Grateful for this community resource. Original: I am a middle-aged CrossFit athlete and have been working with Nathan Moore on an injury that was seriously cramping my style. Nathan quickly understood the issue and got me on what turned out to be a pretty short road to recovery. I'm so happy to have found a PT that encourages me in my sport and can give me tools to improve movements and nagging limitations even beyond what brought me in the door. The office is also super airy and clean, parking is easy, and the front office staff are organized and professional. Glad to have found Dr. Moore!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience and a quality of care you rarely find these days. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I mainly worked with Colton, but also saw Simon and Nathan. They were all very kind, patient, and encouraging and also on the same page with my care. I had a unique situation with Anterolisthesis as well as some other related symptoms. There was a point when my PT was halted due to the concern of potential “Cauda Equina”. Colton even contacted my primary doctor’s office with these concerns, which led to me being seen quickly by a Neurosurgeon. I was able to continue with PT for several more visits until it was discovered that a type of PT they did not offer would be more beneficial for my condition. I was sad I could not continue my PT at Limitless, but thankful for all Limitless helped me with. They truly care about helping you improve your mobility and quality of life.

However, the trainer that I spent the most time with was trainer Nathan Moore. My experience with Nathan was always fun and challenging, he helped push me and my knee during the recovery process and this lead to me feeling confident in it again. Nathan was GREAT!

But then I called Limitless and Coleen answered She got me squeezed in and nothing but progress from there. George Kohler was my main therapist and he was fantastic. George listened to me, what I could or couldn’t do yet, what my goals were, etc. he heard my needs and did everything he could to help me meet those needs. Experiencia fantástica: Limitless Physical Therapy is the perfect place to go when you are struggling with any sort of injury. The staff there is amazing and will always greet you with a smile. When I had shoulder issues from baseball, I decided to give them a try and it was well worth it, I can now throw again without pain and use my arms without any discomfort. Dr Nathan Moore helped tremendously with my pain and managed to get it to go away with exercises that we did together, and exercises he prescribed to me for homework. If you are ever experiencing any problems that limit your physical mobility I truly recommend Limitless Physical Therapy!

I had hip surgery 5 days ago and was having an awful time finding a physical therapist that could see me within my recommended start time. Their receptionist Colleen helped me to get scheduled quickly and let me know what information they would need prior to my appointment. She even helped me schedule follow up appointments through October so I wouldn't have to worry about it! Stellar service as usual!

Adding: I got into a car accident 5/24 causing a concussion, they have a new therapist, Maddy, she just happens to be a concussion specialist!! She helped tremendously in recovery!! I had never had a concussion and she was way more insightful than the doctors had been, she told me what to expect and what to do to heal!!

My son is 14 years old and sprained his ankle playing basketball pretty bad. We had a month and a half to get it back to where he could play for a Vegas tournament and they made it happen! Experiencia fantástica: After suffering a concussion in an auto accident, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Maddie Williams at Limitless Physical Therapy for my PT. This turned out to be the best thing that could have happened in my recovery process. Dr. Williams is not only an expert in the specialized field of post-concussion physical therapy, but she also genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen, thoroughly answered questions, and tailored her approach to my needs and progress. Her hands-on muscle massage therapy was incredibly effective in speeding up my recovery, and in combination with a detailed list of at-home stretches and exercises the results have been fantastic. I also want to say that the supporting staff at Limitless were super professional and welcoming, with excellent scheduling communication throughout my treatment plan. If you've experienced a concussion, I can't recommend Dr. Williams highly enough. Get to her as soon as possible—she's the key to a successful recovery!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Iseli and his team are miracle workers. I tore my biceps tendon. I had surgery (thanks Dr. Tav). I left the office today, 3 months after surgery, completely, 100% healed and back to normal. I'm able to do everything I could before my injury. Dr. Iseli manipulated my arm in ways I could not on my own. He is a master of tissue work, allowing me to begin relearning movement patterns and finally regain strength in my forearm and biceps. Dr. Iseli's understanding of the body is remarkable, leading to innovative exercises. I guess all of those years to become a PhD paid off.

