Experiencia positiva: Definitely worth doing to help with pain! You’ll learn exercises for your unique body as a long term solution to pain. Most of the staff is great. The front desk is rude, as long as you can get past them it’s a solid place. I had an incident where I asked for a note to get a standing desk at work to help with pain, and the front desk representative really blew me off, mocked me and hung up on me. I don’t know why asking for a note warranted any animosity. It felt very disrespectful as I was coming to them for support in the pain I was experiencing.

The experience was not only incredibly positive but also a valuable learning experience as I went through the phases of recovery. I have had chronic back pain since I was 16 and many different PT services that never made me feel like they were treating me as a whole but were treating just my one problem. This never helped long term. I’m now 35 and looking at surgery if I can’t find relief. Starting at SPT I let them know my hesitation that I would be wasting my time again. They heard what I was saying and added things to my routine (like cupping) that I had never been introduced to. Each session with them I leave feeling stronger and ready for my day. I have been blessed to work with everyone there in my short time so far. They are truly a team and show that they care about the person and giving you the tools to succeed. They take time to correct you to get the best results. They hear your life story ( I’m a football player) and add things that not only help me with my back but will help me strengthen my main powerhouse. I have so much more good I could say but I will leave you with, from the ladies at the front desk with their sweet welcomes to the therapist and assistants giving their all you will not go wrong checking them out.

I came out with my knee restored, when I came in, I could not walk 3 miles. Now I am at 8 miles without pain. A Great summer started by signing up with SPT.

Their PT programs allowed me to recover at my pace, while physically pushing me farther and in ways I could not have done on my own. If you are in need of physical therapy, or simply want to improve your performance, you need to see these guys. They really are that good.

Experiencia fantástica: I know this looks incredibly insane, but the pain is relieved! Wow, movement (cat, cows) while being cupped, awesome! I’m a former competitive trail runner with a hip replacement, and SI joint instability. As an active exercise enthusiast and golfer I’m constantly in pain. I’m impressed with Garrett and his team at Everett SPT. They’re well informed, goal oriented and so much fun! The SPT team has me in the Titleist performance Institute. It’s been 3 weeks now, and I’ve seen improvements. I look forward to learning more from these passionate experts.

Experiencia fantástica: When I first came to Sports Physical Therapy, I could hardly lift my right arm and barely tolerate massage. Over the course of treatment, Morgan and Adam have pushed me to work out my arm, putting more and more weight on It and tolerating tactile stimulation. They are compassionate, very knowledgeable and hands on with teaching stretches and exercises. The space holds plenty of tables for hand on work, bikes, treadmills, rings and cable machines, a large turf area for groundwork and stretching, as well as a weight area. I would absolutely recommend going to Sports Physical Therapy for any PT needs.

During the 9 months of training and race season he helped to make sure my body injury free as well as ready to perform at my best. I’ve be never had a more successful race season nor have I ever felt stronger. I’ve also learned some great tools to use on my own to maintain the strength I’ve gained. My self confidence has also vastly increased and believing in yourself is vital when racing as well as when putting in the many solo training miles. Experiencia fantástica: Great place!! The best! Not only do they work on your injured area but they incorporate the entire body in the recovery. They use very innovative exercises and ensure safe but progressive recovery. I have used them twice now for complete shoulder replacements ( first failure was not their fault but was due to complications from surgery). Both times they had me recovered to a level far above expectations. They will work you, you will sweat but the end result is totally worth it. I can not recommend them enough! Greg

I always left, very familiar with each exercise, & encouraged by staff members. Garret is great about looking at the whole picture and finding the root cause of the problem which in my case has been rotator cuff issues in both shoulders. I went in to see Dr. Johnson (Garrett) with immense pain in my right hip and after my first session I was feeling like a completely different person. That man is a wizard! I immediately booked 5 more follow-up sessions. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, the facility is top notch, and the entire experience was extremely professional. I went home with print outs of the stretches I should be doing and a genuine PLAN to get me feeling 100% again. Whoever is reading this.... THIS is the place you need to go! Literally look no further. I will be back for all my PT needs in the future. Thank you Dr. Johnson!!

