Experiencia fantástica: I had severe vertigo for weeks. I have never been a fan of physical therapy, but this has been an excellent experience. Going for my last appointment today. Hoping it is completely gone.

Experiencia fantástica: This rating is more for one person at Progressive Health than it is about the entire organization. Therapist Abby Stratham has been treating my wife and she is doing a great job. We see improvements with every visit. Abby is the only therapist we have used but I am sure all of the other therapist are just as professional and knowledgeable as Abby. Thanks Abby!

Experiencia fantástica: After 14 years of headaches and trying countless PTs, chiropractors, Doctors, and other health professionals, I finally met Charlene Urbancic at Progressive Health at Deaconess Gateway. Charlene's approach is completely different than anyone else I have ever been to. Instead of relying on my recollection/interpretation of my issues, she analysed my spine and how it moved at the beginning of each visit before working to correct the issues she saw. When she found success, she would teach my husband and I how to do the exercise at home so we could correct the issue as soon as it arises. Charlene's ways are very unique on many levels and there are times that it is hard to believe that she is on the right track, but she is truly a genius in terms of physical therapy and working with the spine. For me, having faith in her and giving her a chance for 8 months, ultimately freed me from my headaches! I have not had to go to anyone for my headache relief in almost a year!!! (I had had to go to some sort of therapy or adjustment at least weekly before to keep my pain managed.)

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you step through the door, from the receptionists to the therapists, the whole experience of Progressive Health is a very pleasant one. Everyone is so friendly and cheerful and they put you at ease so you can focus on getting better! The therapists that I have worked with are all very knowledgeable and professional, and you can tell that you're not just another client to them but that they care about your well-being and your healing! Would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone without hesitation! Thank you all for being a part of my healthcare team!

Experiencia negativa: I was attending PT for approximately 7 months. During that time, I saw about 4 different Physical Therapists, and during every appt, I told the PT exactly where I was having issues. During one of my last appts, as I was talking to the PT, she mentioned to me that the area I was showing her was not the area they had listed in their notes and no know knew it was that area. I am extremely disappointed with these PT's. Every single time I went I told them that specific area and then I was told there were no notes and no know knew it was that area. I really feel like they were just guessing and not telling me the truth. I went to one PT and the next week, the other PT told me to stop those exercises as soon as I told her what the exercises were. I spent a lot of money going to PT, with them promising me they could help me. But turns out, they were just guessing and did not even know where I was having issues. I also think there should be 1 PT assigned to 1 patient, not 4 PT's assigned to 1 patient. How do they even know if I'm progressing or what I even worked on during the last appt?

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for 6 years. My therapist is the best. Without her I would not be where I am if it wasn't for her. I had a right knee replacement and because of Michelle I have met all my goals that she and the doctor set for me during this time. She has also been my therapist even thru two revisions on the prosthetic knee. I also know all the employees there and they are very polite and professional. I have never had any problems any here.
