Experiencia negativa: Office had been moved r(about a couple of years ago) recently to the new location & new location has few available parking spots plus you have to walk forever to get to the new office location. Sleep doctor didn't want to address my problems as he wanted to just look at the sleep machine down load. Thinking that I should change sleep doctors! Miss the old St. Mary's a lot.

Jill talked to me awhile, was not too rushed, game me some medical advice I asked for. I loved seeing her and even the girl I checked out with was wonderful. It was a great visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy Hancock was amazing! I haven’t been able to get my CPAP head gear and full face mask to fit properly. I also had questions about cleaning the machine and how to avoid total dry mouth every morning. She spent over an hour diagnosing the problem and trying different sizes of head gear and full masks. Also recommended turning up the heat level of the tubing. I am implementing our new plan and monitoring how much it affects sleep. She also took time to explain my nightly reports and how they demonstrate my progress.

Experiencia negativa: The walk to the office is horrendous. Told in appointment I didn’t need to come in that it was an error. Dr. Rodriquez very apologetic but I drove an hour to be there. Seems staff needs to communicate the patients’ needs before scheduling an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Was not informed that they required bringing my Cpap or memory card ,which my cpap does not have . So it was a wasted time taking off work to show up early for an appointment that I could not benefit from . Still can't get my supplies

Experiencia negativa: It was not a good experience. I was forgotten about. After wasting almost an hour of my time, the only good thing about the visit was Jill who stepped up so I could get seen and make it to work on time.

Experiencia negativa: My visit to the sleep center was the most terrible doctor visits I’ve ever been to. The doctor could not see me so a nurse practitioner was who I saw. I have seen Dr. Rodriguez before and he is a very kind and caring doctor. The nurse practitioner was anything but kind to me. I was sent to the sleep center because of a medication problem/condition I was having. Upon leaving this visit I left without the help that I went there for and a sense of humiliation.

Several years ago my husband had a serious health issue that wasn’t related to the sleep clinic but Dr Rodrigues helped get him to another doctor immediately and thus saving his life. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience. In my follow-up visit, adjustments were made on my CPAP machine so that my already improved nights of sleep went from good to great. I noticed the difference the first night after the changes were made! I highly recommend going here if you have any issues with sleeping.
