Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is top-notch, therapy is goal focused, rooms are spacious.

Experiencia negativa: My dad was placed here for a five day respite stay, let's say the family did not receive the break that was needed. We had to be there almost around the clock to make sure our dad was attended to! More than once he was left in bed soaked in urine, I stopped by after work one day and he was left to sit up on the side of his bed with no grip socks or shoes (he is very weak and is an assist). He was trying to lay back down and was literally sliding off the bed if I wouldn't have walked in when I did he would have fallen. I requested to speak with his nurse the entire stay and left several messages day five is over and I have yet to speak with or see the nurse. His first night I was lucky to see the DON I'm explaining my concerns and she looked like she'd Rather be somewhere else. I'm not sure how this place got great reviews unless they've deleted the real ones. I was how ever grateful for Darrin, Jamie, Veronica and Auben. For this to be our first encounter with a nursing home it has us very afraid to use another one. My suggestion is if you have to place a loved one here you better go see them more than once a day. I even had to find help for not only him but his roommate as well. Horrible and terrifying experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister and I placed our elderly father here a few weeks ago .It was the last thing that I ever wanted to do but I must say I have been SO pleased . The staff is exceptional and the food is good too. Daddy has been well cared for and watched over . Granted the rooms could use some updating but if I had to choose between niceness of room or staff I would choose staff every time. They are all so sweet here and I can leave each day not having to worry . Thank you God for this place

Experiencia fantástica: Having worked in medical home health for many years, I worked closely with Bethel. We would see patients who had discharged home from a rehab stay there. Patients and families alike would rave about the care they received. Patients who go home following a rehab stay at Bethel tend to succeed at home!

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother has lived at Bethel Manor since 2019 and I feel she has the best care possible from the wonderful staff. Many of the staff members have 10 plus years on staff and seem like family. Josh Bowman has done a great job during the tough times of Covid and made sure residents and workers were all taken care of. No matter what time I visit the staff is friendly and the family is always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: As a former employee at Bethel Manor, I can’t speak highly enough of the residents, staff, management, and administration. The employees at Bethel Manor go ABOVE and BEYOND any other long term care facility. Many of the staff members have been there 10+ years. If I had a family member needing skilled nursing or rehab at the new cottage, I wouldn’t think TWICE about where I would want them to be. I feel so confident in saying that all members of health care team (from house keeping, dietary, QMAs, CNAs, nurses, therapies, management, and administration) treat all patients as if they were their own family members. This is SO important. This facility is highly reputable and has been for many years. Bethel Manor was one of the greatest career opportunities I had as a nurse.