I had knee surgery in November 22' and Garrett and Adam have done wonders to help me recover. I am getting stronger and improving my balance and mobility every session. Patty is always super helpful with scheduling too, and she stocks the bowl at the front desk with candy :)! I highly HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an excellent physical therapist(s) to go to SPT Everett. I'm sure I'll be back to horseback riding, running, and hockey in no time! I'm backing running, riding and playing hockey. I've even lost 20 lbs and I run my first half marathon post knee surgery next month. Experiencia fantástica: My first experience was when my wife went to SPT in Everett, She had hip replacement, They had her up and running in no time and were very gentle with her rehab, So when I needed PT for a hip bursa I went there, After years of doing balance Yoga on one leg they had me going up on my right leg in Yoga. I have been in pt many times over the years and this place is in a league of there own.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered from a left foot lisfranc dislocation that required surgical reduction and lots of physical therapy afterwards. Thankfully, my surgeon referred me to SPT Everett. I had PT twice a week and went from non-weight bearing to getting cleared for work within 3 months (average healing time 3-6+ months). I am an ER nurse, and I can easily get up to 9-10 miles of walking per shift, stand for 12+ hours a day, and use my foot dynamically throughout my shifts. The staff at SPT Everett are incredibly knowledgable and provide such a safe and comfortable environment tailored to your specific needs. I was often blown away by the amount of medical knowledge each PT has, and their ability to retain and remember any and all information given to them. They create detailed plans of care both in the clinic and for you to take home, that trend off the previous session and work towards your PT goals. Adam, Garrett, and Audrey were my physical therapists I saw almost every session, and the environment they create at SPT is the kind you wish for in any clinical setting. The staff is just plain fun to hangout with, which eases the way of working through PT which can be a difficult process itself. I highly recommend the SPT team for any sort of physical therapy needs.

I was at Sports physical therapy the next day and the care and attention to me was amazing ... Jake showed me how to go up and down stairs with my walker and cane ... Mietra the receptionist had a walker she used during her recovery .... I painted and decorated it, gave it back so someone else could use it ... it didn’t matter which therapist worked with me they kept detailed records and could interchange smoothly ... the equipment is state of the art .... they give you a printout of the exercise so I could work at home in between appointments ... my recovery was very quick ...

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome Training Staff! I was dealing with knee pain from a prior sports injury. My go to remedy was to go to my doctor for cortisone shots for pain relief. After doing some research as to why I was having knee pain, I found this business and thought I’d give them a shot. They took the time to diagnose the source of my pain and took the right action that led to almost immediate relief! After that, I was able to perform better because I felt better. From the initial reason for my visit, they discovered that I never properly rehabbed my hip replacement surgery and we’ve been working on that. I’ve gotten noticeably stronger in my hips and quads which has resulted in me performing much better at all the sports activities I used to struggle with. I’m so glad that I decided to give the Everett Sport Physical Therapy a try and would definitely recommend them to anyone else that’s looking to rehab an injury or looking to improve their overall sports performance!

First got introduced to it by my brother when he had surgery on his knee and then after his experience and being there with him I knew this would be the spot for me if I had any injuries myself. Unfortunately I had a few, but with the great specialists here I was able to bounce back bigger and better than before each time. After my first personal experience rehabbing my ankle I recommended this place to my family and friends. No injury is easy to come out of. The team here will keep you motivated and encouraged to be better than before you came and that’s a fact! They will make you work and you will thank them later! Huge shout out to Morgan and Jonathan for always working with me and pushing me past my limits. Also can’t forget about the team at the front desk and management as well for doing work behind the scenes making sure everything runs smooth just like you would be if you came by for a visit .

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoyed working with Ben, Josie, Lauren, and all the others who helped me come back from a tibia plateau fracture. Four months of building leg strength and lots of hard work. In the end almost back to normal but learning to walk again was worth all the sweat. Will continue to do my routine outside of the center. Summer, (front desk), was great with my scheduling, and I enjoyed getting to know all the people who I got to work with.

Experiencia negativa: I had terrible tendonitis in both elbows and had therapy for months at another of their offices. It was determined that I should get work on my shoulders. The therapy I started doing was really helping. Elbows didn't hurt anymore and I was starting to get strength back (I give 5 stars for that). One day I mentioned one shoulder hurt some, so one of the guys started reefing on my shoulder with plastic scraping tools like he was trying to grate 500 pounds of cheese in 30 seconds, the pain was incredible. I told him to slow down and not as much pressure. (I've had this done before at other places and yes it's painful but not at this level, a slower rhythm and not as much pressure works better for me anyways). The guy continued. That night I was in so much pain I could not sleep and this continued for 5 days until I went to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with a Frozen shoulder and told to get an MRI. The MRI indicated a tear in a tendon in the shoulder among other things that was probably aggravated by the heavy scraping. Needless to say after 6 weeks of no sleep, pain pills/cortisone shots in the joint I started PT at another place. I am probably going in for surgery soon (couple weeks). I was really making progress until that heavy scrapping and the past 2 months have been terrible and now I'll most likely have 3+ more months of rehab which is very frustrating when you are super active. I have a coworker and neighbor that stopped going to this clinic because of the scrapping techniques so if they want to do it to you - just say NO! To wrap it up. 2 complaints - 1) Having different people work on you every time (I'd like the same person so they can tell my progress) and 2) Learn more about the scrapping technique and LISTEN when the client says it's to painful then back off. Kudos - They had me on a regime that I was really making progress.
