Experiencia positiva: The care was. Ok, however when they release her it was Friday after noon they informed her for a Tuesday. They did not assist us except for a list of alternative. Very poor service .

Experiencia fantástica: My stay at Bethany at Pacific was focused on recovery after spine surgery. The care staff was attentive and did their best under difficult circumstances. I truly appreciated the effort to provide me comfort/. Also, the food was definitely a step up from the hospital. Thank you to the team for your support during my healing process.

Experiencia fantástica: I was initially hesitant about my rehab at Bethany at Pacific due to some harsh reviews, but I'm glad to say those fears were unfounded. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff, from doctors to PTs, are all caring, attentive, and skilled at helping patients regain their independence. I've received excellent care here and have observed the same for other patients. Highly recommend this place for rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve stayed in this hospital for rehab care on two separate occasions(2yrs apart) for several months each time. For both visits, I received by far the most incredible care I could’ve ever imagined! Besides the fact that the rooms are amazing, the food is fabulous, and the cleanliness is A+, the nurses and other staff treat you like family! Is absolutely the best place for all-around care to ensure the quickest and best recovery for all!

Experiencia negativa: I have issues with the physical plant. I am here after spine surgery. My biggest complaint is the toilets are mounted extremely low. Maybe this was a children's ward. Very hard to get up and down. Walls are decaying with holes and rot, who knows what is causing swelling all around. No riser provided. Camp style commode provided but too small. If ever black mold is suspected it would be here. The big heavy doors bang against their metal door casing constantly banging all day and night, 50 cents worth of pads would fix this. When the doors shut, the noise reverberates through the walls and floors. The staff uses $12 blood pressure cuffs some are damaged and falling apart when they have real cuffs hanging on the wall. I doubt they know how to use them. The cheap plastic clock doesn't even work. And everything is just dirty! The food was better than the hospital - I will not discredit most staff, probably doing their best, but I do have a problem when I can't get my pain meds on time because the dispensary person is sleeping, twice or just doesn't seem to care. Sometimes when I asked, what are all these pills, the person handing to me couldn't answer. - I don't have much confidence in this place. Also, I was there for 2 weeks for PT and healing. I only had 4 actual PT sessions. This place is working the system to the max. So glad to be out of there -

Experiencia fantástica: I was at Bethany At Pacific for rehab after a hospital stay. I received great care from many of the nursing and aide staff. I want to “Shout Out” several that I want to give thanks for their conscientious care. PA Lemor, Nurses Lisa and May, Aides Jessica, Stanley, Huet, Sada and many others. I also want to thank the PT and OT’s that helped me restore my strength; Jeff, Dani, Paige and others. I especially want to thank my aide Agnes who was with me several days and nights making sure that I had everything I needed. She was very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. She was always cheerful and friendly making me laugh on days that weren’t easy. Please forgive me if I misspelled or neglected someone because you were all fantastic! Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: The building belongs to Providence. Management is the worst. Dangerous staffing levels and inappropriate use of narcotics for the elderly. They push the residents through physical therapy convincing them it doesn't hurt if they take more narcotics. You must transform self inorder to trans form healthcare. A few good reviews from rich patients can't discredit the patients hurt by the mostly white Asian management. Providence has many skilled nursing facilities Please do your research before you place your family at Bethany until their current management leaves.

