and needed to improve my core strength and endurance without jeopardizing my situation any further at the same time which is very difficult and delicate task. After the initial evaluation by the doctor of physical therapy, the unbelievably resourceful physical therapist Matt Hannon took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and developed a personalized treatment plan. Matt used a combination of manual therapy and targeted exercises which sometimes times were revised or replaced with a different approach depending on my feedback that was always easy for him to do due to his highly skilled awareness and effectiveness. Within just a few weeks, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and an increase in my range of motion. By the end of my treatment, I felt stronger and more confident in my physical abilities and courageous to take on an intrusive spinal surgery expecting an expedient recovery, thanks to Matt’s hard work, dedication and professional treatment. What truly sets Matt apart is his compassionate and friendly demeanor. He always took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about the exercises and progress. As a matter of fact, the entire team at the ENCEPT Physical Therapy Clinic in Escondido are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the facility was always clean and well-organized. Experiencia negativa: Horrible I was physically abused by West Esterly the Physical Therapist along with the PT assistant he was having a affair with reported the incident to HR was told will investigate but never got back with me both continue working there and afterwards they start treating me disrespectful, refused to put me on a regular schedule, when I called off sick the front office lady Jasmine told me since I didn't call off by 2 pm she had to put on a schedule that I needed to call in daily to see if they have any openings, knew I had to call the day before for transportation it was obviously no longer wanted me there after I reported the abuse I feel the center need to be closed and put under new management racism,class, No Respect For Poor Black Handicapped Senior

Experiencia fantástica: I went here to help a shoulder impingement and worked with several of the physical therapist, all of which were wonderful. They helped me understand the issue and work through stretches and exercises to regain range of motion and then rebuild my strength. They are all so kind and knowledgeable! Shout out to Julie, Matt, and Wes who were all great and I got to work with for several sessions each and each one brought unique skills to help me heal.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is long overdue. We have been going to NCEPT Physical Therapy for years now. First my husband went there to rehabilitate after shoulder surgery, then our son for an injury with his pitching arm, later for our daughter for an injury with her shoulder as well because she's a softball catcher, and then finally for my Mom who had back issues. Every single time we went, all of the staff were amazing and helpful. The sessions for all of them were so effective and their goal is to not only help you get better in the right way, but hopefully to not have to return. The information and guidance they provide is thorough and they make it easy to understand. The facility is well equipped, clean, and spacious. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and would give it 100 stars if I could! Thank you to all at NCEPT Physical Therapy and especially to Skye Grayson who handled most of the sessions for our family. Amazing results, great facility, and Sky did a great job of listening to my concerns and working with me to accomplish our goals.

Experiencia fantástica: NCEPT is the physical therapy group responsible for my strong recovery from a serious injury to my leg. While I felt confident with other therapists who were dedicated, challenging, and friendly, I primarily worked with Malachi Votaw and Matt Hannon. They are extremely knowledgeable, very professional, but not so serious to make the hard work I was doing boring or tedious. I always had all my questions answered, and felt my recovery was their top priority. The office staff and aids were extremely friendly and anxious to help me with any issues I had. I can’t recommend Matt and Malachi and the entire staff highly enough.

I have a problem with my lower back and also Parkinson’s Disease. So learning techniques to balance and strengthening my core is so important. Hats off to both therapists West and Matt. The interns who help and back up the PT's and are working towards their Doctorates as PT's are also super. Go there to get well and back on the horse. As a side.. but important.. they all have a great sense of humor and will make it easier to get your game on again! See you all again in a year...

Experiencia fantástica: In general I'm not the person that posts lots of reviews online, especially when it comes to medical establishments. But in this specific case I absolutely must speak up and lead others to a quicker recovery. Injured? GO NCEPT!!! I'm a 35-year old male who has been active for over 20 years and even worked for a while in a Fitness Industry. In summer 2023 I fractured ANTERIOR GREATER TUBEROSITY (arm bone that connects to shoulder) with no displacement. My doctor said no surgery needed, but recovery will be long and painful. I was the most skeptical person in Escondido when I was sent to do physical... . Until I met Malachi at NCEPT. This guy means KNOWLEDGE. Malachi is literally on another level when it comes to usage of exercises for a quicker recovery (that tells you a guy who lived on two continents and dealt with people in multiple countries). So far I've had 15 session in this place and I can report to you that ALL Physical Therapists are doing excellent work there. Have insurance ? Give them a call Don't have insurance ? Still call them, they have flexible cash plans (I think). Anton. And YES, I'm giving them FIVE STARS. Why five? Because six aren't available. :)

They have a heated saltwater pool and great physical therapists. I like the exercise room the best and I'm very impressed with the kindness of everyone but most of all Skye.

