Experiencia fantástica: I developed sciatica during pregnancy in my 3rd trimester. I was unable to walk without limping and absolutely miserable. From the initial scheduling phone call to the end, I had a wonderful experience. The scheduler handled my insurance, reached out to my Dr. for a referral and scheduled me several weeks out so I didn’t have to worry about that later. Lexi was my PT and she was the best. Because I’m pregnant I was limited in what I could manage; she modified stretches and made sure I was comfortable while still providing relief. I reported my pain level an 8/10 at our first appointment and by the last one, it was 3/10. I’m still doing stretches daily and while it flares up every now and then, I can function again. Thanks Lexi for being the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Iam going to IRG because I had a total knee replacement it's been very challenging to say but the three I've worked with halve been absolutely amazing even when I feel defeated they explain things going on with knee keep me motivated they are compassionate and listen to ya very happy with IRG of Silver Lake Thank you

Experiencia positiva: The therapists and office staff have done a good job but the clinic is wayyy too small and they are super busy. So it's like stepping on toes everywhere you go in there. Needs expansion big time. I also have been scheduled with multiple therapists instead of the same one which seems counterproductive given that each one has there own way of doing things.

Experiencia fantástica: receptionist is awesome, im unsure if there are multiple, but one actually has ADHD and offered to help my son out with ways that made things easier for her! Max is an excellent Physical Therapist, and so far, my son is sticking to it all and his leg is getting better. My son preferred someone younger and more understanding then most, and he found him!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Ann Fox several visits for post bilateral mastectomy scar tissue release and lymphedema therapy. She worked absolute magic in releasing one extremely tight muscle from my chest to shoulder, and brought much pain relief and relief to many more. She also gave me great educational material on self lymphatic drainage, as well as performing the same for me while there. Beyond these things she gave me an exercise and conditioning program to continue. I actually looked forward to coming, and as a pleasant aside she was also very friendly and we enjoyed chatting. She "graduated" me, saying I don't need her anymore. I'll miss coming! I HIGHLY recommend Ann, for breast cancer patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place. I worked with Ann the past 8 months to resolve 2 issues. The first being my vertigo problem. I am a mom of 3 and found it hard to do anything enjoyable with my kids because I was scared that I would be dizzy or trigger a vertigo episode. I had three episodes last year and work through each one with Ann. She was amazing! She also took a continuing education course over the summer and learned more about vestibular problems so she worked on my neck which I have some immobility and stiffness -- this could be what triggered my vertigo as well. I feel great after working with her, especially the days after I leave IRG I feel so wonderful. I have learned so many great neckvexercises from Ann that I can incorporate into everyday life when I am at the park with the kids, or even making dinner. Thank you Ann and IRG!

Experiencia fantástica: I first went to this location, never having done any physical thery before, to I take advantage of their free pain screening to determine what was going on with the area behind my right knee. I was evaluated by Evan who determined I had hamstring tendonitis. He gave me some exercises and stretches to work on in addition to icing the area and taking ibuprofen. I followed through and the area had improved at my re-eval. Evan gave me a few more things to work on and at my second re-eval the tendonitis had healed and hasn't come back since and I was able to graduate from my physical therapy. I highly recommend Evan and this IRG location for their thoroughness, knowledgeability, helpfulness, and friendliness.

Experiencia negativa: Spoke to Cristy at the front dest and she was being super rude when I asked her a couple of questions and then hung up on me super fast.. If you get annoyed of ppl asking questions then maybe front dest is not the job for you.

Experiencia negativa: Went in with neck issue and unable to sit and look down to read for long periods of time and they sat me down to read about my condition instead of talking to me like a human being. Left feeling worse than I started. Would not recommend.
