Experiencia fantástica: First, the physical therapists are kind, careful, caring and professional . Next, the staff and office staff are professional and willing to help you. Lastly, the facilities are clean and sanitary. I rate them a 5 for the reasons above.

Experiencia negativa: We booked three appointments before travelling to Bay Area. My husband had a 4 part shoulder fracture so he needs to continue his physical theraphy during travelling. He had his final appointment on past Friday and he drove from another city for the theraphy, was in so much pain that day. The center told him that they cancelled his appointment. They told him they texted which they should have been calling instead. When we checked all the possible numbers we could not find any text messages. They did not do anyhing to make up for it. He needs to wait more than 10 days as we are travelling back now. It is very unprofessional what they did. I have never seen such a reckless center in my life.

Jeff and the staff are just wonderful and courteous. I have had Jeff for every replacement I think I even had the swim therapy for my back at the beginning with Margaret. Very good place to do your physical therapy.

Experiencia positiva: I went for lower back pain due to an injury and Tanisha is amazing!!! My injury was so bad that you couldn’t touch my back with out me in tears. But with Tanisha’s hard work my doctors can touch my back and I have more movement. I’m truly thankful for her and her hard work!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had the opportunity to use their physical therapy services for two separate injuries. I had such a great recovery with thier help for my first injury. This second time around, I was looking forward to get better with thier help (knowing already that the staff is highly skilled). At the Fairfield office I've seen at least 6 different therapists with different styles which I appreciate because they each demonstrate a unique way of addressing the injury and recovery. It's impossible to choose a favorite, everyone I have met in the office is kind and caring. At the same time the staff works together beautifully as shown in the program of exercises recommended for recovery. At each visit, no matter who the therapist is, they are ready to dive right in without wasting any time. Great experience and I'll be forever grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel safe at Body in Balance in regards to their practices with covid-19 safeguards. Due to pain, I have deep tissue massages with Dianna who does a great job. In the Fairfield facility, the temperature and atmosphere is really relaxing. The only thing I wish they had are longer massage beds. I'm only 5'3" and my feet hang off the bed. Other than that, the massage is excellent and the price is right.

Over the last 10 weeks they have taught me the exercises that I need to do in order to overcome tendinitis in my foot. Experiencia fantástica: have been recovering from a hemoragic stroke my left side is weak nd in need of neurological reeducation. My neurological event was on November 2nd of 2018 by the grace of god given a second chance at life. Spent few weeks at Queen of the valley rehab. then a few weeks with home visit ot pt and speech therapist. Spent a couple of months visiting sutter ot and they gave up on me....or maybe I gave up on them. Have been lucky enough to have found Body in balance. Not back on the golf course yet but feel like it will be in my future thanks to Tom, Christine, Annie, Amber, Irene, Jessica, Staci, Latoya, Martha, Jeff, Evan, Gus, Rosa, Linea, Nicole, Caitlyn, Kate, Adrian , Martin, Fred, Dave, Silvia, and all the wonderful people Alexia.....Eddie I really feel that the entire staff at the facility helped me in my recovery with a smile kind word or expert physical therapy instruction. She always asks me what to concentrate on and then she makes sure to hit those areas the most. She is very nurturing in her touch and applies the correct pressure. The massage is always relaxing and I always feel comfortable. After the massage I always feel better than when I came in. I highly recommend Robin, you will not be disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: I had come in for lower back pain, Evan and his staff did an amazing job of giving me treatment, but also making the office feel very warm and inviting. All of the staff that assisted in my rehab were all helpful and knowledgeable, taking very good care of me. I would not call the treatment easy, but the instructions given and understandable take home diagrams aided in recovery. Although I have no plans of getting injured again, if I do I definitely know the place I’ll be going to for recovery.

Experiencia negativa: I need to add to my review. After writing a good review for my massage therapy I experienced more pain in my neck than I had when I came in for the whiplash injury I suffered. I had one massage by Silvia that caused my arm to nearly go numb, it was such an odd feeling in my arm. Then, after that, I had I had two massages from Robin. I had liked Robin the best because she was very thorough and when above and beyond; however, with these massages I had severe pain in my neck, causing it to be very hard to turn my head in any direction, including resting it back on my opthamologist's chair to have drops put in my eyes. The second such massage was even worse. These two massages were done by Robin. I gave 1 star because it will not allow one to post, if a star isn't given. I'd rather give no stars for my final appointments. NOTE: I don't know why the wrong name came up for this review, but it won't allow me to change it.

I even received visual aids to use if I have a flare up. Dr. A, you rock! Your helpers rock also. The office staff are without a doubt, some of the best people in the world.
