Experiencia negativa: Horrible emergency room care. My daughter goes in there after falling off a motorcycle at 60 me an hour has road rash all over her body they don't even change her dressing or give her new dressing or cleans her wounds. They did give her all the x-rays to make sure she wasn't internally bleeding or anything but did nothing for her wound care and sent her home like that. SMH. I live 2 hours away and had to drive over there the next day to give her proper wound care. This is ridiculous and I cannot believe they let her leave that way. Shame on them. Shame.

Experiencia positiva: I have had 3 hospital stays here one last year and two within the last 6 weeks. Most recently a couple days ago. My stays are always 5-7 days. I have been with NB since 2023 coming from Big medical facilities in TX I was concerned what kind of care I would get here. Well my stays although have had a few bumps but my care has been stellar. The nurses, the hospital Doctors, my specialists, even the nutrition staff. All kind and great! I know everyone has different experiences but mine by God’s grace has been good. It’s tough being sick and having ti go through the challenges but to know you are cared for well takes a lot off of you.

Experiencia negativa: For some reason or another one of the nurses here signed my child up for medical coverage without my knowledge. Stated it was a new procedure or something but put Unknown as the name. I am now having to for over 3 months battle with changing this name. Considering sueing for this issue

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give it zero stars. California I’m general is garbage when it comes to seniors with mental illnesses but this place takes the cake. Long story short they discharged someone suffering with schizophrenia and heat stroke back out on the streets. Unsat! They will be receiving a nasty letter in the mail.

Experiencia negativa: I was treated in the ER earlier this year but unfortunately didn't write a review but after reading all these reviews I want to now write mine. My experience was horrible from the get-go. I had fallen and severely injured my back. After a long wait I had a test which then I waited for another hour to find the result. Turns out they had taken the wrong test. After another hour I was sent to the discharge department without ever even talking to a doctor. After asking if I shouldn't be given a brace, they told me that they don't do that anymore and that I should be better within a few days. I had a follow-up with my doctor 2 days later and she could hardly believe that they hadn't called her. I was immediately given a brace and told to wear it for a month. It was huge and uncomfortable but it did help. This ER seriously needs to be overhauled!!!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t even give it a one star I rushed my daughter to the ER with a head injury and I was discharged within an hour or less of being there with them not solving the problem or even getting a CT scan done. I was sacred for my daughters life that I had to take my daughter to the children hospital in Oakland where I found out my daughter had sever head trauma.

Experiencia negativa: They sent an open wound on my toe diabetic home with out even a bandaid. Then they sent my case for review and never told me the outcome. And last but not least they sent me account to collections without ever contacting me. I told them just adjust the bill and I would pay it.

Experiencia negativa: Experienced similar exorbitant pricing as other patients for a trip to the ER. When called to dispute the billing department said that they were upfront about pricing and directed me to a cryptic excel file buried on their website. I will probably get a automated reply about resolving my case directly. You already had your chance. Despite multiple calls to the billing department, I still needed to pay a substantially out of pocket after insurance had covered a huge portion as well. I have never had this happen at any other hospital. Never again.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience there in the emergency room.. My daughter fell and fracture her hand and they took 5 hours to give her medication.. And I myself admitted to due to a pain in my stomach they took altogether 9 hours to show me for a doctor and we both waited on the bed without even a blanket and water to drink.. They are very slow.. And doctors are so not friendly they just ignoring us to see most emergency patients.. I can understand that we also went for an emergency so they should be able to come and see us too right?. They are just don't explain much about the illness and they talked to us very rude manner.. Some nurses are good to us.. But from the doctors sides they should be more friendly when they are talking to patients... Soo we are so disappointed about they are service and the behaviours...

