Experiencia negativa: Went here for a sports physical and was told it would be $90 being outside of their network, then received a bill for $263. Absolutely ridiculous. It was not disclosed to me that there would be any other charges. In the process of review/disputing these charges.

Experiencia negativa: They changed my primary care doctor to a very lousy PA Akousa Rodriguez...this person is not a doctor and very lousy treating patients. First thing she did was cutout my medications without any reason and now I have nothing but insurance issues because this PA and her staff are laaazy. Never does her pre authorization and seems like she is always late and confused. It was very disgusting that lousy sutter health placed her as my primary...terrible PA not professional and doesn't answer any inquiry related to my health. First person I was going to see an attorney to sue since my quality of life based on medical has gone down. I'm surprised sutter health still employs her and I'm sure she is not qualified to see even rocks. They finally switched me to another PA...looks like she already acknowledge my inquiries unlike that Rodriguez idiotic lousiest non doctor I have ever experienced...and I'm in my 80's...Rodriguez was always hair on fire and doesn't have the customer or medical skills and will switch to North Bay ...but sutter has some good doctors but apparently missed the boat with AKOUSA RODRIGUEZ...I think she has inferiority complex and rightfully should, one of the people that needs to go back to school...what a joke sutter health pulled on me. Sorry had to change from 2 star to 1 star and this is being generous.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience. The nurses, staff and the Dr. were very nice and helpful. My appt. was right on schedule, no long wait. My procedure was fast yet thorough. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms. Keep up the great work, SUTTER FAIRFIELD MEDICAL CENTER.

Experiencia negativa: This place charged wrong and harassed me for nearly a year. The billing personnel were extremely rude and unhelpful. As for quality of care it's mediocre at best. Certainly not worth the headache you will have dealing with billing department.

Experiencia fantástica: On the internal medicine side, everything was great! it is a very nice facility, all the employees were expeditious and polite. I saw a nurse practitioner who was awesome and was able to take her time answering any questions I had in establishing care.

Experiencia negativa: The endocrinologist is no good. Not knowledgeable about thyroid disorders.
Experiencia negativa: Very unhelpful. The operators don't know general info, nurses are cold and stern, and they don't get back to you with appointment info. I asked several times for help in getting a TB test appointment and they kept sending me back and forth to people who couldn't help me, saying i can't get a skin test and i have to do a blood test, but then say the blood request was for thyroid and not TB. Sutter has been like this with my family for years and I'm sick and tired of it.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke! The imaging can start an IV for contrast but refuses to administer lidocaine because it's not a hospital. So, the patients in Fairfield and Vacaville, who have a local facility are refusing to treat patients who have collapsing and rolling veins. Sutter Vallejo is a ghetto and unsatisfactory option so the only other place to go is Sutter Davis; how (NOT) convenient. Sutter needs to shut Low Court down because they offer minimal services at best.