Experiencia fantástica: After spending almost a month at the Pacific Regional Medical Center my Mom needed to have a Rehab to continue her healing! We had Choices but we ended up at the Bethany Rehab Center in Pacific Ave, and to our surprise it only took them about a week to get my Mom strong enough for her to go home! So with that said We would like to say a very Big Thanks to Everyone (6th Floor) for your tremendous Awesome Care from the beginning Al the way till discharged! From Nursing, CNA, Dr., PT, Speech Therapy, even the cleaner’s and specially to the Management! Bethany Rehab in Pacific you guys Rock⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I am very disappointed people have left negative reviews. It is not factual. Either they are entitled or maybe expect hotel service instead of medical rehab service. Although this rehab is not the Ritz Carlton, it is clean, well maintained, maybe a little outdated in aesthetics but the most important part is the Staff are attentive, kind and do their best to care for you. I was actually a bit weary about being transferred here for rehab for a closed dislocated Trimalleoral break (broke all 3 ankle bones slipping on black ice) I have plates and pins, due to the reviews. Not only have I been well cared for but as I see the other patients they too are cared for well. The Drs. Nurses, Aids, and all other staff, PT and OT team are wonderful and know how to prepare you to become independent again so you can heal correctly, safely and gain the strength needed to go home. I recommend this facility for rehab. Not familiar with the resident side so can’t review that. I have been here a few days will report if anything changes but I doubt it. Thank you Bethany of the Pacific for helping me gain the strength and confidence to get back home. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this place to anyone! Everything about this place is wrong! My wife spent 6 weeks here and we left because she was getting worse with the way they conduct their business. Stay away!

Experiencia negativa: When my elderly mother with limited comprehension and a language barrier was admitted on 10/20, we had to request new bedding because there was blood on the sheets from the previous person. I also had to wipe down the sticky bed side table and sweep the floors of her room with paper towels. Had there been another rehab facility that had an opening I would have removed her right then and there. But the worst part has been that I can not get anyone from Bethany to communicate with me to discuss my mom's treatment. She's been in here now for almost 2 weeks and no one will return my numerous and daily messages. I am making arrangements today to get her out of here ASAP.

Experiencia negativa: Beware!! Do not let your loved one stay here, this place should not be in business. The nurses are uneducated and lack the basic knowledge to use the equipment, the equipment is old, the place smells of urine, there is a language barrier with the majority of the staff, the food is disturbing and spicy. We pulled our loved one out of this place as soon as possible. There was no PT plan and we were told this was an aggressive rehabilitation facility. There was no medication regimen and when medication was disbursed, it was minimal and longer than normal waiting periods. For use of the restroom, again, longer than normal waiting periods. For any person that has experienced trauma, it is impossible to wait. This place provided minimal services, at best, and was a nightmare. In addition, there was minimal interaction with the doctor overseeing the care. Please read the reviews. A complaint has been filed and from what I have seen, multiple complaints have been filed against this place.

Experiencia negativa: It is so sad that I would send a package to a patient and have it disappear in the facility and not be delivered! Rehabilitation centers are so depressing as it is but to lose or have gifts stolen from residents is absolutely shameful! Where is Judy’s gift? Room 642.

Experiencia positiva: The facility and its incredible team get a triple thumbs up from me! A little pushy (PT/OT) when it was needed, e.g., walk a little farther, one more leg lift...always followed w a, "I'm right here, you can do it!" The environment was always safe! So from my aids,( most especially Joe, Monsey and night shift) to my nursing staff and all the attentive others. Thank you for making my recovery a little better than it could have been. Experiencia negativa: Nursing homes have been hit hard during this pandemic and it is difficult not to be able to visit your loved ones who are in homes. We have to trust that the employees of the facility are taking good care of our loved ones and that the company is helping the employees through this as well. I have always seen employees at Bethany provide excellent care to all of the residents there What has become of concern is the posts on indeed or other job boards about the clear employee dissatisfaction at Bethany and at Pacific in general. I have also spoken to various employees and the company clearly has an issue with employee satisfaction The most disheartening post pointed to a very clear lack of diversity at the top of this organization. When you walk around the facilities it is very clear the company is mostly female and very diverse but on the company’s website there is only one non white male in the company leadership. I would hope that as a faith based company Bethany understands the appearance of this is not good. Having just about all men manage a company that is clearly dominated by female employees must be hard for the morale of the workforce My advice to Bethany would be to work with the workforce to hear their concerns and to try to put some policies in place that protect all employees and job applicants regardless of gender or race. I would like to think Bethany will work to address this in the future and try to become as diverse as the area they are in

