Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely 5 stars. Went here for a couple months for lower back pain. They really listened, and would respond/adapt each visit based on what exactly I was feeling that day and had been feeling since the last appointment. My first visit with them, after I had been dealing with a week of intensely debilitating back spasms and pain, I walked out of that clinic an entirely new person! Tezra and Rob are miracle workers in my opinion. I've done a lot of physical therapy in the past, and this group was excellent. I felt comfortable and heard here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to PNW Physical Therapy for a little over a month now for a rotator cuff injury. This injury happened around 17 years ago. In the past year it has gotten a lot more painful. I am amazed at the improvement I've seen in such a short time. It used to hurt all the time, all day long, and certain motions were quite painful. Now I have complete range of motion with no pain. My exercises I do at home are very manageable and don't take long to do. Each exercise directly helps my injury without needless exercises that just take more time. Jamie and Talea are very friendly and helpful and always put me at ease. They're great people and excellent physical therapists. Everyone there is super friendly and nice, and it's a great atmosphere. The range-of-motion and massage Jamie does each visit have really helped the injury heal more quickly and be less painful. I'm going to miss these guys when I finish my program next week. I highly recommend PNW Physical Therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about this place I went there after my knee replacement and due to my fibromyalgia issues it took me much longer than the norm to start healing. Tezera One of the therapist here went above and beyond trying to help me figure out my issues and work on them it was a lot of trial and error due to my own personal physical issues but I can’t say enough about how hard she were to help me move forward. When you walk through the door they all say hi and goodbye they are all like family there, they’re super awesome people! Kathy T.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to PNW Physical Therapy by my doctor for a sprained ankle. This was my first foray into physical therapy and I didn't know what to expect. I worked with Tezra and she was amazing to work with. She always took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The treatment planned worked extremely well. I was honestly so amazed with the progress and results that I continued to see her for other issues I was having. It was a very positive experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At no point did I ever feel like I was being sold or taken advantage of. It was the complete opposite. It was completely apparent that they cared about my progress and that I learned how to help myself.

The new clinic has the top of the line equipment and is spotless. The trainers do an excellent job at customizing the therapy for your needs. Experiencia fantástica: I had total hip replacements (R) in Dec 2019 and (L) Dec 2020. PT was very difficult last year, with left hip pain. This year, I'm having a very different experience and thoroughly enjoying it! I chose PNW PT after reading reviews; I was looking for PT closer to work. I left a message and was contacted by Melanie the same afternoon. Dr. Tezra Damasco is a superstar professional therapist and teacher. Jordan Harris is a terrific PT aide, working with me on movement and strength. The aides continue in their PT education and testing. The constant attention/redirection (assuring I get the most from my exercises) is impressive. Tezra makes sure I adhere to current restrictions and has coached me to achieve the most progress with almost no soreness. She asks me how I'm feeling, which areas I feel need more attention, and my specific goals. I can quickly notice improvement in both strength and flexibility. BONUS: Tezra and Jordan make it fun! The clinic is extremely clean, plus additional cleaning is done immediately after each station and/or equipment is used. Nandi, Melanie, the owner, and all staff there are always friendly and welcoming. I give PNW Physical Therapy my highest recommendation. ***** Neva R.

Experiencia fantástica: As others have noted, terrific facility and staff... but I want to talk about Tezra. She'll push you, but listens and pulls back when needed. She'll give you good homework, you'll find it pays off. She's very knowledgeable and pays attention to you as a whole, not just around the area of injury (neck, for me). You'll be surprised at how strong she is given her diminutive stature. And she's fun, which really helps when pain has you dragging arse. Give her a thought, you'll be happy you did.

After first session, pain free for several hours: first time in several months. Each day gets better. Jaime is professional, bright, and really knows how to rehab injured body parts. Entire staff is outstanding! Highly recommend them.

At PNW physical therapy they are not only kind and courteous, but extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help me achieve my goals and get back to the level of performance I wanted. Experiencia fantástica: I've been to physical therapy four separate times (I know, I get injured a lot) and this was by far my best experience. I went to Jamie for back and shoulder pain that was giving me migraines. His deep tissue massages were excellent and worked to relieve tension that had built up from years of weight lifting and poor posture. He also taught me exercises to strengthen stabilizing muscles that would improve my posture and relieve the stress on my neck and shoulders. The things he taught me literally changed my life: I no longer get headaches, and the tension in my shoulders hasn't returned, even 9 months after treatment, because on top of treating the pain, he also taught me how to fix the root cause of the problem so that it wouldn't come back. Jamie is also very passionate about what he does and you can see it in the way he interacts with patients - he always has lots of positive energy, even on a Friday afternoon at the end of a long week (which is when I would usually see him). Finally, Jamie's greatest strength is his knowledge base. He knows way more than any other physical therapist I've worked with, and that's because he's always going to conferences and lectures about new techniques and innovations in the field. This shows that he is committed to learning and providing the best care he can. I strongly recommend him and wish him all the best in growing his business, he truly deserves it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in physical therapy many times over the past years and was never impressed with any one therapist. It was just physical therapy no big deal. Because of a recent injury to my left knee and foot, my doctor ordered PT and I was hesitant to go because it never did much for me. But I finally agreed to go to PT and just do my best. And I am so glad I did. I met with Jamie for a complete evaluation of my issues with the left foot and knee. It wasn't about the time he spent with me. Jamie wanted to know everything about the injury so he could formulate a treatment plan. His knowledge still amazes me. He is methodical and compassionate about my treatment plan. He has a wonderful way of amusing patients and the hour just flies by. He has a wonderful "bedside (table) manner. He doesn't just bark orders he works right with you. Encouraging you to work harder and push farther and he is so encouraging. Jamie's love of physical therapy is so evident. I never saw that with other therapists. Just by walking into his treatment area let's me know today will be a good day. His treatment area is always clean and organized and spacious. I just knew by this area that this would be a warm and wonderful place of healing. But I also need to send shout outs and kudos for Melanie who is the one who runs everything. She is a pleasant and very knowledgeable in her duties. She has a beautiful warm and authentic smile which is rare these days. She has a cheerful and energetic personality and I felt comfortable the very first I walked into PNW. She is so willing to help with anything I need. Experiencia fantástica: I constantly have tension in my neck and shoulders which causes me to have headaches and neck pain at work. Jamie helped treat the areas that were causing most of my pain using his hands on approach and giving me exercises to do at home. I always get relief after our sessions and would highly recommend him!