Experiencia fantástica: Injured? I highly recommend the fine doctors and staff at NCEPT Physical Therapy to help you recover. They will assess your injury and come up with a focused exercise program. That along with your own efforts to follow the program will put you on the path to recovery. Thanks to Dr. Theo and Dr. Julia, after 12 sessions I'm just about fully recovered from Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder). Another few weeks of home exercises and I should be good to go. As they like to say at NCEPT: Revive and Thrive!

Experiencia positiva: I'm grateful for the pain relief but the pool area is filthy. They offer a shower but there's no curtain. The changing area in the back appears that it hasn't been cleaned in years. However, I did improve and the thereapist was excellent, and I will note that other patients were incredibly pleased with the results they were getting. When it came time to switch to "land" pt, it was very disappointing, I would spend over an hour and get very little attention because one therapist was handling five, six or more patients at the same time. There were times where I was shown an exercise and the therapist would walk away without even watching to see if I understood how to do it correctly. If I asked for a printed copy of the exercises it literally took over 20 minutes to get a printout for me. I had a horrible time with getting the office to handle a request for an ultrasound, they would say we requested the info from my Dr. but the Dr. would say they didn't get it, they kept putting me in the middle and never provided the results to my doctor until after many, many phone calls and hours trying to straighten out their issues. I would not go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been doing here since March after a car accident. I’ve mainly been working with Matt, who was absolutely wonderful. He knew how to push it so I could improve without going too far and causing issues. The front desk ladies always say hi and are very friendly, same with the assistants. Wish I could continue but of course insurance doesn’t want to pay anymore.

I want the attention to know if I am doing the exercises correctly I want him to see. How well, I I am doing the exercise. Some of the The therapists are very attentive somewhere not. Experiencia negativa: My physical therapist was good but the front office staff was not helpful when it came to billing and my insurance. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I was forced to pay or $100 to cancel because I had a second insurance they didn’t have on file and wouldn’t run it for me. When I made my second appointment they still hadn’t added my insurance. I’m not going to continue to pay additional out of pocket because of the office staff’s laziness.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never done Physical Therapy and I did not know what to expect. I have gone three times and I am pleasantly surprised how relaxed I feel while there. Julia and West come across very caring and concern for the level of pain or discomfort I might be experiencing. I already feel noticeable improvement! So far, I do highly recommend this place!

It was a wonderful experience. I would heal on my own, but NCEPT has a way of using simple tools to work joints, and muscles to speed up my recovery. Highly recommended.

