Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience with Dr Arnsdorf. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. We felt he took the time we needed to understand all of our options. Thank you Dr Arnsdorf!!!
Experiencia negativa: My wife and I were both patients at RMA until recently when my wife was treated badly by office staff. When she dared to report the staff member for unprofessionally confronting her alone in a room, they canceled BOTH of us. Dr. Arnsdorf had me on a strong medication that you can't just quit taking, it has to be titrated down. When I ran out of my prescription, I just stopped taking it abruptly, not knowing the problems that would cause. When I finally got in to see a new doctor elsewhere, I reported the problems I was having and she told us to get an attorney for abandonment of care. In addition, my wife was seeing Dr. Arnsdorf for persistant wrist pain after carpal tunnel surgery. Without any xrays, he gave her some kind of injection which only made the problem worse. When she went back and told him it was worse, he finally ordered xrays. Turns out her wrist bone was broken and collapsed so she made a follow up appointment. It was at this appointment when the office staff was so rude to her. Actually, they were rude to 3 other people in the waiting room which caused a commotion. When they were taking my wife back to a room, the girl escorting her apologized for the scene she had just witnessed. So my wife responded that it was okay, offering that everyone has a bad day. A few minutes later, as my wife was waiting for the doctor to come in, the other rude staffer entered the room and closed the door. She then proceeded to make excuses for her bad day and chastised my wife for speaking up about it. My wife told her it was unprofessional for her to attack her regardless of her bad day. When she got home, my wife got a call fron RMA canceling all appointments. Even mine!! So many more details.
Experiencia negativa: I'm taking the time out of my crazy, busy day to write this because it's very well deserved. I've been going to this office for a few years and the staff has generally been ok, until today. Both me and my pharmacy have reached out to this office for a medication refill for the past 2 weeks, with no response. I decided to just go in person to see if that would resolve my issue. I was met with attitude when I simply asked for a time frame on when I could expect my refill. When I asked to speak to someone else, Chrissy came out off the bat, nasty. I've honestly never experienced such gross, vile attitude from a medical provider's office. She was pissy providing any kind of answers to my questions. She stared at me with such hatred and disdain in her eyes, like she wanted to jump across the counter and fight. She is angry, perhaps hates her job and is just nasty. Her coworkers shared similar thoughts after she left the room. To have someone whose been working there for years, be so unprofessional, mean and disgusting in that office was quite shocking. I and my husband are looking for a new Dr's office. I NEVER want to encounter this vile soul again. Chrissy, do better, your ugly is showing ALOT and I can't believe your staff tolerates you at all.
Experiencia negativa: Me and my partner have 3 kids, he was reffered to you guys by his dr and you guys will not call him back to make an appointment. He has been out of work for going on 2 months. He has multiple herniated disk aswell as some other issues. Why havent you guys called him? I need him better to hell take care of our children. Do we need to beg you for an appointment?
Experiencia negativa: K. Annette Weller, M.D is a physician who is unable to do her work properly and open to working with other doctors. She makes “opinions” not medical diagnoses even when she has all medical records available to her. Extremely bad experience here. If you want a doctor who does not care you’re more than welcome to come here. I will be submitting a complaint to the board.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lin has been amazing. He is the first doctor who looks at the big picture of one injury led to another and another...and then developing a plan to tackle the problems. He has definitely given me more relief than any of the other orthopedic doctors and surgeons I have seen. I also appreciate how they work with my insurance as that is not an easy thing either. The staff has been good to me too.
Experiencia negativa: My husband and I are both patients seeing Dr. Arnsdorf for a few years with no issues. Hiwever, at a recent appt Amy was at the front desk and was very rude to 3 other patients AND to someone on the phone. I arrived early and checked in, was told to sit and wait. After a while I heard the staff talking badly about some patient that was late but they decided to call the patient and check why they weren't there. Suddenly, my phond started ringing. It was ME they were badmouthing and I had been there 30 minutes early. So Christy took me back and apologized cause they knew I heard them talking about me. I told her I thought Amy might be having a bad day because other patients were telling her she was rude. She was. After telling Christy that Amy was being rude to at least 5 people, Amy came into the patient room to confront me. I went home but was uncomfortable coming back for my next appt. Sure enough, Amy confronted me again at the next visit and when I asked if it was because I turned her in, she said 'maybe, i don't know'. I hope you have those calls recorded so you can see for yourself. In the meantime, Amy has called to tell me that my next appt has been cancelled. I have been cancelled. Looking at these reviews, I am not alone. Many comments on the rude staff.
Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Annette Weller to evauate neuropathy in my foot. It's been a very long time since I have had such a thorough examination by a doctor. She also looked at CT scans and MRI's in my electronic chart. We looked at them together as she explained how the nerves leaving my spinal cord going to my leg and foot were seriously compromised. She was skillful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I recommend her.
Experiencia negativa: Receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. Didn’t care to listen attentively at all and had the worse attitude I’ve ever heard.
Experiencia negativa: Receptionist has a rude disposition and snotty tone of voice. The 3 times I went there she was always the same way. Even the person with me agreed. I will no longer go there because of her unprofessional attitude & disrespect. This is not her only negative review she has had some before but I'm sure management will Overlook it and believe her side of the story shame on you Physicians rehab
Experiencia negativa: Had my first appointment, they told me to arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. I arrive a little before 8am for my 8:15. There was no paperwork it was all the stuff I filled out online the day prior. So I wait by 8:35 they finally take me back to a room. I waited another 15 minutes before I just left. If you are running that far behind then you should offer the patient the ability to reschedule. My time matters too.
Experiencia fantástica: My doctor, Victor Lin is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He has been treating me for my on-the-job back Injury since early 2009 & has seen me through some of the hardest times of my life. He has helped me manage my chronic pain through 4 surgeries & rehabilitation. He is the only doctor that could. I moved from Eugene down to Southern Oregon in 2011 & I still drive up to see him every 3 months & he is well worth the 5 hour, round trip drive. I will keep him as my pain management specialist as long as he is in practice. Thank God that there are people like him, to help people in my situation.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr. Weller for a few years on and off. After many doctors dismissed me she figured out a diagnosis. With the therapy she suggested things improved. I just see her now as needed for flare-ups.
Thank you for the nice review. The physicians at RMA are specialists in muscles, joints, and nerves and may make a diagnosis that a general physician doesn’t often see. RMA physicians often recommend targeted physical therapy that is specific to a patient’s needs. We are happy to hear of your improvement.