I appreciate how they listened, were caring, explained the why's and gave encouragement. I would highly recommend Limitless PT! Plus, they have great hours, parking and location.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at limitless. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I play professional soccer overseas and had an injury that needed some extra attention. During my time there I worked with Jen, she was very comforting, gave me knowledge about the treatments we were doing, and most importantly reassured me that even if I didn’t have an appointment I could reach out if there was something I had any concerns about. She was also so personable and easy to talk too which was a big plus!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Maddie Williams, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and thank you Limitless Physical Therapy for solving the plantar fasciitis problem in the bottom of my foot I’ve had on and off for 20 years! Two decades ago when the pain first started I went to a podiatrist who gave me shots in my heal that did nothing but hurt. Then he suggested surgery on my foot which i immediately rejected, so he finally prescribed custom footbeds which helped immensely, but I refused to go back. Early this year it flared up again and after several months of increasing pain I contacted Limitless to see if they could help. Maddie immediately recognized the causes and began working to get me back to feeling comfortable and enjoying the many outdoor activities I like to do. Less than six weeks later I was able to start walking the golf course again and enjoy being on my feet pain free. And Maddie taught me how to recognize the causes and gave me the exercise tools to stop the progression before it becomes a problem. I don’t expect any future issues but if it flares up again I’ll definitely contact Maddie at Limitless PT. You are the best!

I have been extremely satisfied with the care and attention she has provided weekly, observing closely what has worked and what needs to be addressed next. She listened carefully to all issues of my concern and addressed them as needed. Experiencia fantástica: As a normally active person, suffering from a severe back strain, I walked into Limitless PT with almost no mobility and not a lot of hope. Within a couple of weeks of working with Dr. Nathan Moore, I started to gain mobility and strength. When our sessions ended, I was stronger and more mobile than I’ve been for easily a year or more. He even hooked me up with a local trainer to continue my upward trend. Limitless PT and Dr. Moore changed my mental outlook and got me back to doing the things I love to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Badly broken clavicle. 16 screws and a plate. I worked with Jennifer Sann, she was great. She understood my concerns and helped me to target the specific areas that needed the most attention. The front desk helped me work through my schedule and they never had a problem with my complicated Kaiser insurance. I also had an appointment with Nathan who was fantastic, and Craig? The owner, and by the end of the visit I felt lucky to have had the chance. It was also clear that all 3 of them were in communication and I didn't get the feeling I lost any continuity through the process.

I developed an inflamed IT band following a long break from running and pushing myself too hard upon return. I didn't know who to turn to for physical therapy but found Limitless through an internet search of clinics in my area. Working with Dr Nathan has been really easy and comfortable. He is professional, respectful and seems very knowledgeable. He took a thorough background regarding my normal activity level (as a professional dog exercise specialist I generally cover 10-15miles of running and walking a day) and we came up with a plan to get me back to running condition through an evaluation of my stride, massage of the area, and stretches designed to loosen the areas around my IT band. I've been very happy with both the results and my time with Limitless. The front desk team is very professional and courteous as well and easy to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery on my left foot to correct over pronation and fallen arch. I was experiencing ankle pain in both ankles when walking. The left foot was more severe than the right, so we had that surgery done first. The surgery was a success. Craig’s guidance and direction promoted faster healing and a better understanding of what I needed to do to return to pain free walking. Craig’s knowledge and experience gave me the confidence to keep moving forward. The left foot is at 100% now and we are currently working on the right foot. I’m very glad I have Craig to rehab this surgery as well. I highly recommend Dr Craig Iseli at Limitless Physical Therapy. It’s an amazing place with an efficient and friendly staff obviously concerned with the patient’s best interest.

Both Carson and Colleen have been great with scheduling and calling if there are any last minute openings. I see both Michael and George. Both have been great. I am now up to 80% range of motion and my pain is much better, I was in pain with it all the time, now just once in awhile when I move it suddenly or try to reach too far. Experiencia fantástica: I have been to MANY PTs in Eugene and have never found relief until I started seeing Jenn S. Some PTs even increased my pain which they said was normal (turns out it wasn't). Jenn was practical, yet thought outside of the box to find the solution that worked for me. She also helped me understand the why and how of the exercises/stretches she recommended. That really helped me stick with exercises that I needed to do on my own. My frozen shoulder is almost 100% better. Everyone in the practice is very friendly and helpful as well. Great experience all around!

This place really is a nice, clean, and safe environment to seek routines and guidance on how to better those issues. I had worked with Dr. Mike Robinson and he was very kind and helpful when it came to showing me how I can improve form, and ease of movement. I learned stretches and correct form to apply to those stretches so that I could benefit my body to the best of my ability. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy.