Experiencia negativa: Employees use the handicap parking all day long. I reported to security and nothing was done. I was told- “We are aware, but there’s nothing we can do about it.” I am severely disabled and had to park illegally in front of the ER in a no parking zone to be able to get inside - per instructions from the ER. Not one of the vehicle’s in the handicap parking had a sticker or license plate for handicap parking.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review due to the lack of quality care my mom received from 2020 up until now at the Northbay Medical center. I would first like to start off with the Vacaville location, then work my way to the fairfield NB medical center where I will explain my reasoning. In 2020 during height of the COVID-19 pandemic Vacaville Northbay ordered emergency Hernia surgery to be operated on my mom who i'll protect her identity for safety & privacy reasons. Before the initial surgery was allegedly done I spoke with the medical staff to get the status of my mothers health. After contacting the paramedics due to my mom falling unconscious, The medical staff were very rude and inconsiderate of my inquiry and simply suggested due to HIPPA laws, they were not to provide such information. Once the Hernia surgery was allegedly completed, the Vacaville Northbay Medical center transferred my mother to the Fairfield NorthBay medical center for recovery. The hospital released my mother from the hospital less than 24 hours of said surgery. However, my mother was so weak she was unable to get out of the car, to the point she was brought her back to the hospital where she was ordered to receive continued care at a rehabilitation facility. Unfortunately my mother contracted COVID-19 at this particular facility, where my mom was placed into an induced coma & a ventilator. Luckily, my mother was transferred to Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where my mom was thankfully aided & nursed back to care. My mom had to teach herself how to breath & walk again due to her pre-existing conditions such as Type 1 Diabetes. Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center played a big role in my mother's overall recovery due to their quality care where they worked tirelessly, being attentive to my moms overall health. They even had iPhone devices which allowed me to facetime my mom to check on her status and/or overall progress. Fast forward to 2023, my mother's doctor ordered a physical to check on my moms overall health. After viewing x-ray's & other imaging results, my moms doctor noticed the alleged Hernia surgery which was (completed in 2020) was in fact, Not Completed. This led the doctor to re-scheduling the Hernia surgery for 9/27/23. Though my mom was given the Lumbar Hernia Surgery, regrettably there was complications. The staples that were located on my moms incision site became infected. This caused the doctor to order extensive outpatient care where they cleaned my moms incision site several times a week, which has undoubtedly caused my mom a lot of pain & trauma. Fast forward to 1/12/24 my mothers in home care worker Z took my mom to the ER due to said complications. The Fairfield Northbay medical center kept her in the hallway for over 7 hours on a gurney until a room was available for her. During this time, my moms diabetic glucose numbers shot to an astounding 900 which is not only deadly but unnatural for type 1 Diabetic persons. The hospital did contact me during this time to see if I was in the area due to my mom experiencing hysteria from her diabetic numbers being 900. This fact made me contact my Uncle which is local to the area to check on my moms status. While all this was happening the hospital decided to restrain my mother to the gurney, which my mom has expressed concern of the bad experience during this time. On top of all this my mothers phone came up missing during all this commotion. This fact was not only alarming but extremely disappointing & most importantly concerning. My moms in home care worker Z spent over $700 for this device for it to be taken out of my mothers possession, not to mention this is not the first time my mothers items have came up missing such as back in 2020 where her jewelry has been unaccounted for back in 2020 for the initial and alleged Hernia surgery at the Vacaville location. My mom is still without a phone as we speak due to Northbay's unfortunate negligence so please be mindful of the practices displayed at this medical facility

Experiencia negativa: ER, Dr Amack, was Condescending, Unprofessional, put his own prejudice before patient care and safety and made Derogatory remarks about my person. How sad it was that many of his nurses, Alana, Dana, and Stacy, just to mention a few took on his mission to make my stay horrific. Waiting up to 45 minutes to get one of them to answer my call light, 2 hours to get my wet bed changed. Lying about what services are available over the weekend, ie case management worker, Ortho to look at my shattered ankle, a patient advocate and refusing to notify their supervisor I wanted to make a complaint. What really needs to be addressed is their lack of hand hygiene. You can actually hear when they "foam" in and out. As someone who reports these things to Infection Control, I swear on all I hold sacred, I heard and could verify 1 nurse that was compliant with hand hygiene protocol.I never heard the dispenser used for over 90% of transferring from one patient to the next.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to say thank you guys for delivering my baby boy the staff team is kind and supportive my wife got there and immediately attended us to the room. Everything went well everyone is kind when we need something they are there 24 hours I wish I could give you guys more stars lol, the process went great since this was our first baby, I definitely recommend people here for getting their babies delivered lol I didn't feel I have to worry its a great experience for us thank you guys again for all you're guys hard work it made it easy for us and we also took the tour it was funny that the baby was delivered the next day. Thank you to all the staff members you guys should be more known for what guys do!!!