Experiencia negativa: Motivated only by your $$$ and do not care about actual patient needs. I have serious injury that needs actual care. My injury wasn’t even examined physically by my Dr. Nor did he order any new images to be taken over 3 months of going there. My Dr only looked at images that were 2 months old at the time of my first appointment.Then wouldn’t listen when I told him what my restrictions were. And was told to ignore physical therapists orders.

Experiencia negativa: I met with Dr. Robinson on the 16th of June. First off, the receptionist is mildly rude and her phone skills leave much to be desired. I ended up having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. When I finally spoke with Dr. Robinson, the conversation felt very dismissive and frankly he didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. His treatment is fairly useless considering I've been suffering for 10+ years. If opioids don't touch my pain and discomfort why would you think Naproxen would suddenly help? Overall, I was very disappointed with the visit and have let my general practitioner know that I won't be following up with this clinic. Please save yourself the time and false hope. And please don't respond with some boilerplate apology, just please do better.
Thank you for the feedback. We want you to know that the physicians of RMA discussed your review and we have made changes. Due to COVID, we have been rooming patients quickly when they arrive, even when they show up early, and we understand that being in an exam room alone for 45 minutes can seem like forever. For that, we apologize. We are now looking closer at whether the physician is ahead of schedule, on time, or delayed and making better decisions about giving the patient a better expectation. We are allowing patients to wait in their car, or now with less COVID restrictions, in our waiting room, to avoid longer waits for the physician in the exam room.Chronic pain is a challenging problem to treat. When working with patients with chronic pain, RMA physiatrists first work to understand the source of the pain, which can often be complex. Their treatment plans usually begin with directed exercises and therapy. When medications are considered, treatment usually begins with medications that have the lowest risks of side effects and other problems. Sometimes they will direct patients to retry medications that have been tried before, if these medicines have a high potential to help at proper dosages. Various injections are sometimes included in the treatment plan. Alternative medicine approaches including chiropractic treatment, acupuncture and massage are sometimes considered, and appropriate referrals made. Narcotics are usually a last resort, and may not be appropriate for all patients.

Experiencia fantástica: We saw Dr. Jedediah Robinson July 7th. We found Dr. Robinson to be very knowledgeable and carrying. He explained in detail the condition of my 15 years pain. By starting from first principles we found a procedure that was overlooked by earlier doctors that was immensely helpful. We have the greatest confidence in his abilities. Absolutely recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Arnsdorf is prompt, thoughtful and kind. Looking at every possible option and providing answers where no one else does. The front desk staff is warm and professional.
Experiencia negativa: This place is a meat market... they care nothing about the customer, was a little bit late and was treated like i wasn't even there, and was sent to scheduling where they ignored me until i decided to leave.. Would not want to even reschedule let alone advice for others to go.
Experiencia negativa: Impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. Won't return messages and will not answer any calls. Please save your self the headache and go somewhere else.
Experiencia negativa: I went back for a follow up after an accident I was in. And Dr. Arnsdorf suggested botox. I denied it the first time but when I went back to see if there was another medication he could try he highly recommended the botox. I do not recall him telling me this could affect your vision and if so call us. So four days after my first and only treatment with botox I started to notice some blurred vision. Thought my fathers side had eye issues I must have gotten this trait. over the last two weeks it has gotten so bad I cannot see more then 5 inches in front of me with or without glasses and even my prescription lenses don't work for me and they are not even two years old. So my mom gave me a pair of my dads reading glasses and I have adjusted the font on my phone and laptop, but even then without the reading glasses my mom and dad get at the store I still cannot make out what anyone has written to me. whether it'd be email, text, just basic things. I am now suffering with the effects of possibly going blind. And when I called in yesterday to ask for their help, no one answered. I feel like because of this treatment they gave me, they should pay for my eye exam, any treatment I may need for my eyes to be able to see and the cost for the prescription and the lenses. I hope the damage done isn't so bad it is not fixable. I am beyond upset. I still have lots of things I want to see but now because of this it may all be gone and taken away from me.
Experiencia negativa: I was sent to Rehabilitation Medicine Associates for tendonitis in both elbows. I was unfortunately connected with Doctor Victor Lin. He was extremely dismissive and incompetent. Unaware of treatments that have been around for decades. Claimed that use of a computer cannot cause tendonitis. Gave me a feeling the entire time that I was out to scam someone or take advantage. Have been struggling with work-related tendonitis for over a year , just to have this idiot doctor tell me it's something else. The offices were extremely dirty, sheets over the examination beds and tears in them as well. Carpet throughout the facility was disgusting. Should be a surface that can be disinfected. The office at a very third world appearance. Get help elsewhere and stay away from Dr Lin. He is a waste of time.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever, today was the last time ill ever be seen here! Once again i waited 40 minutes and Dr. VICTOR LIN was still not available to see me! I have painful back issues and sat again forever with my two young children (Toddlers) waiting, waiting and waiting!
