After an injury at work, that brought constant pain & difficulty with movements, I felt that my L&I physician just was not hearing me at all & was only concerned with sending me back to work. Courtney was the FIRST thorough evaluation that I received!!! She saw exactly what my issues were. She sent me immediately to the ER, where they discovered I had a Compression Fracture of the Lumbar 3 Vertebrae!! If not for Courtney, I would still be in limbo with no one caring about the patient needs at all. I just cannot say enough about her excellent abilities, knowledge & determination to help the patient. Thank you so much Courtney!!

There’s no online or email system to manage the appointment, so it’a either turning up in person or trying several times through the phone. Therapists are really outstanding though.

Every session she evaluated how well it was working and assigned something new. After a few weeks I had no more pain. My therapist knew exactly what she was doing and how far to push and when to stop.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst physical therapy experience I've ever had. I have a chronic shoulder injury, and have been in physical therapy for years. I had a fantastic PT who did hands-on work with technology combined with exercises, but I moved last year and needed an office closer to my new place. IRG had good reviews and offered the specific service I was looking for - myofascial therapy. I'm very experienced in what my body needs and how to communicate that. The office staff is great, everyone is friendly, and I was really excited to get started. The assessment was great, as the PT took time to listen to me. However, my first and only session was a train-wreck. The PT had two patients double-booked. I was handed a couple of weights and parked in front of a mirror to do repetitive exercises. Each time, I had to go let the PT know when I was done. The entire 45 minutes was just repetitive, unsupervised exercises, without any of the hands-on work I had specifically let them know I needed. Another therapist offered to step in and help, but was turned down. I got home, and within 2 hours, a spasm started in my back that lasted for about 14 hours. I was eventually lying in bed, crying, unable to get comfortable. Thankfully, my partner was able to get the worst of it relaxed with massage work, but I woke up the next morning with pain in every limb and a massive headache. I immediately cancelled my other appointments. It has taken me three months and almost $1000 of massage to get back to where I was in May. I was just going to leave it there, but I got a bill for $400...AFTER insurance. For TWO appointments, they'd billed $768. After the assessment, I'd brought the bill in and asked why I was being charged $200, and was told insurance hadn't approved the payment yet. If I had realized that each appointment was $400, I would never have gone back, but even when I inquired, I wasn't given the impression so much would be left for me to pay. I've written a complaint to the head office, but never heard anything back. I'm now paying off this massive bill for something that did huge damage to my recovery, while also paying for the work to fix it. Don't go to IRG if you need anything except exercises which you could, honestly, do in a gym.

The team was flexible when I was running late or changing appointments and all around a wonderful experience.

Explained everything in easy to understand terms, had complete knowledge of how the muscles, ligaments and bones function together and she gave me reasonable expectations for the healing process and what I should expect if I did my exercises outside if PT.

She doesn't make me feel dismissed after the session is over. I have had other issues which made me use therapists but IRG is the best. All members of staff seem to appreciate the presence of patients here without interfering with whatever they are doing. Did I mention that they are all very professional and kind. I threw my walker away which I thought I was stuck with after two visits. Thank you IRG for bringing my life back. I would recommend this joints related problem.

Dusty is good at explaining exercises, how to and why he also I feel would have a gentle way of pushing you to make things happen quicker. Great experience!

Dr. Sujaya Deodhar is a good listener, respectful, and tenacious in finding the right solutions for each individual, all while keeping a positive outlook. I have recommended IRG's vestibular rehabilitation therapy to others with similar symptoms to mine since then, and wish I had gone sooner because of the relief I finally found there!

Then when I got to appt Natalie the PT was exceptional.. She has much experience knew exactly what I needed to strengthen my Prostate. Experiencia fantástica: Christina Lee is one a very few PT's who are good with pelvic floor exercises that are beneficial for a prolapsed uterus. She is incredibly thorough in teaching these exercises, and helping the patient see exactly how they are working.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked at a desk job for many years and it’s taken a heavy toll on my back. My doctor sent me to IRG for physical therapy and massage therapy for my low back pain. I’m very impressed. The exercises were personalized, easy to follow and effective. It was uncomfortable at times but never painful. My therapists were always considerate, encouraging, supportive and they know their stuff. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I would come to IRG because they took excellent care of me. She was excellent to work with, highly knowledgeable, very personable and skilled, and a real blessing. My hip is has healed amazingly well--I can walk a long way, climb up and down stairs and onto and off of boats, and flex it in all directions. Thank you, Sujaya and IRG!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this place! After a knee surgery that involved nerve damage (drop foot), Sujaya was a Pro. My recovery has been excellent and exceeded my expectations. What I like about this place is they stay with you the whole time and make sure you are doing everything correctly. I have had PT at other places where they just walk away and go to their computer and leave you by yourself, not helping you keep good form, ect. The place is warm and comfortable and the whole time they kept to good cleaning practices. This is everything a good PT place should be.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to irg, mostly Christian Lee, for about 5 years or so. I have been treated for 2 knee replacements, two shoulder surgeries, chronic bursitis all over, planted phascitis, neck pain, core strengthening, back pain, two knee repairs, two hernia repair. I have had a lot of experience and these guys r by far the best I have gone to. I really enjoy how comfortable their office is and the east way they all communicate w each other as well. I would highly recomend this office. As a matter of fact both my daughters have come here for sports injuries and been worked on by their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: They worked with me to rehab my left leg and get me ready for my right knee to be replaced, I have done really great sense my surgery and I really believe that if not all there help I would not be walking around these days only 4weeks out from total knee replacement. I thank them all and I can't wait to continue my rehab with them.

Experiencia negativa: I asked my doctor for a referral for a specific kind of PT that had worked for me for a hip problem when nothing else did. I told the Therapist what I had experienced and how thankful I was, after back surgery that had been aborted mid surgery, to finally get a referral to a place that offered therapeutic ultrasound. I explained the procedure was not completed and could not be in the future. She sounded like she believed in the ultrasound and understood my wanting to just get the muscles in my back desensitized to the continuous spasms and would work with that in mind. The problem with my back was not going to ever go away, but I just wanted a chance for a little relief and see if the muscles could just heal up a little. So for three 35 dollar co-pays and three 279 dollar charges to my insurance for each 45 minute visit--which included 10 minutes of the ultrasound, by the 3rd visit she said she wanted to see how I'd do without the the ultrasound ! That was a Tuesday, and she promised I could have it again on the Friday visit ! Whoopee! Like what, did she think I was addicted to it? I'd waited 2 years to get that kind of referral. I did all the exercises she was teaching me and had been through 2 other 6 week PT referrals. Good grief -as far as I am concerned she was dishonest-I left, never went back--what a waste of time and insurance.