Experiencia negativa: From the moment I arrived at Northbay Hospital, everything seemed to go wrong. I was falsely diagnosed with a stroke, which was later discovered to be an old brain injury. This misdiagnosis led to a series of inappropriate treatments, including the administration of a blood thinner. Despite the contraindications, a lumbar puncture was performed after having the blood thinner, resulting in a horrific reaction that left me unable to move my upper body and in excruciating pain for five agonizing days. The most distressing part of this ordeal was the denial and gaslighting I experienced from the neurologist (Dr. Rehman) who performed the lumbar puncture. Instead of acknowledging my reaction and providing immediate relief, I was made to feel as though I was exaggerating or fabricating my symptoms and was even told I should see a psychiatrist. This lack of empathy and understanding only prolonged my suffering and added to the trauma I endured.  I waited five long, agonizing days, laying in a bed feeling like I was being tortured alive when I finally had a blood patch on that fifth day. The blood patch should’ve been performed within 24 hours after seeing my horrific reaction. However, the neurologist was in such denial, I was subjected to even more MRI’s, cat scans and 3 rounds of contrast dye within those few days that were all completely unnecessary invasive exposures to radiation and toxic heavy metals. It took me months to heal from this and I now have permanent bladder damage and have lost half of my hair in addition to having what feels like worsening nerve damage. I walked into the hospital completely functioning, and I walked out damaged. I needed to use a walker for almost a month. In addition to the physical pain and emotional distress, I also suffered significant financial losses due to the inability to work during my hospital stay and in the month following my whole ordeal. This added burden has only compounded the negative impact of my experience at Northbay Hospital.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible wait times all around. Drs try to push you out the door because they are so overbooked they don’t have time to listen. I’ve been trying to make a drs appt today and have been on hold for TWO HOURS. They don’t even have an automated “You are number __ in line” it just puts you back to the main menu after being on hold for an hour and you start over. It is a horrible system. I don’t recommend northbay at all

Experiencia negativa: If there was a zero button. Worst patient care ever my father had to go through in 1600 unit !!! Staff neglecting my father with dementia covered in feces all over his bed rails, linens, blankets. My father has dementia fall risk and needs assistance to go to restroom and forgets to call. Staff doesn't do their rounds as they should and leave my dad in feces for a long period of time before they get to him and risking his safety not putting on his bed alarm. I overheard his nurse Magda saying oops I forgot him I was supposed to go to him 30 min ago. His blood sugar was 294 and his nurse said oh I will give his insulin after my break. They also left my dad dehydrated. If it wasn't for me coming each day to check him he would be in the worst health risk ever.

Experiencia negativa: Have been in emergency for 6 hours. Husband was suppose to be transferred to a hospital bed, but still waiting as hospital beds are full. He was told it would be better to stay here rather than go home, but he in uncomfortable, cold, hungry and thirsty, and no one is checking on him. North Bay has some big issues they need to address.

Experiencia negativa: This is a horrible place. I was in a car accident in 2019 . I’ve come to the hospital 8 times now to try to pay the bill. There refusing to accept the payment and there trying to charge me almost $15K more than the bill. All they did in the emergency room was 3 X Rays. Now I’m stuck taking them to court and suing them for damages. Took them to small claims court and they lied about everything and broke the rules.

Experiencia positiva: I was quickly seen in the ER with an inflamed toe and foot, I was given antibiotics my 10-day stay and amputation of my great toe on my left leg, was successful, I only had high praise for the care I received from the nursing staff overall I gave four stars, the 5th I withheld because post-procedure I was moved to two different rooms I didn't understand why, I couldn't stay at my original room I'm glad that North Bay medical center is my go-to Hospital. .

She was not properly cleaned and my family found her sitting in her own waste, unclean and not given a shower. My daughter is passed away. We lost her while she was at Northbay.

Experiencia negativa: We where brought here after an accident and some staff are kind but most are rude and are even bothered to receive patients , I appreciate the staff who where patient and comprehensive But to the rest why are you doing a job that your not even happy with .The job request people skills kindness and compassion, not eye rolling when the patient is telling you about there pain and seeming annoyed and bothered I comprehend this isn’t for everyone and burn out is very comen but projecting frustration Onto patience is unprofessional .