I dealt mainly with Jennifer Sann, who was able to motivate me to continue despite the pain and made the whole experience a positive one. Her patience and competence made a difficult time much easier. Scheduling also meant I also had sessions with three other staff PTs who made sure I continued to progress and continued to make my recovery a positive one. All the staff were so friendly and cheerful that they made the whole experience enjoyable. In fact, I found I was looking forward to my sessions despite the physical stress and pain involved. Experiencia fantástica: I have had a very good experience at Limitless Physical Therapy. I came in with shoulder pain stiffness after a motor vehicle accident. Both Nathan Moore and Simon Sjostedt were very helpful with my rehab. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so my shoulder is likely to need to go into some weird positions, and they have helped me get back to a point where I feel fully confident returning to hard sparring.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Limitless with a suddenly arthritic knee. I was very impressed by the services provided. Over 3 months I worked with every therapist. Each had a slightly different approach, but they all coordinated--and communicated--with each other. Both they and the office staff were always warm and friendly, much appreciated when you're feeling upset about your knee! And best of all, my knee is finally much improved, almost normal.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a sport-related quad injury. Being new to the Eugene area, I was still waiting to get established with a PCP. Wanting to have someone provide an initial assessment, I scheduled an appointment with Limitless. George advised that I work with my soon-to-be PCP and get an ultrasound done. I ended up getting an ultrasound and later an MRI. Due to the nature of the injury, surgery was not an option and the orthopedic specialist recommended physical therapy. So back to Limitless I went. George kept in contact through the entire journey, worked with me to ensure I was ready to get back out playing again, and did not keep me any longer than necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: I searched all over Eugene/Springfield for a physical therapy location that not only accepted my insurance, but also had free weights, a squat rack, and a barbell. Limitless Physical Therapy met this criteria. Weight training and physical fitness is very important to me and I wanted to improve those things during my physical therapy sessions so I can get back out there and become a better athlete. I am undergoing physical therapy due to a knee injury that has led to very painful patellar tracking disorder. This is not the first physical therapy location I have been to for this issue. After discussing my goals and issues with the very polite and professional ladies working at the front desk, I was paired with Dr. Michael Robinson. Dr. Michael Robinson, or Mike as he prefers, is very polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He quickly tested and noticed things that I needed to work on that no other physical therapist in the past has addressed. I still have several physical therapy sessions to go, but I am already noticing some improvements. If you need physical therapy, I would absolutely recommend Limitless Physical Therapy and Mike.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Limitless PT by my podiatrist for chronic foot pain. Dr. Mike Robinson is an exceptional practitioner. He is genuine, extremely knowledgeable, and very skilled at his craft. Specifically, he was able to address my immediate concern (i.e. foot pain) in a variety of ways through improving flexibility, proprioception, strength, and even offering footwear recommendations. Dr. Mike set realistic and measurable goals, which is awesome, as I’m admittedly not the most compliant PT patient! The front desk staff is always welcoming too!

She was very intuitive and provided exercises for me to do at home that really focused on my issues. I was very impressed with how quickly my range of motion improved. She also has a great sense of humor and is so encouraging as you work through your therapy. I highly recommend her and Limitless Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Limitless Physical Therapy with Dr. Nathan Moore has been exceptional. I have had a shoulder injury from an accident a few years ago that has never healed well and made everything from yard work to swimming (my favorite sport) painful and difficult. I was referred to physical therapy and honestly did not expect much, given past experiences with other places. However, Nathan has an in-depth understanding of anatomy, and he knows how to listen and pay attention to what is important for his clients. Now I am happy to say that I'm training for an ultra-distance ocean swim (20k meters) and my shoulder is doing great! Nathan has progressed my therapy and also really helped me understand what is going on when my shoulder goes through different motions. I just completed a 14k training swim with no shoulder pain! Also, the entire staff and location is so professional and nice. Colleen and Carson at the desk have been great to work with, helping me get the right paperwork together for insurance and they're always so friendly and welcoming. The entire environment is a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Limitless!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to LImitless Physical Therapy for the original diagnosis of spinal stenosis. I had Dr. Nathan Moore as my Physical Therapist. From the first visit I, I was impressed with how friendly the whole staff was and how comfortable they made me feel (especially since I had never been to physical therapy before). Nathan had patience and expertise to guide me through this time and always with positivity and a smile on his face. He always asked questions about how I felt the exercises worked or didn't work and when things needed adjustments, we always talked them through which was very important to me. He did an excellent job of evaluating my progress on a weekly basis and made sure I was doing the exercises properly. I am now able to move my neck and shoulders exactly as before my diagnosis with ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Limitless Physical Therapy and Dr. Nathan Moore for any physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was rear ended back in November and was sent here to recover. I was in tons of pain coming in and today I finish and feel better than I did before the accident. The staff is amazing and make sure everything is understandable and they are extremely helpful. George was my PT trainer and he walked me through everything and now has me better than ever. In addition to his technical skill and expertise, he is always positive and very encouraging, and he provides clear instruction on what you need to do to improve. He always listens to your feedback, and he considers and utilizes a wide variety of exercises, equipment, and stretches to maximize your improvement. Experiencia fantástica: Limitless has helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! I have had back pain for years, then fell and hurt my knee, which only complicated it. Dr. Craig had been a big blessing and has helped a lot. He cares and listens to what you say and are having trouble with. He has a lot of knowledge and does an awesome job at fitting the care and exercises to my personal needs and situation! He is very thoughtful and doesn't give up on me even when my progress seems slow. He has brought me a long way on being able to use my core muscles, step by step from compensating and using others instead, too. I can actually use the right ones. Even if it's not as long as we wish yet, I feel we are headed in the right direction. The hands-on care has brought me a lot of relief from my very tight muscles! Experiencia fantástica: I had a chronical neck & shoulder pain for last 5 years and had to finally see my doctor for it. My doctor referred me to a PT who had a waiting list of several weeks. I called Limitless PT based on their excellent reviews and they were able to get me in the next day!!! Honestly, when I started PT I did not have any expectation that as I had the pain for so long and my pain level was very high. However, I worked like MAGIC!!! After just couple of session my pain level had gone down to 50% and completely gone after about 8 sessions!! Big THANKS TO NATHAN who is highly professional and super friendly! Experiencia fantástica: My PT at Limitless, Mike Robinson, is top notch. He patiently considers all my questions & concerns, finding answers and solutions that work specifically for me. He really listens. I trust his expert, gentle holding of my arm and working with my back muscles which allows me to relax and unlearn my habit of guarding my muscles so my arm won't pop out of joint. I am learning a lot about how to move on as I heal from my Latarjet shoulder surgery, even to the point of changing my habit of pushing myself too far as Mike kindly explains the details and reasons to back off. And Mike's good sense of humor is the icing on the cake. -

