Experiencia negativa: If there was an option for no starts i would choose that. The communication LEVEL is horrible. Don't bother complaining they give you a number to call total waste of time. I feel bad for the residents there. POORLY TRAINED STAFF

Experiencia fantástica: I gave a Five Star rating because My brother Ramon Rachal was not being taking care of at Lemon Grove Rehab I had to call Ombudsman on them so when my brother go transferred to Lifecare Facility they treated him with love and care I haven't gotten one call from him complaining he's always in a good mood he's eating he said the place is beautiful and he's happy To all the Staff there that's taking care of My brother Ramon THANK YOU SO MUCH I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING your doing to keep him comfortable and happy I APPRECIATE EVERYONE THERE SINCERELY his Sister Deisha Jones

Experiencia negativa: I'm going to start by saying not all staff here are bad. But there's is a CNA in particular you should watch out for she has no Bedside manners, or compassion for the patients here. I myself have experienced it first hand with my Father. I did report her to the correct people at the facility and with Obundsmen. No patient or human should be treated less or dismissed. Every patient here needs care, compassion and assistance. They're not here on vacation They're here for help. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be here. Many people do it for a check and that's the wrong reasons. Praying God watches over every single patient in her care.

Experiencia negativa: Before COVID they I visited the program director and they had a wait-list. Recently they have plenty of vacancy , either family took their elderly back or the poor residents are in better place in heaven now. They told me in order to be admitted, you are to be up to date on your "vaccines", Just pointing it out .

Experiencia negativa: I was sent here by Palomar Hospital after having my right big toe amputated I have been here for almost 21 hours and my iv antibiotics have not been started. I also had no physical therapy. They're severely under staffed. Call buttons go unanswered for hours at a time. I. Don't feel safe here. There's flies in our room blowing the wounds.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for caring for my father throughout his two-week stay here for rehabilitation. The nurses, receptionists, culinary staff and social workers did a good job.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my femur and needed to go for care after surgery. Mae, Cheryl, and another of my nurses who's grandchilds name was Paloma (forgot nurses name I think erlinda) took absolutely amazing care of me over and above expectations. Physical therapist there were 3 of them two of whom I adored. Again memory fails me on names but on wore baseball cap and anothermade mullberry muffins. STELLER JOB ON GETTING ME WALKING. ALL ADMINISTRATORS, AND STAFF AMAZING. I recommend with no hesitation.

Experiencia negativa: The administrator lies straight to my face without blinking. Then admits that She knows she is breaking the law by restricting me to supervised visits for no reason. The Social Workers are in cahoots and lies continuesly to my wife and I. They went to court with us supposedly to support us and stabbed us in the back. Then tell us to have a merry CHRISTMAS! I CANNOT EVEN VISIT ON CHRISTMAS. THE COMPLAINT PHONE NUMBER IS OUT of ORDER, The ombudsman's .Number listed is out of date. This place is run like a prison.

Experiencia negativa: The staff instigated a doctor to find a mental illness so they could get conservertership over my wife. The Staff lied in court to implement this to split up our family for profit. I# you value ypur loved ones lives, stay away from this place. Like the last post, this place is a prison.you have no say so about what happens after you sign them into this hell hole.....dont trust Jennefer the administrator, she is evil.and gready.they have helpped milk us out of twenty million dollars and now split up our marrage legaly.all with lies and abuse. They will abuse the system to profit on your misery.they will abuse ypu and your loved ones. For profit saying they are "PROTECTING" the incompetent. THEY ARE THE ABUSERS.they stick there nose in family affairs where they dont belong.Stay away at all costs.

Experiencia negativa: Family member just arrived there no antibiotics upon arrival put her in a disgusting room person continuously using restroom on themselves.... This is ridiculous

Experiencia fantástica: I see these recent low star ratings regarding their experience about this facility and I don't understand how. My experience with this facility was absolutely wonderful. My grandmother was well taken care of after surgery. The staff was very friendly and any questions I had; they answered them all. I met the administrator, Jennifer, and she was just absolutely amazing, very polite and helpful. I would use their services again if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not sure what those other recent reviews are about, because I had a wonderful experience with this facility. My grandmother was taken care of after surgery (hip replacement) and the administrator, Jennifer, was fantastic. I have never met a leader of a facility come in and greet a patient. Super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. Would use their services again if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: My aunt was recently at this facility after an extensive surgery and I cannot say enough nice things abour it! My aunt is a little "high maintenance " and I was initially worried about her experience. But I must say, I was totally impressed!! The staff was knowledgable, helpful and above all else compassionate. I tend to be a worrier and I ask ALOT of questions. Not only did they listen to all of my concerns and questions, but they answered them! My aunt was made to feel completely comfortable during her stay! The young lady that supervises the facility was a gem, and a true pleasure to interact with -yes interract. My aunt wasn't just a number or a paycheck. A person of management took time out of her busy day to introduce herself and get to know the needs of my aunt and our family. While I hope we dont require services again, I would 100% feel comfortable returning to this facility for care! Kudos to you all!

Experiencia negativa: I’m a firm believer that they sped up the death of my mom. The story they fed me makes no sense. One minute my mom is walking to the “commode” and next her air intake is so low that the paramedics are called and the DNR is instated. Her air intake should have been monitored, she should have never got so low. She lasted 48 in this dump, and yet had they wrong number so I wasn’t contacted until 12 hours later. But don’t worry her belongings were handed to me in a bag and her bed ready for the next victim.

Experiencia fantástica: My father-in-law spent a week in the facility after back surgery. My wife and I visited for extended periods daily and got to meet the variety of staff members from the administrators to the nurses to the physical therapists to the occupational therapists who visited his home to make sure it was set up properly for his return. All of them were professional and caring making for a good experience. I also liked that the facility was in good condition and would recommend this business for others who may need skilled nursing.
