Experiencia fantástica: All of the therapists here have an amazing attitude all the time. I was seeing Lisa and Erika and they are amazing with their knowledge when treating chronic pain from my experience. They are incredibly understanding and helpful while giving you the tools to get control over your life again. It has always been difficult to find anyone who is comfortable and knowledgeable enough to treat my complex case. I have fibromyalgia, hEDS, POTS, and spondylolisthesis which they have been amazingly helpful in getting my body back to a highly functional point AND without injuring me or causing more pain. They have been very respectful with my own judgement of the limitations my body has and helping me find it in the beginning. They have also been very understanding of my POTS symptoms and make sure to check-in with me to make sure I can tolerate the therapy we are doing that day. It feels like family everytime I go in there even the other patients are friendly. It always made my bad days good days with how cheerful they are. I've also seen how amazing they are when treating other patients with recovery from surgeries and they seem to be amazing with that side of things as well. They always seem to be able to give their patients the hope and motivation they need to keep going. I would highly recommend going to them for any physical therapy that is needed. I will definitely be going there for my future surgeries that's for sure. Any chronic pain people in the area should definitely consider going here with how experienced they are with various chronic pain conditions.

Experiencia negativa: Didn't seem to care if they made patients feel better, only interested in how much they could charge each time for an appointment. Girls at front counter acted like they were doing patients a favor by waiting on them and office manager only cared about how much money was being charged. If you can use another provider to get the same service I would recommend you do so. Patients are just cash cows to them1

Bob Tank let me know that It was important I had the orthotic he made for me and gave it to me when he was unsure if the VA was going to pay at all. I unfortunately have had the need for Prorehab more than a few times over the years and have always had amazing care. The latest was no exception. I had a work comp claim with another large therapy giver in the area and it was no where near the care I received here. 10 stars