Experiencia negativa: Granddaughter fell on her face knocked out 4 teeth and some sholved up in her gums. They wouldn't xray fir a head injury and keep her from observations. I just spoke to ER Dr. Via FaceTime. Sir, she fell down stairs! He said he wasn't going to explain anymore he has other patients to attend to and to take my 4 year old granddaughter elsewhere. What is this world coming to.. So sad. sta

Experiencia negativa: Every year I go in for my annual checkup and every year they bill it incorrectly (hundred of dollars) and I have to send hours on the phone to correct this (I even mentioned this is to the dr, the receptionist etc- “just my annual checkup nothing else” (and no issues are found), and they still bill it wrong. I have to have my thyroid levels tested to renew my prescription and I got blood work in the office, Quest sent a bill for over $900! Crazy high prices!

Experiencia negativa: The lady at the front check in window was very nice & quick. Me & my partner were about to ask for masks when we got called in so we went in. The nurse in the room you enter automatically asked if we had masks I said no. She goes get us masks (Ok thx) but proceeds to talk about how it’s mandatory still then later on laughs at my partner cuz he put his down accidentally while talking. I’m here for my daughter not to have a lecture about masks. I can care less honestly when all I’m worried about at the moment is my daughter. When we exited the door, we seen our seats got taken and all were full. We had to sit where we found available. A nurse comes trying to get the sticker pulse thing on her thumb. My daughter is 2. She started yelling like any toddler would who don’t like going to the doctor. The same female inside that room comes out all mad & bothered asking us to move cuz she can’t hear the ppl she’s talking to in there. The seats she pointed to sit at literally JUST GOT AVAILABLE . & if you don’t want ppl certain areas put a No Sitting Sign! They work so slow then get mad no seats are available. Ppl were standing everywhere.

Experiencia negativa: Had to make a visit to the ER this week. After some tests they needed to take blood. They sat me down in this hallway and a lady attempted but failed at first. I dont like needles so I just looked away and let her do what she needed to do. She explained it "blew up" and needed to try a different location on my arm, I again look away. She sticks it into my arm and some male nurse walks by and says "THATS A BIG NEEDLE" as I am clearly looking away. This came off totally unprofessional, unnecessary, and tasteless.

Experiencia fantástica: Our deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, technicians, and all of the staff at North Bay Hospital. Kind, caring, compassionate, professional individuals—each and every one of you! This wasn’t our first ER/hospital visit by far, but it was certainly the best. Wish we could give you 100 stars. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the Emergency surgeon and staff who didn't hesitate to immediately operate on me. I was in a so much pain and they just put back into recovery mode immediately. The nurses and doctors are the best!

Experiencia negativa: Came to the ER after I passed out while driving on the freeway.. I waited for close to 5 hours in the lobby and was never seen before I left to seek care elsewhere. Additionally, I attempted to give them a second chance by trying to make an appointment with cardiology. I've called almost 10 times and have yet to get anyone to answer... would highly suggest finding care elsewhere. It's unfortunate you can't utilize a healthcare system close to home. The cleanliness of the ER lobby was not up to standards either. (Ripped chairs, trash on the floor, & foul odor)

Experiencia negativa: Today is my mother’s funeral. In honor of her Id just like to say, there is a few good nurses there, and doctors too, one nurse literally sent from God, I believe. But it’s a HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Get your loved ones out of there, if there very old and dying anyways take them home or somewhere else, if you care about them, at all, and never leave their side My mother said they hurt her so badly, against her screams, to not move her, so badly, and she had so much pain, I believe it caused a stroke. To be honest, we never let them take her for another MRI, to prove this. She begged us not to let them move or touch her again or to leave her side. She wanted us to sue them. she was hurt too bad to ever move, at all after this again. She told us all of this, her self. I was only gone one day and this happened. She was never the same after this. After days and days of fighting with them to help her with her pain, (by the way, before this, my mother never used pain meds, she hated them). After the “the head of comfort care” promised my mother she would give her her morphine, she chang her mind, with out telling me, my mom, or any of my family. My opinion is; for the most part, they’re horrible.The mistakes, over and over, the lies, over and over, plus most of the people there have no compassion, at all. The “head of comfort” is a lier, and very evil. I pray this really saved someone the pain my dear mother went through, and quite possibly a lot longer life she could’ve had… P.S. I wish I had read all the reviews, I see I’m not alone