Experiencia negativa: If you have loved ones never allow them to go here unless you have no possible other option. Abuse happens. Lawsuits are likely soon. If I call anyone about the abuse of my loved ones I will call the police or a lawyer. Why would I call the person in charge of abuse ? Do u call those that have committed serious crimes against you? Dont act foolishly.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most fabulous skilled nursing facility I have ever experienced. I have the right to say that considering I've had three total hip replacements, four shoulder replacements along with a right femur being repaired. I've stayed in multiple nursing facilities from California to Arizona up here to Seattle. THE VIEW FROM THE 6th FLOOR ACROSS THE CITY AND PUGET SOUND ALONG WITH THE FOUR OUT OF FIVE STARS FOR FOOD, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT.

The administration has always been supportive of staff and always keep the patients/residents needs a top priority. I would encourage anyone to come visit and take a tour. I have worked at many facilities in the area and I can honestly say Bethany at Pacific has the most caring staff and the ratios are amazing. Bethany is a family that will care for your loved one in there time of need. The new 6th floor with private rooms/bathrooms and the views are just amazing. I am proud to be a Bethany employee.

Experiencia negativa: I’m up writing this review at 4am because I’m so mad I can’t even sleep. I have never wrote a review on a hospital or any nursing facility, but this I feel needed to be heard. I will never put any love one here again. My father over the last 25 years has probably been in skilled nursing facilities at least a dozen times, if not more for extended stays. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in the medical field as I have been at Bethany on Pacific. I tried to arrange a short one-on-one meeting with the social worker here Megan by phone the first time and in person on my next attempt. Each time she was rude and condescending. I believe for someone who is trained and supposed to be the contact for families and the person overseeing concerns and arranging next steps for a family’s love one she is rude and not a personality that should be working with the public. I also have concerns with the fact that since he’s been there over a week now that they just leave him in his room for meals. This is causing depression and is isolating for a patient. There isn’t a recliner or room really for him to sit anywhere in his room other then his bed to watch tv. Both of these issues I wanted to be able to discuss with Megan, but she was not available to talk. My initial contact with her was via phone to set up a brief meeting with her to address these two concerns and about their thoughts on aftercare. I told her I would be coming sometime that day and wondered if there was a time we could speak for minute. She rudely told me that this meeting would need to be pre-scheduled. Obviously that’s why I asked her from the start of the conversation if we could meet. Her tone and the wording was just flat out rude. I couldn’t imagine dealing with her if my father was actually dying. I don’t believe she has the ability at least in my 4 interactions to be empathetic or compassionate. I understand she has many patents and responsibilities, but the fact she couldn’t schedule 10 minutes with me Aboyt my dads care I feel is not good patient care. I would like to also include she did schedule a meeting with me 5 days later which I did show up on time ( with my 7 month old son), and she did not after pre-scheduling with her directly. She said the previous meeting she had with others had ran over. She did not offer for me to sit down and go over what I wanted to meet with her about. If your looking for a caring staff and wonderful care for a loved one I’d HIGHLY recommend Warm Beach Skilled Nursing facility. I typically am the one in our family to handle medical situations with my grandparents, my aunt and my mother because over the last 25 years I have had to be the main person caring for my father. This being said I think my dad has been most skilled nursing facilities in Snohomish County and if he hasn’t I’ve had a grandparent there. I DO NOT recommend Bethany on Pacific. Bethany on Silverlake though was great when my grandma was there. Additionally, I found this on yelp about them ( see my photo comment below) I’d agree on cleanliness also. The floor is gross sticky in his room from him using his urinal. When I visit he often has food in his sheets. He’s blind and should be siting at a table to eat meals. He just had hip surgery and sitting on the edge of his bed to eat. This is not acceptable and very sad. ( I am not one who typically reviews restaurants, services or products) I hope this helps others in the future make a decision about placement.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked for BAP for many years and there is not a better place for the residents to live. If you look at the Medicare compare information, you will find that we are a 5 star facility and very proud of that fact!