This place has been a completely different experience. The office staff are all friendly and helpful. I’ve met three of the physical therapists who are all very good. Experiencia fantástica: I came to limitless physical therapy after having an ACL reconstruction, Meniscus root repair, and a meniscus clean out on my left knee. It was a devastating injury as I am someone who loves being physically active. After surgey I wasn't able to walk for many weeks with out a brace and crutches as ordered by the surgeon but started physical therapy 2 weeks after surgery. Now I can hike and walk again, my strength and physical fitness level has increased so much and I'm on my way to running again. Mike was very patience, knowledgeable, encouraging, personable and friendly. He helped me get so much recovery and improvement under my belt during the time I worked with him and kept me feeling positive about my progress during what was a very emotionally and physically challenging recovery. I really appreciate all his hard work, attention, and care. I highly recommend Mike. Also the staff at Limitless PT is also super friendly, kind and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I was suffering from a nagging knee injury that was impacting my running. The folks at Limitless Physical Therapy did a great job assessing my injury, running gate, and range of motion. They gave me a series of exercises and dynamic stretches that totally fixed me up in a matter of weeks. My running mileage has increased from 3 mile to 6-mile runs and my knee feels great.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Moore for two rounds of therapy. Nothing but good things to say. The main value for me was in knowing how far I could safely push myself to recover from my injury, and Dr. Moore is excellent at assessing that. A few PTs have really saved me at various points in my life, and Dr. Moore is one of them. A year after my initial injury, I'm in better condition than I was prior to the injury!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working with Mike Robinson for several sessions and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Due to an injury I’ve been unable to run without pain for some time and I’ve made incredible progress with Michael. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I’m very particular about my providers and I can say with certainty, that Mike is top notch. If you need help returning to your running program or just getting back on your feet, I can’t recommend him enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been experiencing lower back and hip pain on and off for several months limiting my ability to do numerous tasks. Following an evaluation and recommendation of Slocum Center, I researched PhysicalTherapists in the Eugene/Springfield area with focus on getting me back to the sport I love, in my case golf. I discovered Limitless Physical Therapy noting that they had excellent reviews and also had Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification which is specifically related to golf sport body movement. I scheduled an appointment and immediately noticed how clean and organized the facility is. Also, every staff member I met was friendly, professional and helpful. I began working with Simon Sjostedt, Clinic Director, in my rehabilitation. Simon is truly exceptional at what he does and great to work with. He developed a recovery plan for me with exercises that targeted muscle groups needing further strengthening. As we progressed, I gave him feedback regarding the effectiveness to enable him through his expertise, to make any changes he might deem necessary in my recovery. He also tailored specific exercises I could perform at home to help speed my recovery. I am now again able to perform necessary tasks at home and go back to playing golf, a sport that I love, on a regular basis. Simon and staff have truly changed my daily life in a positive way. I am extremely pleased and grateful in my experience at Limitless Physical Therapy and have recommended them to others without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Simon Sjostedt is an excellent physical therapist who has worked with me for 6 sessions and helped me to restore the range of motion and hand strength of my right wrist. I have been able to resume my gardening with very little sensitivity and pain in my normal activities. I always looked forward to Simon massaging my hands. It is the best feeling to sense the new quality of release and gentle assuredness that Simon does for you in every session. I know I’ll return when I may need his help next season.