Due to my previous car accidents and a fall injury, I developed excruciating knee pain and cervical radiculopathy which need a professional care because I have been told my medical doctors that the ultimate remedy is surgical operation. With this joint problems, I surveyed my options and looked for someone who could help me evade surgery. It was that time when I found NCEPT. Skye is my primary physical therapist there, and I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist. He is absolutely a consummate professional and a knowledgeable therapist. He is very patient and reassuring . He kept my spirit up when I was down and about to lose hope due to pain. He put me on a plan that really improved my knee , neck and nerve pain on my shoulders . The stimulation, massage and therapeutic exercises gave me really worked because the pain I previously experienced is currently at the point being tolerable with less medication. After 2 years of waking up with a lower back ache, I now have relief from back pain thanks to Dr. Votaw, who really knows his stuff. Experiencia fantástica: This review is specific to Dr. Taylor Mogg. I've been seeing her for about a month now due to excruciating peroneal nerve pain. My pain has improved dramatically under her care, and after almost a year of suffering from this pain and trying various other medical remedies to no avail, I am now a believer in her hippie witchcraft ;) I really had no hope and now I do. I've experienced sustained pain relief and I am optimistic that this will improve with more treatment. I absolutely love this doctor. She's one of the best healthcare professionals whom I've ever encountered. She is professional, kind, open minded, knowledgeable. She has so much patience. She met me right where I was at and truly wanted to help me. I have followed her instructions to the letter and had amazing results. I have to say this because I always say what is on my heart. It may well be that the other staff at NCEPT is as good as Dr. Mogg. That may very well be. I don't know, because she is the only one who has treated me. But she is also the only one I ever want to treat me. She is the gold standard. I am 53 years old and have been treated by probably dozens of doctors for various things in my lifetime. Dr. Mogg is in the top 3 medical professionals in any field of practice, that I've ever personally been treated by. From my initial visit, I just knew there was something special about this one. She's a "once in a lifetime" type of doctor and if you are really lucky, you get this one when you pull a name out of the hat for PT. Honestly, I am not going to NCEPT because of NCEPT. I have no reason to believe that the other doctors at NCEPT are not perfectly fine as well, but at this point, I am not going there because of them. I am going there because Dr. Mogg is amazing and the only PT that I will ever go to or recommend to others.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for Physical Therapy! Following rotator cuff surgery, I required PT for my recovery and Skye became my physical therapist. He is terrific and really knows his stuff, but even when he wasn’t there, other staff members were also terrific, especially my “little friend”, Taylor (inside joke)! Over the years I have required PT for various reasons and Skye was the first to actually get results for me. I highly recommend NCEPT and I very much appreciate them getting me back to my old self!

The physical therapist was knowledgeable, and tuned in to helping me with a painful knee injury. The bonus was that my hip had been hurting forever, and that got resolved too. The staff is great. Very efficient, thoughtful, kind, just good. Special thanks to Jay, my PT for making the process fun and teaching me how to take better care of myself. Also thanks to Dannika ... very good and tenacious. I highly recommend this center for therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: More like 10 stars. Over the years these guys have taken care of a knee, a shoulder, and presently my back. Both the knee and shoulder were restored to 100% usability. The day after a treatment you will be taking their name in vain. The soreness is only temporary. But the improvement is permanent. The staff all know what they are doing and at the end you well be in great shape. Another plus is that all the staff are uniformly pleasant to work with, even as they force you in rehabilitation exercises

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best. Been going here for PT after complex ACL/meniscus surgery in October. NCEPT came highly recommended by my surgeon. Carlin is an incredible PT who is the perfect combination of caring and encouraging while also pushing me a little more each visit, which is exactly what one needs in recovering from big surgery. All the staff here seem very competent and compassionate. Highly highly recommend!!!!

I started physical therapy for a hip injury and when I started I was in excruciating pain, walking with a cane and a brace. My improvement is amazing, I feel stronger and am walking without a cane building up my strength!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend NCEPT! After letting a basketball injury go longer than I should have without care, I called to take them up on their free Discovery Session offer. I'm so glad that I did- My physical therapist Lisa was thorough and walked me through a plan of care - exercises that I could do at home, as well as a light treatment plan at their office. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating of my needs. I will be referring them to all friends & family and will always go back to them in the future if needed. Experiencia fantástica: I had injured my knee playing dodgeball. I have never gotten seriously injured or had any knee injuries. After 5 months of my knee not feeling normal, pain when I would exercise, and feeling frustrated, I was recommended by my doctor to go to NCEPT Physical Therapy. I was seen by Doctor Ivy. Like I said, I have no experience with serious injuries. I always like to stay busy, push myself, and that “pain is gain”. But through Dr. Ivy’s guidance to stick with her and be patient...it WILL be worth my time and my body will thank me. Not thinking I could go back to the intensity I used to workout at, I was EXTREMELY thankful I didn’t try to strain myself and I trusted her. My knee feels much better, no pain when I run, and she knows her stuff. I always had an enjoyable experience with each session. Ivy is easy to talk to, the whole staff is very welcoming,easy going, relateable, has a good sense of humor, I got my sweat on, everyone around you is there to encourage you and each other in a healthy direction. I would recommend this office, the doctors, and staff to anyone who is willing to trust these individuals and is willing to work to achieve positive results.
