Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in helping me reach all of my goals, but she also made each session feel welcoming and comfortable. She listened closely, offered clear guidance, and truly understood the challenges I was facing postpartum. On top of her professional care, I really appreciated how warm and easy she was to talk to. Our conversations always made me feel more at ease, and I genuinely looked forward to our appointments. Paige is an amazing PT and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Not only is Brauna incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic floor dysfunction, but she also made me feel completely comfortable discussing a topic that can be awkward. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and she prescribed a wide variety of exercises tailored to my specific situation that have made a world of difference. I saw significant improvement within the first week.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to have Lynn Josephs as my PT. She introduced me to fascial counterstrain which has helped improve my pain levels tremendously. She has also taught me several simple techniques that I can do at home to help keep my pain levels manageable. Counterstain is especially remarkable considering I have a couple trouble spots that medication and prior PT weren't able to successfully address; but Lynn showed me a technique that IMMEDIATELY led to relief. I wish I found her years ago!! I can't say enough about how knowledgeable she is about anatomy, counterstrain, PT, and all the things I deal with in relation to Ehlers Danlos. With Lynn's help, I have reduced the amount of time I lose to pain and now live a more productive, less painful life.

Experiencia fantástica: PTYW is, hands-down, the best PT practice I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few in my life. I went to see Mary Nalls and Lynn Joseph for some pelvic floor pain and tightness, which, for anyone who has had that condition knows, can be incredibly painful and difficult to talk about. Mary and Lynn both take a personal interest in making sure: (1) you feel better, and (2) getting to the underlying cause of your painful condition. Again, I can't recommend Mary and Lynn highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Mary Nalls is beyond professional. I've been to physical therapists before. Mary is clearly a cut above the rest. Her data gathering goes deeper than just the symptom to identify ancillary causes. She combines her therapy to address them all.

Experiencia fantástica: I opted to seek services at Physical Therapy Your Way for Prenatal/Preventative Pelvic Floor work. I had read a lot about how helpful it could be and saw that they offered this care. I worked with Brauna and she was incredible. She was incredibly informative and patient during each session, as we worked on new skills and abilities and identified new ones that would be helpful. I feel very empowered and informed as I approach delivery and am looking forward to returning for postpartum care.

She helped me adjust my exercise routine and provided me some incredibly helpful strategies to stay strong and active during this time. Brauna provided such compassionate care and made me feel so comfortable during our visits. She made me see how valuable physical therapy can be as a routine part of prenatal care. Once our baby comes, I will be back to see her postpartum to help with my recovery. I can't recommend her or this practice enough!

Brauna combined an exercise program for me listening to my input and observing poor habits. I especially appreciated her dedication, rationale and followup on my exercise program. Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about my experience at this clinic. The front office staff were always so courteous, friendly and helpful.! Thanks to all! My therapist , Brauna Carl is superb! I had some longstanding issues which we tackled, actually 3 separate problems that with her help and guidance i am happy to report resolved for the mist part I've learned some new ways to conquer old habits that were not helping me . As a nurse I valued her professionalism and attention to detail to make sure i understood the rational for methods we used . I also had the pleasure of meeting a student, Allison and helping to fulfill some of her clinical practical experience. Thank you very Brauna and Allison!!!