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my sister to the emergency room as she had a persistent headache for 4 days that medication could not control. She’s had headaches before but they were nothing like this one, didn’t last this long, and could always be controlled with meds. The headache was so bad she couldn’t go to work and couldn’t look at light. She described severe pressure as well. We were really worried because she was having pressure in her head so we went to the ER to see if they’d do something or evaluate her more for anything seriously concerning. The people at the front were nice but I don’t know who one earth scheduled the woman at the nurses station. The woman told my sister “you don’t need to come in for every headache you get, but we’ll help you this time” she even persisted to tell me sister “all were going to do is give you IV fluids and a pill” and “you should just go to your primary” if my sister has a primary we wouldn’t be at the er, but even if she did have a primary the doctor would tell her to go to the ER anyway of her symptoms can’t be controlled with medication. Staff is rude, they invalidate patient symptoms, and dismiss their pain. My sister was so embarrassed after speaking with this triage nurse that she left and didn’t want to pursue treatment or even see a doctor in fear of having her symptoms dismissed again. I find it so disrespectful that patients are made to feel ashamed of their symptoms by medical professionals. Even more disrespectful they were made to feel they shouldn’t have even showed up for help and advice. This was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Experiencia negativa: Brought my pregnant wife in for congestion cough and shortness of breathe. She has asthma by the way. Her primary told her that it sounded like she has something viral going on. First person at the front desk was nice but the rest of the staff was rude. Doctors kept telling my wife that pregnancy makes you short of breathe. Everyone acting like she is faking it or over exaggerating. I guess complacency is a true thing. Worst ER experience of my life. And I usually go to military hospitals.

Experiencia negativa: we come in the ER just to have a disrespectful blonde nurse “attend” my brother. She clearly can’t do her job right because she was asking for a social security even tho he’s been born in this hospital and should be in their system. She claimed she wasn’t able to find his information. Soon after we had the security guards come after us after we tried to leave. These two guards were respectful enough to explain the “ lack of communication” there was with this nurse.

Experiencia negativa: I gave birth at this hospital in 2022, as a first time mom. I was 16 years old when i had my child. I went into labor at 2am and didn’t go to the doctors until 11 am. When i got there they took me into a room had me change into a gown and said someone would be right with me. We waited about 15/20 minutes until someone came into the room to check me. The DID NOT ASK if the girl who the nurse was training could check me, she just told the traine to do so. The girl checked and said I was dilated to a one. Then the other nurse checked and said I was dilated to a four and thinned out. When you have your first child, you don’t know what’s going on and your in a lot of pain. They then admitted me to a birthing room, and as we got there, I started having really bad contractions. The nurse started pushing me towards the bed because i was standing up, leaning on the counter, swaying back n forth, waiting for it to pass. She said “the sooner you get in the bed we can give you medicine” but was very pushy. The girl she was training was very sweet and helped me through my delivery. After I gave birth, I went into the postpartum room, and had to have a catheter put it. They then began to teach the girl how to put a catheter in me, and she messed up, had to start all over again. It hurt so bad. AGAIN, they DID NOT ASK ME. Being young, I didn’t know that they had too, but I thought it was messed up considering I am a young first time mom. If they are trying to train people in action, they should #1 ask for permission & #2 do it on someone who has had kids before and knows what to expect. I am also a modest women and that made me so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone for anything.

Experiencia fantástica: Saved my life, excellent ICU and post operative care. Nurses were especially kind and informative. Of course there is room for improvement, I also coukd have been a better patient or changed my habits and diet before my heart attack but in a perfect world there would be no need for emergency health care. I will learn to live better after being given a second chance to live longer.

The entire staff is extremely professional, positive, and work tgether like a large, happy family who wants to be of service to you. I am probably the world's worst patient post surgery and their patience, concern and quick response to my every need was exemplary. Every department from the emergency room, intake staff, and cafeteria included long-term staff that demonstrated pride and pleasure in their daily operations. I highly recommend this facility.

I came here for emergency surgery in February, and was impressed then by the information and diligence shown to me during of my stay, recently, I had colostomy reversal, surgery, and again all of the doctors and staff were beyond commendable and compassionate, despite my challenges I very much was lucky having this hospital be my method of treatment and improvement.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about my visit to the ER last night. I was lucky enough to have nurse Dov and Doctor Lee who were absolutely AMAZING. For the first time I felt like someone was actually paying attention to not only what I was saying but also clinical observations. Nurse Dov not only genuinely cares about his patients but also has the knowledge to back it up. There wasn't a question that went unanswered nor a worry that wasn't acknowledged. Beyond excellent care.

Experiencia negativa: this is the most disgusting hospital filthy dirty, the rooms are not clean the nurse maria at night is rough and rude dont have surgery they dont give anything for pain i would never recommend this hospital to anyone maria the maternity nurse at night is someone that shouldnt work here talks over you and has no remorse when she hurt you .the walls shower floors you can tell are never cleaned unless you say something i hate to say it jail has better food and a cleaner shower than this hospital..

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with this hospital and everything connected to them, North Bay primary care doctor Amanda Adkins is not caring at all, and even rude at times.ER suck,I will travel before going there if I can make it. Rude and careless, wouldn't even do a x-ray when I was having excruciating pain in my right foot.Now I may have to get surgery, after going to another doctor who requested a x-ray and found the issue.

Experiencia negativa: Came in for a drug screening, there was only 1 other person in the lobby and it took nearly 1 hour to do a simple urine test. Would not recommend this facility for drug screening if you are a time constraint. There are many better locations in the area that are much faster.

Experiencia negativa: First person I spoke to was nice and professional but the second for emergency room information flipped a complete 180. I understand you can't give out info without consent or unless your an emergency contact but one should be mindful of how you talk to people over the phone about their loved ones after all its the "EMERGENCY ROOM" loved ones are going to call for any info that can be given. To top it off My father in law reaches out to call and is told "you're like the 3rd or 4th person to call about this"I don't appreciate the disrespect and heartlessness my family and. I were shown nobody put a gun to your head to do your job you obviously voluntarily chose this occupation. To be treated in such fashion is highly frustrating and severely disappointing to say the least I just hope nobody has to deal with this inconsiderate service. I wouldn't trust this place with a loved one in their hands a trauma or emergency room matters should be dealt with delicately this poor experience simply put LIFELESS

Experiencia negativa: Just needed to get something lanced. They told me I have a room but the patient in there is taking to long too discharge. But they are discharging people in the lobby area. Now why couldn't have done that with that patient that way I can get done and another person can get my room. I'm literallyonly a simple procedure I can get in and out. And I understand that they get busy but I've waited 4 hours for something that only takes 15 to 20 minutes to do. On top of having people who get intake after me they are being seen before me. This is very irritating. Northbay is horrible

Experiencia positiva: You have to know your stuff or they will over look you reason for coming in. Last year my son went in for something serious and they weren't very helpful and they gave him information that put him 6 months before he could be helped. A year later now that his issue is stage 3 he can get fast help and his only option is surgery. Being that I am in the medical field I accompanied my son and talked for him he has an appointment in 2 weeks. This is messed up either my son didn't speak up or they just charge you and pass you along they don't really help unless u can talk the lingo. ER's around the world need to be more helpful instead of trying to rush you thru the department. I don't know what the money they charge you for the visit is so high if they don't even take the time to help a person, or if you can't talk or know ur stuff. You will get passed right thru to ur primary care without the relief or help until u can be seen.

Experiencia fantástica: Although, I can’t say I’m too impressed with NB Emergency Room- the NB L&D is AMAZING. The entire staff to include all of the nurses, OB’s and etc. are absolutely wonderful. Everyone that took care of us was so kind and knowledgeable. I have to give a special acknowledgment to Dr. Ruderman who delivered my baby. He was so calming. Also, an acknowledgment to Dr. Villaron who was my OB through my prenatal care- also wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Worst bedside manners of any doctor I have been to. My husband went in for a pleurisy condition which can case cardiac arrest. The doctor ignored him and didn't order even a chest xray and no medication for his condition. We received a phone call from him 6 hours later and then he ordered a chest xray.

Experiencia negativa: My dad is a United States veteran and they charged him $530,000 for a 31 hour stay in the hospital. He had two stents put in his heart. They even kicked him out of the hospital cuz he didn't have his veteran card on him to prove he have insurance. This place is a joke. He had non invasive surgery. This is robbery. And the VA won't cover that
